ThisEmptySoul He won't leave as long as he feels some sort of obligation to Psyzapp, even if it is for his own good. As much as Psyzapp likes having him around, she needs to realize that him being here is only going to cause more grief for him in the long run. In which case, if she really cares, she has to send him back.

My reasons are rather... complicated, to say the least. *Sits back and takes a long drink on her beer, then sets the bottle on the table. She leans back and crosses one leg over the other and looks at TES over her glasses.* For his own good? Feel like elaborating on that, TES? After all, I can't very well even TRY to convince Psyzapp that it would be in Ryzan's best interest to leave if I can't tell her why it would be best to begin with.

The other day... *realizes he's still staring at her legs and figures he should probably move his gaze if she's going to hear him out. After directing his attention back to above the shoulders, he continues* when you were teasing me, you saw how upset he got over the whole situation. If he was back in our world, he wouldn't have to see that.

All of a sudden you're concerned about what he might possibly see? And as far as the other day is concerned....it's not like I was really trying to seduce you. It was more of a...game....so to speak. It's rather fun to get you all flustered. Besides, you've made it extremely clear from the beginning that you hold no such interest in me. Unless......you've changed your opinion on that subject?

tch... it's bad enough Psyzapp already knows. stare The less people that know, the better.
All that's important for you to know is that Ryzan would be better off if he went back to our world. I told him I would give him more time to adjust, but honestly I have very little confidence that he would learn to handle seeing me with anyone else regardless of whether I return their feelings or how serious either of us were about each other. He's.... delicate. *looks down at the table* Always has been.

Don't take this the wrong way, TES.....but you haven't shown any interest in anybody since I've known you. Mind telling me why you're all of a sudden concerned about Ryzan's feelings?
And as far as me telling Psyzapp that Ryzan would be "better off", as you put it, back in your world.....you know damn well she's going to expect some pretty good reasons for me stating that. And you've given me NOTHING to use in order to convince her. I'm good, but I ain't that damn good!

I've been wanting him to go back all along. Since initially I was the only reason he was here, I figured if I was abrasive enough, he would see that staying isn't worth it and leave. Unfortunately that wasn't enough, especially since he's grown attached to Psyzapp for reasons I'll never understand.

With dame... I thought that since I was just staying at her place and nothing more, it wouldn't be a big deal. It was only later that I came to find out that I was wrong....

OK, wait a minute.......you thought if you were "abrasive" enough, he'd go back on his own? Just how in the hell is that showing concern or care for the poor guy????
He's attached to Psyzapp because she gives him what he deserves.....respect and the love of a good friend....which is a hell of a lot more than I've ever seen you give him.
And as far as dame is concerned.....you shared a bed with her.....what in the hell did you think was going to cross her mind? That she was just there for convenience's sake? If that was the case, I HIGHLY doubt she would have let you into her bed!

I didn't know she was going to share a bed with me. She told me I would be staying in a guest bedroom and she'd have her own room, but then she took in iggies and her critters and gave them her room. Even so, we didn't do anything but sleep. What you did to me the other night was a lot more involving than anything dame and I did.
Believe me, anything abrasive I did or said would be better for him in the long run. The sooner he gets over me, the sooner he can move on and find someone else.
