XXXXXWater seemed to explode from the ground, shooting into the air before forming into the shape of a male figure. The water soon began to meld away back into the ground, revealing the piercing golden gaze of one Rinnosuke Senju. Clad in his usual outfit; a black, leather jacket with a fur collar and a white V-neck underneath. Alongside dark blue, Anbu style pants held up by a simple black belt, with a silver chain attached from the belt to his back pocket, additionally with black shoes to top off the rest of his outfit. Alongside this was other jewelry pieces with his clothes, primarily silver: a silver ring, and a star-shaped necklace. He had just finished his work on the gates, and decided to come to the office instead of anywhere else; which lead to his current predicament of how he was going to walk into the building. At this current time he was unaware of any procedures that had to be met before entry, such as signing of documents or proof of Shinobi License...all of which he didn't have at the moment, or just didn't want to deal with. Deciding it would be easiest to just walk in, Rinnosuke pushed through the doors, walking up the steps slowly; hands stuffed in the pockets of his Anbu style pants. Reaching the top of the steps the Senju Clan Head approached the door before him, knocking softly before opening it up. "Pardon my intrusion hoka-...Anbu-san. I was told to come here to receive both my headband and a flak-jacket to signify my promotion to Chuunin. I've done the required test of rebuilding the gates, alongside my younger brother Akashi Senju." His tone was respectful, yet not like when he spoke with the Hokage, where he held a larger amount of respect in his voice. He'd met the Anbu once before on the monument, and he seemed like an okay man, though it also helped Rinnosuke eventually wished to enter the Anbu himself.
Once more yet another genin appeared in the office. "I see." Orbezeous was going to be awfully busy until Hokage-sama returned which would be soon enough he supposed. Orbezeous threw a headband to Rinnosuke, "I believe your brother was given a task for you both by the Hokage, go find him and complete that task."

Akashi would take notice of his brother's arrival. After listening to everything he needed to, he would turn to leave and give his brother a signal, a signal he would know all too well. It was what they used to say, "let's go train" when they were younger and didn't want to get yelled at by their mother. [Exit]

XXXXXA quick breeze would rush through the room then in the blink of an eye the Hokage resumed his position sitting at the desk with his arms crossed over his chest the dark black rings around his eyes slowly fading into nothing his appearance returning to normal Ibara sat at his desk and waited patiently for the genin he sent out to return appearing as he had once they left just with much, much more power. Ibara smiled to orb and orb nodded back and vanished from existence once more waiting for when he would be needed once more.

XXXXXIbara heard a knock on the door and he himself let out a soft sigh. It appeared he wasn't going to get to rest, and took a moment to wonder if Orbezeous had been busy the entire time he was gone. Ibara shrugged and replied tot he knock at the door followed by a soft voice saying who was requesting entry. "Ah yes, yes, come in, come in." Ibara wanted to hear why it had taken them so long to make such a short trip, Ibara himself had been gone for a while and they were just now getting back to the office? Or had they come back already and were just attempting again? Ibara shrugged and waited for the door to open and the newly formed squad to enter.

Ryoku placed his hand on Satemy's shoulder. "Yo, don't fret, I have your back." Upon entering the room after being allowed in. Ryoku knew things would simply go smoother if he would simply open his mind and allow the events that transpired to simply be read like an open book. Honestly it would go much better this way. Even if Satemy caused the Hokage to misunderstand.
He was pretty sure things would go well. He walked in with confidence and he let it show. The main thing he made sure to do was to order the events in his mind.
Upon leaving the village with the team we quickly found ourselves in an ambush situation. One that was clearly placed on our villages exit. They were expecting anyone, even you. That much is clear. We were in the trap even though it appeared it was far off. Everything we were taught and learned helped little in the situation. Our first opponents were extremely powerful arrows all screaming at us before any enemy was even announced. Sacreia showed little promise as a ninja, but she was knocked out from the encounter. I myself was wounded and faked extensive injury to hear what took place next. We were very much so outclassed and outnumbered. My plan was to deceive the enemy to get close enough to strike. But what surprised me is Satemy avoided the initial attack with little time to react to it. After listening to the two of them converse it would seem he settled for one single headband in exchange for our lives. Satemy saw this opportunity to save the team. Considering the situation i'm afraid otherwise we all would not be here and the headband would be in their hands as well. I can't blame Satemy for what he did, he saved my life and even though against the rules it was the best possible outcome.
After the event transpired the enemy shinobi agreed to leave us in peace in exchange. It seemed it was a lone ninja attacking us with a squad of clones, his. He used the clones to detonate leaving little chances of tracing his whereabouts. But the real version seemed to escape the area so fast there was no sighting of which way he could have went. What was left behind was Ice crystals so small it appeared much like snow. With my visual jutsu i managed to determine that the shinobi was an ice user, or at the very least was in his abilities.
After we moved to Takumi, we were assigned a mission we intended on finishing it. Luck would have it we encountered a Cloud Jounin on the road outside of Takumi, we had a bit of a battle but there was no telling the outcome. The bag of paper clips came in handy and he succumbed to a simple bribe. Taking the bait eagerly I'm afraid you lost those paper clips from earlier. After that things finally went pretty smooth but I'm afraid two items on your list were out of stock, so I improvised for some things I thought the village could always use. Leaving 238 ryo remaining for you.
The main thing I'm concerned about is the headband issue. Its bad that he manged to recover one. But its why he wanted it that concerns me. The only scenario that keeps appearing in my mind is our village symbol laying at some horrible crime against another nation. Or upon a dead shinobi at the crime scene. Ether way it means trouble for us.

"Hokage-sama what was supposed to be a low level mission that would be a simple thing for use to complete became hell. There was very little we could do and i am surprised that we managed to come back with the mission completed much less alive. I will begin in the beginning. My team and i met at the gates. My mission was to escort them and assist. There mission to get items for you. From the beginning i had a bad feeling. The female who came with us had a complete lack of respect for her team and the way a shinobi is to act outside the village. She started by putting us in jeopardy by wearing head phones as we started the mission. That alone was bad. But along the way Ryouku here spotted a trap along the road ahead of us a good bit. He tipped us off. Now it is unknown if the enemy had spotted us or if he was waiting. The female responded to the warning by yelling into the wood line. Revealing are location and the fact we were on to the trap. Within seconds two of my team were down and I was left standing Thanks to the warning of Ryoku. Which the female made completely worthless with her shouting. Arrows let loose and Ryoku went down and the female took an arrow to the end but not before yelling that she gave up. I avoided the attack and in a barter for my teams lives agreed to give up my head band on the condition he let us be. I saw his face and determined that he used some kind of ice jutsu when he left. He was skilled with bows and skilled with clones. After this encounter i carried via clone the female and we kept going. After which we got attacked but i cant seem to remember what transpired exactly." Satemy lied here he knew what had happened Viscero revealed that to him but didnt want the Hokage to think there was something wrong with his mind or that he was talking to another being that no one else heard.
"After these encounters the mission finally went smoother and we made it back. My team is relativly alright as it seemed i did most of the fighting and was more adept at avoiding attacks." he finished and did a low bow. "That is my report Hokag-sama."

XXXXXIbara listened patiently enough to Satemy give his report. Nodding as he listened placing his elbows on the desk raising his clasped hands in front of his mouth. "I see." is all Ibara said to Satemy. Ibara then turned his attention to Ryoku who hadn't said much be seemed to be eager to say something. Knowing it would be much easier to gain information Ibara's eyes began to weave as he inspected the nara, flashes of imagery played through Ibara's mind much akin to a slide show with with actual video footage instead of still frames. Ibara nodded and thought carefully before he addressed the both of them. Finally Ibara spoke. "I believe there's a hero in all of us...that keeps us honest, gives us strength, makes us noble...and finally allows us to die with pride, even though sometimes we have to be steady and give up the thing we want the most." Turning his Attention to Satemy. "Now, giving up the headband is extremely serious issue of national security. There could be a shinobi out there right now attacking another village with your headband." Ibara glared at the genin. "Yes, I did not perdict these sort of things would happen, and that is an oversight on my part but I could not escort you on your mission." Ibara paused and out of no where he says "Also... We can't keep thinking we're all that matter, that the world has nothing to do with us. This is where we live, and we have to do our part." Ibara turned to Ryoku "I need you to stay here," Ibara turned to Satemy "You're free to go, I have to consider your promotion, giving of ones headband is a serious and heinous crime." Ibara turned to Satemy and spoke again. "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." Ibara leaned back in his chair and waited for Satemy to leave Ibara and Ryoku to speak. Ibara stood and walked to the Nara gently placing his hand on the genin's head. "This is much more private, even if someone walks in on us they wont hear what we say."

xxxxxxxxxxxＫyoto walked quickly through the halls of the Hokage building. Her fingers writhing about, slowly clenching into a fist and then releasing their grip all together. Her breathing was fast and subtle, her eyes seemed to widen and then fall with each step she took, unsure of how she should feel. Should she be excited to receive her headband, perhaps anxious to meat her superior in person, or perhaps she should act naturally. Naturally... How does one act naturally? What is natural for Kyoto in a situation like this? Her feelings had long since been compromised and now sit deep within the cavity of her chest unreachable by any normal means. At any rate, the moment had come, the wooden frame of the Hokage's door was within reach. Kyo halted for a moment, stepping back ever so slightly as she attempted to compose herself. Offset by the flicker of the lights overhead...or had she merely blinked? Shaking her head vigorously in an attempt to lose her nerves, she stepped forward. Her hair settling in place over and behind her shoulders as she slid the wooden construct open. Her tall white heels making subtle clicking noises against the wooden floor that suddenly seemed to pound away in her ears. Was it a distracting noise? An annoying noise? Nonetheless, it wouldn't matter.
Taking in another breath, Kyoto held herself high, suddenly distracted by the fantastic view out of the window just behind the Hokage. He seemed to be slightly troubled by the genin who just began his exit. Feeling no need to intrude on their conversation, Kyoto made her way swiftly over to the window sill, placing her palms firmly on the wooden structure as she leaned forward, taking in the beauty and the soft breeze. Closing her eyes Kyoto turned to the Hokage, her eyelids flickering open to reveal the soft embers burning away within her corneas "Good afternoon Hokage-sama." Her voice was surprisingly sweet, rounded and free of any roughness that may have once plagued her harmony. "I was wondering if you might grant me a headband so that I may begin my training in order to better serve the village." Kyo accented the end of her request with an uplifting smile to ensure that she didn't come off as being cold. Sighing in relief before falling back against the window sill; still preoccupied by the wind.
