XXXXX A single drop of rain would fall then another, and another revealing a large chakra signature that hadn't been in the village moments before. Ibara sat up straigher in his chair then an ANBU came into his office unannounced and whispered in the Hokage's ear. "I see, we'll have to go greet our visitor then." The ANBU seemed to protest and Ibara waved it away. Quickly forming handseals Ibara created a clone. The clone turned and assumed Ibara's position at the desk in the room while Ibara vanished from the room with the Anbu making his way rapidly to the gate.

XXXXXIbara returned to his office appearing outside the entrance to the room pushing the door open and stepping inside, the clone at the desk nodded and vanished in a cloud of smoke. Ibara took a moment at the entrance of his office to wipe the water off him. "This rain.. ugh." He walked behind his desk and resumed his position behind it once more scribbling on some papers, the stacks on his desk were growing rapidly, "I'm going to need an advisor at this rate." Ibara smiled thinking of canidate, there were many of them now, but how would he choose one? Ibara shrugged and continued his duties.

A small pair of footsteps could be heard traveling down the corridor to the hokage's office. They belonged to a fellow Yamanaka clan member who had just graduated from an academy student and was ready to begin her journey of rising through the ranks of a shinobi, like all great ninja had done before her. "This looks like the room." Kirumi told herself while stopping at the door, remembering all of her hard work and dedication to get to this point. She could not back out now. Not after all she had been through. The young ninja grasped the door handle and the. Knocked on the door, opening it and stepping inside before shutting it behind her softly. Kirumi then bowed her head respectively towards the hokage. "Greetings, Hokage. I am Kirumi Yamanaka, an academy student who has recently graduated. I would be honored if you were to accept me into the ranks of the shinobi who guard our home." Looking up at the man, Kirumi's eyes showed passion, eagerly awaiting the Hokage's words.

XXXXX Ibara sensed yet another newcomer to his office. He ruffled through the papers on his desk as a knock came on the door. "Come in," He said as he pulled out a list containing the latest academy graduates. "Ah yes, Kirumi-chan." Ibara nodded. "I see, a yamanaka as well? Interesting." Ibara smiled warmly to the newcomer. "Well if you've graduated from the academy you've earned the right to join our ranks there are a few things I would like to discuss before you get on your way." Ibara paused and smiled. "Firstly, You are not to leave the village, without the escort of a jounin." Ibara smiled, "All of the village resources pertaining to learning will be at your disposal, although when the time comes for you to learn higher ranking jutsu classified as S+ you must come speak to me and gain permission to access these jutsu." Ibara reached into his desk and pulled out a headband with a pristine Konohagakure crest on it. "Welcome to our ranks, go out there and make our clan proud." Ibara smiled and slid the headband to the front of his desk for Kirumi to take.

Listening to the Hokage's words, Kirumi returned the smile, happy to finally become a genin after her work as a student. She made sure to keep those rules in check for now, but she did have a hunch that eventually, if she found somebody to teach her, they would remind her of these rules. However, it certainly would not hurt to remember them now. As the man set down the headband on the desk for her to take, Kirumi's young hands slowly reached out for the headband before taking the accessory with the village's symbol on it. Her thumb traced along the edges. "It's just how Mother described it." She whispered to herself before securing the headband to her waist for now, not wanting the headband to interfere with her long blonde bangs. "Thank you, Hokage." The small ninja said, bowing her head again. "I promise to being honor to you, our clan and the village. I wish to protect the innocent from those who would do them harm. She picked up her head and then wondered what her next step would be. "What do you think I should do now? Train with my Justus or go on a mission?"

XXXXX Ibara watched the young girl take the headband then proceed to ask him a question. "You may do whichever you like. There are missions posted on the mission board outside if you wantt hose or you could and probably should learn some jutsu first, my clone is at the academy and could teach you if you so desire." Ibara pointed over his shoulder at the massive dog with a copy of himself standing on it.

Kirumi turned her small head over at the Hokage's clone standing on top of the dog, deciding what her next move would be. She could try and do a mission without any training prior, or she could do her best to start learning the various jutsu and then proceed with doing a mission that the Yamanaka Hokage had mentioned. "If I may, I would like to learn some techniques at the academy before going on a mission." Bowing her head again, the new genin awaited the man's answer, eager to begin her work and rise up to the next rank. "I shall depart now if you wish to have me leave, Hokage."

"Most of the missions on the board are safe for genin, collecting kunai at the academy and stuff like that, so you could multitask while you're there." Ibara smiled, "Now if you'll excuse me I have a lot of work to do." Ibara returned to scribbling on paper and placing the papers in neat stacks that were scattered all over his desk.

XXXXX Ibara looked up from the paper he was writing on as Koan entered the room. "Ah yes." Ibara didn't offer the warm smile he had at the gates. "Koan, I do not believe we have met before the Kyuubi incident but I can tell a lot about you from the way you acted at that time." Ibara pulled a piece of paper from one of the several stacks adding up on that desk, he really would need an assistant soon. "Let's see here." Ibara read the piece of paper. "I see." Ibara nodded. "Ok, so barring any complaints, which there should be none." Ibara raised his eyebrow to Koan. "You are to take a squad of genin and chuunin." Ibara lowered his eyebrow. "Satemy Kurama, Kyoto Daibara, Ryouichi Senju, and Logi Kojin Uchiha. They are all under your command for now, teach them well. I don't want to hear about more incidents like the one at the academy with Ryoku and Sacrecia." Ibara slid the sheet of paper to the front of his desk for Koan to take. "I do not know if you've lead a squad before but it is a large responsibility and I expect you to treat it as such."

Bowing her head for a final time, the young Yamanaka quickly made her way towards the Dojo util another person entered the Hokage's office, the larger female standing in front of the door. Kirumi bowed her head to the woman. "Greetings, miss."

Either way, you'll no longer be in charge of Ryouichi Senju, you will in his stead teach Shouka and Rei Ishimoto." Ibara's brow furrowed as his patience was reaching its limits with this finicky girl. "Now go gather up your squad and get to work." Ibara scribbled a few more things on a piece of paper. "Oh and before you leave, Have Satemy come see me." Ibara leaned back and spun in his chair so it would face out toward the window that now had sunlight shining through it. "Dismissed."
