The young kage looked up as the other entered her room. It was about damn time. She was a little pissed off at her shinobi not showing up after a half hour of the message being sent. She would have to have someone check the loudspeakers for damage. Wouldnt be the first thing that had been broken in the village in the last month.
"Yes. I need you to run an...errand." She said, dropping a packet in a sealed envelope onto her desk. It bore a pawprint shaped inprint in a wax seal on the envelope. "Your going to make a milk run. Takumi and Giman respectively. In takumi you need to talk to the merchant guild. We are getting them to supply konoha with much needed gear. Our troops are a ******** mess. When is the last time we have given out anything that was supposed to be standard issue. Your giman task is to remove the threat of the yakuza from a position to hurt konoha. I don't care how this is done as long as they aren't a threat to us any longer. You and your team decide how this is handled. From this point on, you are labeled as a Chunin of Konohagakure. After your missions in Takumi and Giman are complete you will meet back up with the rest of your team. Your team will be awarded their same titles after everything is completed. From your return I want you to begin your infiltration training. Our new gear should be able to enhance this greatly in the future. Hop to it." She said to Yasuhiro in a very calm businesslike manner that wasnt very like taka to be honest. She turned her head to face choumei.
"Choumei. Your team will be investigating and retrieving the team sent to Kaniuki...kanu..that new village that popped up in fire country. They havent checked in on time and there were hostile forces recently in the area. Recover the group if possible. If it isnt possible you are to perform a full investigation and return home. Once this is complete you are to meet back up with yasu and run a patrol through the other minor villages in fire country and those close to our borders. We have lost contact with them and for some reason no investigative force has been sent out for this. If you have no questions Id suggest getting moving. We have a lot to do and I fear that conflict will be on our doorstep sooner than later." She said, taking a sip of water from her glass before sending a note placing a hand on the clear crystal orb on her desk. She was looking for bjorn in the village.

Hurrying towards the building, Kirumi hit a dead sprint as she realized that she had been late to the meeting. Not wanting to give off a bad impression of herself or any of the Hokage's advisers or staff, she pushed open the doors leading inside and trying to catch her breath while hurrying towards the "office" if one could even call it that. Once she moved forward a few paces, her eyes lit up upon seeing Yasu-chan and Choumei. She quietly moved beside them and huffed while trying to seem like she didn't arrive on time on purpose. "S-Sorry Ho-Hokage! I was training and I...got too much into training."

食 Chōumei, after giving her report to Taka had remained silent and quietly stood to the side as a odd little bandaged girl had made herself known as a new genin to the village. Chōumei wasn't gonna be rude about things so rather than ask if she were to be excused by the Taka or rather the new Hokage she'd simply remain silent and slightly out of sight. Another person came to the "office" in request to leave the village despite from what it seems being a new genin herself. Chōumei pretty much awkwardly eavesdropped on all these things since she hadn't ever really left this make shift station for the Hokage. So by the time Yasu-chin entered she was in something of a cold sweat not knowing when was the best time to make her presence known once more since she felt a little bad for Taka-san Her life seemed to be flipped upside down and the weight seemed obvious to someone as empathetic as Chōumei. Fingers curled around a supporting beam to the corner of the room she'd backpedaled behind from earlier. Yasu-chin assumable betrayed her hiding spot and ousted the Nihongo leader with his all too familiar greeting and happy tone. Turning towards Yasu-chin with a finger over her lips as to "shush" him so he didn't give her away, Chōumei would step out from her position and approach Lvilice the new Hokage since she knew she'd have to properly answer the call to her office eventually and swallow the pit in her stomach that felt like she'd seen something personal or a private moment of strain Taka had and probably didn't want anyone seeing or hearing.
Chōumei's "motherly" emotions simply wanting to give the Hokage a big hug to comfort and reassure her of the villages future and her belief in her to be more than capable of this job. Also tedium might come with it said job was all but too clear in the puppy dog eyes she made at their leader. Chōumei didn't say much but she did embrace Yasu-chin with out resistance since she was only slightly perturbed by his arrival putting her back in front of Taka's desk. Listening to the Mission briefing and crossing one arm over her stomach and propping her other arms elbow onto it Chōumei would purse her lips and give a seemingly blank gaze at the Hokage as she'd rub her chin digesting the information into bits that she could remember. Long runs of information weren't Chōumei's strong suit for remembering, she did a lot better in learning things with her body than anything else, but bullet points and flash card were a useful tool she'd picked up from Yasu-chin a long~ time ago when she was getting a slew of F's in school due to her really being bad at studying. From what is seemed Yasu-chin was now promoted,(Chōumei's inner Dialouge: WOOT WOOT~! FOR MISTAH YASUHIRO) and given the amount of work he'd been doing ahead of even Nihongo's group work it made perfect sense. The dark haired ninja nerd earned his spot through hard work and he was a asset where ever you could place. Though this meant that Yasu-chin wasn't exactly to be paired with Nihongo under her leadership since by all right he was his own leader and probably would have his own team if not now run the missions over Chōumei, but that didn't seem to be th case. Taka-san continued to to divulge a separate mission for her and her team...Does that mean, we're both getting a new team roster or that we're gotta flip a coin for Kirumi.
Speaking of the little angel she appeared and Chōumei's range of emotions of the development of the dynamic her team and other things would have to work out ranged from her slowly moving to hug Yasuhiro as he was announced to be promoted, but also seemed like she was about to cry as her eyes became glassy from the sounds of her team roster apparently being broken up some for these missions, well at least temporarily since she figured Yasu-chin was either running his mission alone or with two others assigned to him. Hugging the approaching Kiru-chan Chōumei would nuzzle her face into the girls shoulder and would let out a soft sigh to release her own emotions and settle into the idea of what these details meant for her and her team.The village needed them to divide their skills to several tasks around the land of fire and that's what they were going to do. tuning back to Taka and not realy explaining the greeting hug to Kirumi Chōumei would adress the mission statement.
"OSU! Hokage-san I'll head over to that new village and investigate in stealth if need arises and I cannot retrieve the team sent there ahead of mine. Though~, Lady Taka-chin I've one question on the teams to conduct my own mission and Yasu-chin's. Yasu's being promoted is totes awesome-sauce but he's like the token mascot of my team Nihongo, so you know it's a bit of a bitter sweet news that our little roguishly handsome boys now technically a man with his own mission and likely a few new people to HIS team. I'd just like to know your decision on how Nihongo should be split up in relevance to Kirumi's placement and who will be on either team. I''d flip a coin to get Kiru-chan on my team, but I think Yasu-chin might need her more than me since his mission may involve more direct combat than mine. Also I really don't think he should go alone. So since I'm the odd one out if that match is made all I really want to know shugah is who'll be tagging along with me? And what direction is this new village. "
As she spoke Chōumei would trade glances at both of her teammate...her extended family and would reach out to hold their hands at her side for a moment and grasp it tight showing her strength a little but loosening as she'd seem to come to the resolution of performing her mission to the best of her ability. Now letting go and looking on at Taka-san for an answer to her tqo questions.

• Walking Contradiction: Chōsu has oddly no trouble when it comes to performing genjutsu, contradicting and overriding her clans normal weakness in this area, and all ninjutsu and genjutsu slots are compounded into genjutsu, yet learning genjutsu does take one [1] more post for her than others. (not conflicting with buki discipline b/c she "would of" had them)
• Prodigious Martial-Artist!: Chōsu has a large and curvy build and flexible physical shape that allows her to learn and practice most any(soft or hard) Buki or Tai-jutsu style rigorous or not with just one [1] slot. Provided her curvy physique has the benefit of mass for hard-style, and springy flexibility for soft-style. (though purely light-weight styles are restricted when heavy) Yet this is a taxing task in terms of the time it takes to learn these Jutsu increasing learning requirements by one [1] post.
• The Hunter's Instinct: Can always find The [Chakra Virus] monster in the general direction from her location.
• Basic Stance Physical :: E :: training The user holds their weapon at the belly button level, with the tip of the blade pointing at their opponents throat. This is a simple, but aggressive stance.
As he listened to Taka-sama's briefing he was entirely fine with everything that was asked of him, right up until the point she asked him to make contact with the Yakuza. Cursing himself mentally he knew she had to have his file. It was the only way to explain why he was the one to do it. After all his father did give his life for the Giman Yakuza family. Though now it was going to bite him squarely in the a**. "The sins of the father will be borne by the son." Now it made sense what that crazy old lady at the shrine had said so very long ago.
But could he do it? Could he dive into that world of sin, vice, and crime? More importantly could he do it and still come out in one piece? Within his mind his thoughts raced and that tattoo on his back took on a whole new weight. While his mind tried to make sense of it all he knew deep down inside that this was something he was going to have to square with some day. Yakuza was in his blood weather he wanted it to be or not.
Without realizing it his body had tensed a bit and his hand had become clenched in a fist. Though as before, Chou-chans voice cut through it all. He knew the path he had to take, he just needed the will and the strength to follow it. If he reasoned with them and he made some kind of deal with them, then they stood a chance of harming the village with that knowledge. If they could harm the village then they could harm Kirumi, Choumei, his mother, his friends and everyone else in the village. That was something he could not allow. No, that was something he would never allow, not from them and not from anyone.
Having set his mind to the task his voice became stern with a sort of hardness that it had never had before,"Milady, if I may. I will do this alone. This is my curse, my fathers sins which I now bear. The Yakuza are complex and the slightest offense even in ignorance carries great consequences. I cant afford to have someone screw this up. There is just to much to lose. The villages reputation and standing among the others more than anything. That being said, Ill need money. Thirty thousand. I'll need to setup a trade fleet for the village for the first half of the mission to ensure that the guild's supplies can arrive quickly and in the quantities your going to need. Secondly, because everything in that gods forsaken city revolves around money. Ill need money for bribes, mercs, arms and equipment, and most importantly an offering for the Oyabun."
While he wasnt exactly proud of this side of him, he was not about to hide it. It was part of him, he just wished that he had time to tell Chou-chan and Kiru-chan about it before this. Turning to the two he nodded,"When were done here I would like to talk to you both. Ramen shop on me later on?" He wasnt going to admit it to them outright that this mission could very well end in his death but he did want to spend time with the two of them and Kirumi in specific before he left. After all, he did love her.

"Hunny its fine. I get caught up in my own training all the time. People space out. Sorta something that just happens. Just dont let it happen too often." She said, stretching while listening to her newly appointed chunin. she nodded when he finished appearently in agreeance. "Thats fine. Ill see that you receive the money at the gates. However the missions classification will go up because of the amount you will be transporting and since this is a request Im afraid I cannot offer any extra credit for the mission for you. " She said with a shrug. Finally she looked to choumei and smiled softly. "Dont worry. Im not breaking up your squad. In fact you all work very well together. I just might ask that individuals assist other squads on occasion when required. Understand?" She said, resting her head on her hand, propping herself up.

食 Chōumei would frown at Yasu-chin's words. She didn't like the idea of him going it alone into a place where he'd had negative history shadowing him. It didn't feel right to her, but he made it sound like he had a plan and he'd found some resolve in the two teammates he had. Chōumei wouldn't openly oppose the mission given by the Hokage, but she did want to know the answer to her question, but in time that too would be answered shortly. She simply sighed and gave Yasu-chin a nod while looking into his focused expression. "Ptsh, as if there was any other way to talk things over other than over some food. Maybe add some slices of pork to that Ramen."
Refocusing on Taka, Chōumei listen calmly as she'd explain the state of her teams division. to which she was subtly surprised and elated at the fact that they weren't officially being split up, but more over separating their skills among the greater tasks in the village and abroad that required their intervention. It showed a great confidence in Nihongo as a whole, but Chōumei still felt like this was a grandiose compliment without them really having earned it the way she'd day dreamed on occasion they would someday. This seemed like a bit of an early step to be taken, but Chōumei was never the type of gal to run away from a challenge or a mission especially when it came to protecting her friends, village and her faith. Leaning her head and waist back until it was at a ninety degree angle Chōumei would launch her head to the same angle of the opposite end while boisterously saying,
"Thank you lady Ivilice Takamastsu,OSU! Nihongo will not fail on these missions! I understand, and if I got it its gotta be childs play for these two here." She'd nudge Kirumi and Yasuhiro to bow so that she'd raise her head at the same time as them. "If this is all lady Hokage I think we should be going. Right? We've got a bit of a lunch to catch before we're on the road. Hehehe" A beaming grin and a rolled back ease seemed to wash over the brown toned genin as she felt like she had to put the best foot forward to banish the thought and chance of things swinging south for their team. Though they might not be together through out this mission it seemed better to think of the opportunities than to bog down the mood with poor outlook.

His arrival would have been the latest of all. Conflicted, downtrodden, self-loathing, all of these shackled his steps. From the voices within he the familiar one of the intercom rang. The woman, the new Kage everyone accepted and were talking about, the one who by word of mouth replaced Masahiro. The person that replaced the person who understood his plight and dilemma and had made his transition from Suna to Konoha not feel like complete and utter abandonment.
Nakicho would enter the office. After and again only after all had left and upon his entry came an awkward tension. Masahiro had accepted him into his village with open arms but now it was no longer his. Would his relationship with his replacement be anything other than abyssmal. His late arrival would do him no favors either, he thought. To accept such a sudden change only just having gained comfort not just days ago took it's toll on the male. The man felt inept in all aspects, as a leader, as a follower, perhaps Masahiro's hastily made decision of christening him a Chunin before his rumored departure was all mistake. Sure he'd defended his 'former' squad from debris the size of a small meteorite but aside from that what other accomplishments had he done. Was that feat of heroism truly worthy of the title? The White Hot Hero of the Hidden Leaf. This is what he aspired to be...but right now he was a cold serving of burnt toast.
Upon entry the man's eyes unlike the one in his village dossier were distant compared to the flaming ones filled with ambition. He then spoke with an equally distant voice. Although it was unfitting of the rumors that he was a loud, eccentric, if not showboaty individual. "...Nakicho Genshukuna. Former leader of Otegine squad...ahah. I say former because it seems they've been reassigned to more fruitful ventures..ahah" the false laughter seemed a poor attempt to try and ease the tension and disguise what weighed heavy on him. Hiro Tanaka, gone with the wind was taken under Masahiro's tutelage where he was now who knew? Teksuyo Renesagi, after the explosion of the office they had parted ways Nakicho only hoped he was still alive. Nishimoto Kentaro, Replaced by Miroku...who also found himself engaging in his own endeavors after the explosion. The Uchiha boy? Away as well. Everyone assigned under his leadership, they always had a way or seemed to leave him if not being replaced again and again. Even if this new leader were to assign him to another unit...what reassurances did he have that they too wouldn't just leave or fade into the obscurity like all the others...

However upon attacks self inflicted or otherwise it absorbs the blood of the injured location eventually until the blade grows red. Upon becoming red the blade becomes entirely serrated making injuries susceptible to cause hemorrhaging and muscle tearing. It takes a blood draw from the base of the blade to the tip before becoming red. This can be executed by the user as if performing a blood summoning by running a finger from the end to tip or causing a significant enough wound on the opponent. When red the blade can null jutsu one rank lower than the corresponding styles Rank. Up to 3 times before a new blood draw is required. Each Blood Draw costs 20 Stamina and 20 Chakra if self inflicted.

Kirumi gave a confused look as she arrived early, being greeted by the squad's chocolate skinned leader and icon, Choumei. She felt the girl's head burrow deep within her as she shot Yasuhiro and the Hokage a worried look. "Wha-What's going on? Are we gunna split up?" She asked, furrowing her eyebrows while patting Choumei's vanilla-like hair. The leader of the group then spoke up about Kirumi joining Yasu on his journeys to parts unknown, which did sound quite nice. Being apart for what seemed like limitless miles between the two. Although she didn't comment on it directly, Kirumi figured that the suggestion would be denied before Yasu spoke to his two teammates, wanting to meet with them one last time. Kirumi gave a nod, smiling to herself as she replied with "That would be nice..." She looked to Choumei, who was clearly the most broken up over this with good reason. She was essentially the mother of the squad, watching over the two of them as they trained and grew. It was an honor to meet and speak with the dark skinned kunoichi, Kirumi looking up to her as an idol. Somebody to aspire to be as great as one day, with little idea of how she felt about her. In the midst of her thoughts, Kirumi felt a nudge in her direction, the well endowed genin bowing towards the hokage. "Th-Thank you, Lady H-Hokage. I'm sorry...Sorry." She followed behind Choumei towards the ramen shop, looking back at Yasuhiro andpouting as she would do her best to remain strong for him.

The user is able to discover type of technique that is about to be active (fuuin, genjutsu, ninjutsu, custom jutsu, complex tai and buki), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank. Additionally, the user can gain similar information about any chakra source in their sensory technique's range, including what bloodline the person possesses, and how large their chakra pool is.
So he would get what he needed for the mission, good. Now all he had left was to tie up any loose ends here. After all he could not afford anything distracting him. While he was outside the village it would all have to be squared away, finances, Kirumi, Choumei, his mother all of them. Giving a polite bow he nodded to the Hokage and headed out with the others.

While the two had yet to have a formal introduction her name was known as the host of the nine and in more recent events as the new Hokage. With a stiff upper lip Nakicho somehow understood there was little time to sulk and that already she seemed focused in her leadership position already dispersing the array of a possible future task. There was little time to worry about a single brooding nin like himself. Even when dispersed they were still his students? That statement did little to remedy his woes. It didn't matter how many students an incompetent teacher had when in the end they still believed themselves to be incompetent. There was a visible cringe as the dossiers of the fresh graduates were placed on the table. He closed his eyes and looked down.
"I can't answer that question wholeheartedly." Nakicho crossed his arms speaking as if he were distant absent of morale. "Masahiro-san told me to keep this information to a minimum but you must already know." His eyes glazed as he looked up reflecting the deep blue of the Kihakugan. "My experience as a nin during my residency 'there' has been one solely of one who is alone. Upon my transfer here I've been assigned to units which I can't seem to keep together or firmly monitor for longer than a few hours at best. Whose to say whoever I'm assigned won't find my tutelage lacking and do the same. Even amidst the unit I was given can I truly call myself a sensei when I hadn't even truly 'taught' them anything?" The man was intentionally cutting himself short. He was a man of action and action spoke louder than words but there was no action to be had here it seemed.
Nakicho would then give of a sigh of self-loathing averting his eye contact once more to stare at the ground with closed eyes. "However, if you assign me this duty I've no quarrels as is the duty of a nin and will attempt to use the best of my abilities to assure a positive result." The man seemed to be lacking a will of his own reverting back to the bodyguard yes sir, no sir of his past. Whoever the new Kage would assign under his tutelage if she choose to do so, as long is it was neither a woman nor a member of his clan he wouldn't have to deal with adversity. In summary though based on Nakicho's demeanor it didn't seem he felt strongly either way about the subject as if he simply decided to consign his fate to the will of Kage...it was..simpler that way.

•Weapon Specialist: The user Gains a free custom weapon slot, while forsaking the ability to learn ninjutsu for the ability to learn more than 1 rigorous style (styles still count for 2 slots). With their inability to learn ninjutsu, they get to learn [1] additional bukijutsu style for every 10 ninjutsu slots their were supposed to acquire. Their depth and devotion to the weapon arts allows their skill to increase with every rank allowing their weapons to cut through defensive bukijutsu techniques of the same rank.
• Walking Contradiction: Chōsu has oddly no trouble when it comes to performing genjutsu, contradicting and overriding her clans normal weakness in this area, and all ninjutsu and genjutsu slots are compounded into genjutsu, yet learning genjutsu does take one [1] more post for her than others. (not conflicting with buki discipline b/c she "would of" had them)
• Prodigious Martial-Artist!: Chōsu has a large and curvy build and flexible physical shape that allows her to learn and practice most any(soft or hard) Buki or Tai-jutsu style rigorous or not with just one [1] slot. Provided her curvy physique has the benefit of mass for hard-style, and springy flexibility for soft-style. (though purely light-weight styles are restricted when heavy) Yet this is a taxing task in terms of the time it takes to learn these Jutsu increasing learning requirements by one [1] post.

• Basic Stance Physical :: E :: training The user holds their weapon at the belly button level, with the tip of the blade pointing at their opponents throat. This is a simple, but aggressive stance.
