To understand how to play the game, read the first post. But if you're too lazy, then I guess I have to explain it. In order to know how to play the game, you post down whatever you want. Once your post is shown, there will be a time at the corner of your post right above your avi. Depending on what the minute is, you check on the first post to see who you got. And that is how you play the game.
