Hoshi smiled gently as her sister took her sides in things when the man was speaking to Hoshi. She would then stand up and bring Tenchi over to Ayame, handing him to her for a moment. "Stay with Ayame for just a moment. I'll be right back to sing to you more." She would say, looking in his eyes as she did. She would then stand straight back up and smile at the man named Nari. Hoshi decided to be brave for a moment and approached the window sill. "My sister's right, it would be foolish for me to try to teach you a lesson today. A fight as a genin vs a Jounin is almost a guaranteed loss. So, how about this. When I become a Jounin you and I have a fight. Then we'll be on more equal ground and you won't just be beating up a girl which would look bad on you. What do you say Nari?" She would say rather calmly given the situation but, that was the way of the Hatake.

Taka winced at the gruff, to the point speech while she was coming up the stairs. To ease the situation she told koshi and shade to stay outside the office and would take luna; the calmest of her three, into the office. She moved to the side in silence and would watch the others. Hoshi would turn her attention back to the door as Ayame walked back in, being told to leave. It bothered her that she allowed pretty much everyone but, her and Nari to stay. It was like the family party that she wasn't invited to. She simply just nodded and walked out of the room, accidentally bumping into the lady that walked through the door as she was just about to leave. "I'm very sorry miss." She would say with a bow and allow the woman in before leaving herself.
Approaching the Kazekage's office the ANBU led the young woman, his hand still upon her shoulder as he guided her into the building. A variety of faces moved past him, most he recognized, some he had only seen once or twice in the past. Still he moved in, guiding the young girl. His words, meant to strike a healthy respect for this damning place, seemed to instead strike a deeper fear into the girl's conscious view of the land and it's inhabitants. He could live with that. He chuckled lightly to himself as he felt her shiver in his grip, but it was more at the thought that his cousin would probably kill him for scaring a child so bad.
Arriving to the Kage's office a single knock was given before the ANBU pushed the girl between the two lions guarding it and into the room, stepping in and sealing the door behind them. Lions? He thought to himself as he turned his head back only for a moment. Though as his eyes scanned the room he was taken further aback. Ivilice Takamatsu of Konohagakure was in the chamber with them, she was changed somewhat, but there was no disregarding the woman, or her lions.
Continuing to push the young woman forward her parked her beside the lion Ivilice had brought into the Kazekage's chamber. His crimson eyes started to whirl slowly, the single tomoe in the eye dancing as he turned his head to inspect Ivilice once more, his face still wholly obscured by the cloth mask and headgear.
"Pardon the intrusion, Lady Kazekage, but there were two UHV Grunts at our gates upon my arrival. Or rather, UHV Deserters. One of them sought asylum within our walls." He motions to the young woman before him, whom he had delivered.
"The other was a Shinobi." He removed his glove to expose the Fuuinjutsu she had placed upon his hand in their brief physical contact.
"She had leveled a UHV Firearm towards the gates, though through physical interrogation I determined she was merely seeing her friend off and assuring her safety. I allowed her to leave, as she had no intention of causing our men harm. I have intent to find her again in Takumi, however. I've set her up with a meet with one of my regular 'contacts' in the city."
Just like the man had told her to, Sonyo kept quiet and didn't speak in till she was spoken to. However, the female had begun to calm down. The initial anxiety of running away from Otogakure had worn off and she realized that even though the speech from the man earlier had been a little intimidating, he had been right in saying she would have to harden up in order to survive. This world was at war, and the weak and the timid never survived such things as that. She was sure over time her experiences would make her stronger as a person, but she wasn't sure if she would grow to like a hardened version of herself. As they approached the door to what she would assume was the Kazekage's office, two lions stood guard outside. Sonyo couldn't stop her eyes from getting a bit wide. Was the Kazekage a tamer ninja? She looked up at the anbu only to see his slight surprise as well and thought it most likely improbable... maybe there was another ninja in the office.
Honestly, she didn't want to go in and interrupt whatever was going on inside but the man that lead her here seemed to think little of it. Back in Oto, walking in like that would probably end up getting her killed, most likely. How different things were on the outside of the UHV... she wondered how different she would have been would she have been raised in a village such as this. Her eyes swept the room, and before her stood two tamers. So her precious thought was correct, but the lions were from the other woman. Somewhat tan with long hair and an aura about her that was almost unsettling, the woman stood beside a lion, probably partner to the two that stood outside the door. The woman's face was weathered and looked almost tired; the face of someone who had been through too much. Was she a ninja here or was she seeking refuge like Sonyo was?
Sonyo listened to the ANBU talk about finding her and Elizabeth outside of the village, and couldn't stifle the small amount of anger that welled up inside her due to the way he talked about her friend. She took a breath and let the anger pass out of her body; these people didn't know Elizabeth.. they only know what they saw and she guessed that what it seemed like was an enemy attack. Though she had to admit that "physical interrogation" made her skin tremble, had he fought against her friend? She was about to open her mouth when she remembered that she was in a different village with different rules and she was standing in front of not one, not two, but three strong shinobi that could probably very easily smear her face in to the ground. She refrained herself from speaking out about the man's words and just continued to listen quietly. She was hoping that the man wasn't planing on hurting or killing her friend... Elizabeth was a good person, just like skelly was... they just looked bad, is all. She looked at the Kazekage in front of her, clasping her hands in front of her body. My promotion to sannin was to be soon in fact. I have no family left. My life partner gone to the uhv, starved and beaten. I held her lifeless form while it was still warm. Leveled that base. You have probably seen the wreckage at some point in a report somewhere. Watched the rise of two of my students to hokage, then perish giving their life. One student to never speak or even move again after her first mission. My entire....Pack as you would see them, pride on my end, is gone. Sonyo listened to the other woman, who's name was apparently Ivilice. The female's eyes gained a sympathetic look at the lioness's sad tale of her life. She couldn't even begin to imagine how it felt to lose everyone you cared and knew about, she didn't want to imagine how that felt. I need to keep my grandchildren away from those that don't have great temperaments and Daichi as well. He likes to play with big cats since they are near his size and can handle him wanting to play.
