Presenting for review:

Unknown force, presumed weak, attempts to activate an unknown technique at the Gates of a Village. Strength of the attempted technique is not immediately known, so guard(s) called in, and the target is dealt with as a terrorist threat. Boy wrapped (and still wrapped) in Chakra-repelling barrier. He is given lemonade and is trapped by his own anatomy. The razor wire was not laid on such that it would automatically decapitate his head or remove his appendages if he shows little to no signs of resisting. He is programmed to prevent suicide, and he is not allowed inside the Village in case he is playing possum. He is shaved to slow the progress of the heat-related problems that would be accelerated by his large mass of hair. He is told that he will not be killed by the woman who captured him. Also, hunters usually follow rogues closely, so it would only have led to more hassle to assume that there was no one coming if, in fact, there was.

Need of severe medical attention (due to own stupidity, yes) > need to maintain distance

Sunagakure = center of medicinal care (greenhouses, healers)

Medical care @ hospital → Loss of life prevented → information can be gained.

But
Kumo Hunter appears → MedNin injure rogue slightly (nonlethal) + launch from catapult = Rough treatment → Suna's actions ≠ Support for rogue or interrogation.

Rogue is explained as internal intruder.

If you tell Bast that she gets to launch someone from a catapult, she will be so for it that it won't even be funny. XD To be quite honest, justifying a character who's maybe lacking a bit on the niceness (seeing Jofuku Anima disappear didn't help) makes for some interesting arguments that pop in to my head. I was going to argue the medicinal purposes of the lemonade for a moment there, but then realized that the silliness threshold of the conversation would be reached in about a second-and-a-half.

On another note, it's nice to see that we're still waiting for his response. =o

Hehe... that was one my original ideas for my enterance. Grab him, then go back up to a catapult and... "PUUULLL!"

But yeah, lemonade actually gets you that nasty dry feeling in the back of the throat, now doesn't it. The best thing is always pure and clear water.

That nasty dry feeling was the 'torture' that Bast was going for, actually. >.> Water be damned, he will have lemonade~! Or ice cubes~! Or an IV drip~!
