Taryn only laughed louder when Mort's corgi attacked, completely uncaring that she had ever gone heels-over-head. She had never had a minipet, this was amazing! She needed one!

"I'm okay!" she laughed to Mort, "I'm fine!"

Sura seemed to think nothing of actually eating Bea's wiener once things were over, the only confusion in her being one thing and one thing alone;

The sparks hit Shun pretty squarely in the chest, knocking him off of his mount. Grunting, he pushed himself back to his feet and dusted himself.

"Yes," he said, somewhat gruffly, before clambering back onto the back of his beast. He took in a deep breath, and moved back to the starting positions.

"Try not to trip this time.." he whispered to the corgi, patting it lightly on the side of the neck. Once he was ready, he dug his heels into its side and began the charge, raising his wand up high. Nearing West, he fired out some magic.

The final showdown. West offered no words of encouragement, kicking his corgi in its side and ducking close to the animal's neck in an effort to stay on. Shun's magical attack clipped him in the shoulder, and he leaned back, his eyes wide as he almost fell. Somehow he managed to hold on with his legs and his sheer force of painful will. He gripped a broken half of his wand in each hand and directed them at the other boil, his magical sparks accompanied by a somewhat manly yell.

The dracolich turned his corgi around with a sharp pull on the ears and waved his wand again, sending multicolored sparks everywhere. Not that Aymet would ever admit it, least of all to the poor reaper girl he was paired with, but for as long as he'd been dead he'd always wanted to try his hand at a fight on anything-back.

He was a little too enthusiastic about this.

Anna finally managed to right herself on the corgi's back, ducking as multi-colored sparks whizzed by. The corgi whined and danced backwards, nearly throwing her again; she clung on for dear life.

The hot dog went flying. A moment later, the corgi ducked his head and started busily chewing away. Darnit.

Shun was determined to stay on his mount as he charged on ahead. Narrowing his eyes, he noticed that West managed to stay on despite taking the hit. Letting out a grunt as the sparks hit him pretty squarely once more, he gripped onto the corgi, trying to stay on. However, he had been knocked off balance, and was now sliding.

Despite his efforts, he ended up slipping off the dog's back.

And unfortunately, because he was trying so hard to stay on, he ended up getting dragged through the ground a few seconds before the corgi ran off without him.

"Kuso.." he hissed under his breath.

And then Savage throws her lance in the middle of the ring

It was clear that Savage was about to say something by the boldness of tossing away her lance. Some how in the middle of everyone jousting the teacher had found her way on top of the barn. The perfect place to give her last bit of class lecture and perfect for throwing ones lance. It was just the perfect place.

"ALRIGHT STUDENTS!" She cried. It didn't matter if students were in the middle of a joust or finished. Savage was already done. She'd seen enough and even participated in a joust of her own with Hel.

"I think we've all learned enough for today. Some of you really suck at this. But some of you are alright. Most of you are average and I'm sure all of you are wondering what your homework is." The professor kicked down a box of something that seemed to be alive. There were yips and a whines when the box hit the ground very rough. The box burst open and revealed a pile of cycorgi puppies.

"I need to get rid of these and you lot need to do homework. So your homework is taking care of these guys and writing down the growth process." She put her hands on her hips. It was clear this time she wasn't even trying to tie this in with any of the actual course material. Savage just had a box of puppies she wanted to get rid of and now it was up to her students to apparently take care of them.

A magical door materializes on the side of the barn with a bright sign that says Exit. Seems legit.

And then it seemed like everything was over! That was a good enough sign, she guessed.

Sura, however, seemed to be a touch baffled when they were given the um...the..oh. Puppies. Hmmm. Yorda would take to that like a fish to water. Yeah, that' be the 'growth' process. Still, Sura moved forward and sogingerlyohdon'tkillitwhyyyyyy picked up one of the pups, a small frown on her face even as she carried if off, the yellow in her eyes expressing her concern.

Aymet simply hopped off the corgi without giving it any sort of 'stop' warning, flapping his way to the ground. Where the corgi went wasn't really part of his thought process.

"Milady?" he joked, offering Anna a hand to help her off her corgi.

Finally, the class was over. Valentino dusted himself off. The dirt would soon be covered by more slime and grime. At least he now had a new pet to take care of. Corgis were great diggers. The could clear a graveyard in moments. Taking the new mutt, Valentino walked back to his lab.

It would appear that Riyo didn't have time to make a witty retort. The class was over, and Savage had given them homework.

THEY HAD TO WHAT?

Riyo immediately pushed off her mount and looked at their teacher with shock and awe. No... NO THIS WOULDN'T WORK! She had cats, so many cats! There was no way she could take in a corgi!

... But it was homework. Jack dammit it was homework.

Grumbling, she picked up one of the cycorgi's by the scruff of it's neck and marched off. It was going to be a long homework assignment...

Shun had stayed on the ground for a little longer before getting on up. Getting dragged left him a bit battered, but he was still able to walk and whatnot. Grimacing, he turned towards the professor and just... stared. That was their homework? Really?

Letting out a sigh, he made his way towards the box to grab a puppy.

The end of the class had come and her attention went immediately to Savage as the teacher called attention. She didn't think anyone was particularly bad it was just difficult to do anything with some of the weapon choices.

That thought, however, fell to the way side as Mitsu focused in on the box. The box filled with the whines and whimpers of tiny cycorgi puppies.

Without hesitation Mitsu ran to the box and carefully choose the smallest pup and lifted it up high. This was the best class ever.

"Shuuun! Look look!" Instantly she was off to show the reaper which one she had chosen.

Blinking, Shun turned as he heard Mitsu come up to him excitedly. She seemed completely thrilled to have a new puppy in hand. Seeing her like that, his expression softened before he reached out to scratch the young corgi behind the ears.

"Very nice. Do you have a name for it yet?" he asked quietly.
