@Mana- I can stand it because I love books so much, if not for the NOOK I would carry my collection with me in a suitcase everywhere. This way, I have almost 1000 books in my purse.
Right now I have 15 books. Also...online books cost almost half the cover price of paper books. In short, I got the complete collection of Edgar Allen Poe for 1$.

You download books onto a tablet like thing and you can take them anywhere smile Its awesome!

I still buy books -_-' regular books.
But this way I can always have them with me...its a wonderful feeling, knowing I can whip out a book and read to my hearts content. I love my nook.

Ha ha. Doesn't change much, Astra. Buying books then becomes a collectible thing, more than a reading thing with a thing like a nook.

Fool! If I buy the book, I read it in its paper form. Then I buy it in NOOK form so that I always have it on me.
Most of the books I've downloaded to my NOOK are books I've read time and time again. So many times that I know them by heart.
The NOOK allows me to keep them in perfect shape forever.
