"So, can you call me Nicholas now instead of Master? It's your decision, but would you do it for me?" He asked, trying to be as cute as he could be. He felt that if she kept calling him "Master", it would feel like one of those dirty love stories that he tries to avoid entirely. He's only read something like that once, and that's because it was mixed into an adventure story with knights and dragons.

Leila chewed her lip. "I'll try." She really would, but a decade of being conditioned to call someone master would be hard to break from.

"I mean I won't get upset if you do call me Master still, I just want to try to get you used to not calling me that anymore." He said to her, wanting to do something like hug her or hold her hands, but he knew how awkward it was to her so he didn't. You could see in his eyes how much he wanted to though.

Nicholas sighed, seeing how much she was fidgeting from the awkwardness. "Is there anything I can do to stop it from feeling awkward? It's so much different from how it was before, but I want it to change for the better." Nicholas asked, moving so he could give her some space to try to make it less awkward.

(Should we time skip? That's the only thing I can think of. I can skip it a few days or something, make it like she was slowly coming off of her awkwardness and finally gets used to being his lover or something.)

(Ok. I'll time skip ahead two weeks)
It's been two weeks since the two confessed their love for each other. Leila felt awkward at first for a while, the entire first week trying to stop jittering whenever she did something for Nicholas. She tried to start calling him Nicholas, but the ratio of her calling him Master of Nicholas was still 3:1. However, she did start being less awkward the second week, actually giving Nicholas a hug once and telling him that she loved him, like she was reminding him or something. She also started to get better at just calling him NIcholas, making him smile each time. Even with the improvements, they're were still things that haven't been done. They haven't kissed yet, Nicholas's kiss after her confession being the last one given, and Leila also went back to sleep in her room, not wanting it to be awkward. Things may change though...
Nicholas woke up on a new day, feeling much colder than ever! He held himself for warmth and slowly got up to check why it was so cold. It was snowing outside! Nicholas liked snow, it was great because he could sit on his comfy chair next to the fireplace that was in the Library, away from the books of course, and read while sipping hot coco. However, he really just wanted to hibernate, keep warm and try to go back to sleep.

Leila rapped lightly on Nicholas's bedroom door. "Nicholas? Are you awake?" she called softly behind the closed door. She held a tray with two steaming mugs of hot cocoa, and a quilt was draped over one arm. It also happened to be the second day of the new moon, so her ears and tail were showing. The servants had found out about her transformation and were okay with it, so Leila had stopped covering the changes except for when she left the house.

Nicholas smiled when she heard his name called, Leila always bringing him a smile when she says his name. "Yea I am. It's rather chilly though so I don't think I'll be leaving my bed anytime soon." he said with a laugh. "You can come in though." He said to her.

Leila pushed the door open with her elbow since her hands were full. "I put some kindling in the fireplace in the library before coming up. I thought perhaps we could enjoy some cocoa in front of the fire."
