She was not one to boast about her skills, rather letting her effiency do all the possible talking, but she would at least give this woman her skill set. "I am skilled in Genjutsu as well as Sensory techniques, though I have yet to do some training, if that answers your question." She was listening to their conversation like most, but Kiri stayed quiet and observed each person's behavior, getting where the woman would not work with a Senju clan member because of their bloodline's bad relationship, but the Hokage seemed to be resolute. Deciding to help her by giving the discussion one last try, Kirumi spoke up to both people. "Excuse me Hokage, but I do think that this shinobi is correct." Kiri said to Ibara. "I understand why she would not want to work with a Senju clan member. If you would permit me, I would be honored to kill in for the Senju-nin. It would save you time from telling the woman and the Senju-nin to settle their differences and would benefit the squad as well because of no long lasting feuds between squad members." For her age, the genin spoke in an incredibly mature tone, but that was mostly because of her mother's advance teachings since she could remember how to walk. It made her like lifeless at times, but she tried to ignore that fact...

A princess just like her if one would indulge the metaphor. Koan smiled as she spoke softly," Wonderful. I myself and very skilled in the use of Genjutsu. One might even say I specialize in it. Who knows one day I might teach you a few jutsu. But dont worry about the platoon. Im sure Ill figure something out to keep everyone from killing everyone." When she heard that the senju was no longer on her team she smiled again," See no worries." She wast talking down to the girl by any means nor trying to belittle the eliquince with which the girl spoke. Turning to face the hokage as he gave his orders her smile faded and her voice grew harsh," Remember Ibara. You were only just promoted to that position and yet its already going to your head. Caution your words otherwise someones likely to come along and do it for you." She was already hating this deal. After all they needed her more than she needed them. She smiled to the child as she headed out of the office and down the stairs.
Kirumi smiled at the young woman. Another fellow Genjutsu user! It would be worthwhile to keep this person as a contact at a later date. Plus, she seemed very polite and well spoken, possibly even an older version of Kirumi herself. Except for the pink hair, but Kiri did love her bright blonde hair. She could not fathom why some people would dye their hair though. "Ah! It would be an honor to learn under an skilled shinobi such as yourself, miss." Watching as she left while smiling at her, kirumi turned to Ibara and smiled, proud of her fellow clan member. "Farewell, Hokage. I promise to do my best!" Kiri then ran to the academy, ready to began training.

XXXXX Ibara let out a sigh of relief. "Phew." The man stood and stretched his back motioning to an invisible person to come to him. "Yes, Lord Hokage?" A shadowy figure said as he faded into existence "I want you to head the Kanchi Shisutemu team." Ibara looked at the masked figure as he spoke. "I'll help you set it up now." Ibara walked out of the room and headed down the hall to the intelligence division of his office. Ibara sat ont he floor in front of a large fountain drawing water from it creating a massive sphere of water with a kanchi on both sides much like he had done before when he was a chuunin. "Alright, a few finishing touches and all you'll have to do is funnel chakra into this and you'll be good to go." Ibara inscribed the required Kanji on the sphere and motioned for Orbezeous to come over. "Hold your hands under it like this and just keep the chakra flowing, monitor the pings, anything large I want you to report to me." Ibara placed his hand on Orbezeous' forehead once more extending his telepathy.
XXXXX Ibara turned and left the room walking back toward his office where he had many things to do. Ibara smiled wide and sat in his chair. Everything seemed to be running smoothly, finally.

Before going to the fields Satemy decided to see if the Hokage needed anything before he did. knocking on the door he called out to the Hokage."Hokage-sama...Its Satemy....Just wondering if you needed anything before i met up with the new teacher i have now it seems...." He waited to be let in. Upon being led in he would go in front of the Hokage's desk and Bow. But wait....why where there so many life forces int he building. Satemy wondered why they were all condensed into one room.

XXXXX The young man he had summoned entered the office. "Ah yes, Satemy." Ibara smiled. "How are you feeling?" Ibara cocked his head slightly "Ah, never mind that. I have a few things I need to discuss with you." Ibara nodded and continued. "Now first of all I would like to recognize your actions in the field. Keeping your team alive on your chuunin exam. While yes I was upset with the fact you simply gave up your headband you did the correct thing." Ibara paused and let out a soft sigh. "As such I would like to extend you a promotion to the rank of Jounin and Assistant squad captain to Koan. As such you are to learn the responsibilities of being a squad captain before you yourself recieve your own squad." Ibara offered a piece of paper to Satemy. "This piece of paper states your promotion to Jounin and has orders to Koan to take you on as assistant Squad captain. Take that to Koan-sama and give it to her, I assume you're on your way to meet her correct?" Ibara smiled to the young man who was growing quickly. "I'm proud of you, you have done great things for the leaf."

Hokage-sama could you tell me more about this Koan, Uchiha...."

Ibara smiled "She seems quite the impatient type." Ibara wrote a few more things as they struck him and remember one last thing "Oh, If you see Ryoku-kun, can you..." Ibara laughed. "Never mind. You're free to go Satemy-kun." Ibara yawned and leaned back in his chair seeming to speak to himself as he did so.

Logi walked up to the door of the Hokage's office and proceeded to knock. He remembered being scolded for not knocking the other time he visited. Logi seemed to like Ibara so he didn't mind following his rules. He sort of just wanted to prove himself, not for the sake of anyone, but for his own mind.

"Hello Hokage-sama." Logi smiled. "I remember you said if you needed me, you would summon me, but I'm rather eager." He said through a slight chuckle. Honestly, he liked to talk to Ibara. Logi was pretty lonely, no real friends to talk to. Ibara was really nice so he knew he would listen. "We've been put in squads, no?" He asked through a bright smile.

XXXXX Ibara returned the young Uchiha's smile. "Ah yes, you're a part of my squad." Ibara rubbed the back of his head. "Unfortunately i'm very busy as a new kage there is many things I need to attend to." He allowed his hand to fall to the arm rest of the chair. "My clone is at the academy teaching others in the squad some new jutsu though, if you wish to speak to him about learning some things you can head there." Ibara thought for a moment then said "Also there are missions on the mission board for you to complete if you don't wish to train at the moment, but I feel as though we all should be training so next time the Kyuubi appears.." A visible shudder shook Ibara. "IF it appears, we'll be ready to take that miserable thing down." Ibara gave a wan smile and shoved yet another paper on to a stack. "Is there anything else Logi-kun?"

"No sir, that's all." Logi said as he began to walk out of the room. "Thank you!" He smiled and darted out of the room.
Kirumi arrived back at the Hokage's Office and then began her ascent up the stairs to the office. Upon arrival, the little Yamanaka knocked on the door and opened it, facing the Hokage. "Your clone sent me on a mission to patrol the village, Hokage. I've returned with my findings." Stepping inside, Kiri closed the door behind her and then bowed her head towards Ibara, smiling a bit. "I found no signs of enemy infiltration inside our village." Happy that the village was safe, Kirumi continued on speaking after a brief silence. "While we may not be entirely safe, no enemy spies are inside our home." the young ninja then awaited the Hokage's response, curious about what he would say.
