Kirumi nodded in response to Ibara's question, still not looking towards him and think he was still ashamed of her. "Yes. There was a strange man in the middle of the mob. He was dressed in all black and looked like he was organizing it or making the villagers do this to the village. I could not get a good look at him, but he seemed like he was from another village."
After passing by the guards who stood alongside the door, the entryway to the Hokage's office, Konami silently traveled up the flight of stairs. The soft, tiny patters of her feet against the ground, and the slight shuffling sound of the papers within her hands as she walked echoed within the stairway. Approaching the top of the stairs, the young Uchiha could hear faint voices from behind a closed door. They seemed to be talking about something important, but she could only make out a few words from each voice as she listened curiously. As the voices drew silent, she would make her appearance known to those within the room, tapping against the door, awaiting for admittance.

XXXXX Another Village? Really? Ibara let out a sigh of frustration. "How could this be? My sensory techniques would've detected anyone who entered the village form the outside." Ibara shook his head as the knock came at the door. "Come in please come in." Ibara remained facing out the window looking at the smoldering Hot springs bath house. "The fact remains, someone is controlling the villagers, It may very well be a genjutsu. Kirumi, go through the village and find the squads. Tell them to use Genjutsu on the civilians or to drive these shady figures away. That will end the riots. As for figuring out who is up to this you'll need to capture one of them or ask the civilians once they are out of the genjutsu." Ibara turned to Kirumi and walked forward placing his hand on her forhead. "Extend your telepathy to others, I will be able to guide from here and it will leave an open chat for all of those in combat." He stood back and waited for the new arrival. It seemed even when the village was under attack the people never stopped arriving ,this was good.

The male's voice which she had heard on her way up the stairs called her in. Opening the door just a crack, she peered in through the opening, quickly glancing at the room from what was present within her peripheral vision. The male, who could be clearly identified as the Hokage due to his attire, sat at his desk facing the door awaiting for her to enter. She could also see another smaller girl, about her own size, but with much longer hair and big, bright blue eyes. Fully stepping through the door, her entire figure could now be looked upon. She casually approached the desk, placing the papers before the Hokage's sight so he could view them. Giving him a moment to look them over, she finally spoke. "I am Konami Uchiha, and I have recently graduated from the academy. I am here to receive a headband and squad." Her voice was soft, as any child's would be, but held a firm tone within. Saying only what she was instructed to say upon meeting the Hokage, she fell silent, saying nothing more, and nothing less.
Kirumi listened to Ibara's orders, making notes of them so she could easily remember quickly while she was out in the field. This was her chance at redemption. No one would ever harm her village. As a shinobi who would put their life for the safety of the village and their people, Kiri refused defeat. Looking back up at Ibara's, Kirumi nodded at his words, pumping herself up for her next assignment. "I will not fail this time, sir." She stated in a neutral tone before noticing the eyes of another child on her. Waving at the fellow ninja, Kiri walked towards the door, opening it and smiling at the black haired girl. "Welcome to a shinobi's life. It is an honor to meet you." She told the other child and ran off to do her duties.
Kirumi stepped into the Hokage's office, now seeming in a better mood than before, but still feel a hint of shame for letting the village be attacked by the unknown source like that. After knocking on the Hokage's door, she opened it and then bowed her head. "I-Ibara-san. I have returned. Is there anything for me to do?" She asked while looking around the Hokage's office, wondering how much paperwork the Yamanaka went through on an hourly basis. "I see your office is still messy."
Sacreia ran into the office not caring for decency this was a urgent matter. Finding a chair as she entered the office she looked to Ibara trying to calm her breathing she had to of ran pretty fast to get here. Slowly breathing in and out she finally spoke. "Hey, we just had like our own villagers go all wild and start smashing places down, you probably already saw but I thought I might as well come here and tell you myself. It seems that the entire ordeal is over before it began almost as if the person gave up." She then sat back watching the reactions, just in case she needed to run out. "Sorry for the quick reply just had a lot on my mind and sorry for barging in just thought the matter was well just that it couldn't wait."

Ryoku entered after Sacreia, he would have knocked, but the intrusion had already begun. Hearing her ramble about the situation made him chuckle a hair to himself. "Calm down, the situation seems to be over for the time being." Walking over to the window confirming his theory. As he thought he saw no more crazy rioting going on in the village. The hot springs looked like it could use a mothers touch but he was sure that other ninja in the village had it under control. "I would advise just having someone stand in the place of that door." Shaking his head to himself with a smile. "But what she said was true, our village seemed to experience some sort of riot. Also we have determined that the riots were fueled by some type of genjutsu. A ninja within the crowd or at least someone skilled in ninja arts and who also was educated in my clans techniques was behind the genjutsu. When they flee'ed from the area the crowds seemed to stop the riots. I'm guessing other shinobi in the village managed to get the drop on the other ones behind the riots."

XXXXX Ibara let an audible sigh escape his lips as Sacreia barged into the office followed closely by Ryoku. "Welcome back, looks like the gang is all here." Ibara smiled "Well most of you anyway." Ibara stood and walked to Ryoku and placed his hand on the Nara's forhead. "We'll talk here there is something important I have to say and with the others.. well lets say this is a secret." As he stood among the shinobi he shook his head. "I already knew about the shady figures." Ibara cracked his back and looked out the window with Ryoku noticing the Hot springs as well burning. "Kirumi i'm cutting ties to our telepathy." With that the young Yamanaka wouldn't be able to listen in to Ryoku and spoke out loud "Konami catch." He magically produced the exact headband the young Uchiha had wanted. "As for a squad you'll be working with Koan's squad." Ibara didn't turn from the window as he spoke. "Go seek her out. Kirumi, I need you to guard the gate. Take Ryoku and Sacreia with you, make sure whoever was doing this doesn't come back."
"Ryoku" Ibara placed his hand on the Nara's shoulder as they looked out the window. Ibara smiled his reflection in the dying sunlight on the glass. "Well, I want you to be my right hand." Ibara let go of Ryoku's shoulder and turned to his desk removing a slip of paper. On it had his official Promotion to the rank of Jounin. "Congratulations." Ibara picked up another piece of paper from his desk. He flicked his wrist and the paper flew across the office landing Sacreia's lap, on this paper was Sacreia's official promotion to Chuunin. "Don't make me regret that." Ibara offered a sarcastic smile to Sacreia. "Now now, looks like we've got a lot of work to do!"

Sacreia picked up the paper smiling. "Don't worry I wont make you regret it." She had a evil smirk on her face. She then stood waving her hand as she walked out the door of the hokage's office."Guess that means I have to go to the gates, to keep the stupid people at bay got it." As he held up two fingers in a peace symbol leaving the office without another word.

Ryoku looked a bit astonished at the Hokage. 'I'm speechless sir. If you feel I would be a good fit for the position then I'll accept." Seeing that Sacreia had already left the office. Turning to the young Uchiha. "Konami, I believe it was. Best of luck in your training."'Koan, I see the reasoning behind it but seems like shes being fed to wolves.' Turning back to Ibara. "I've been meaning to ask if Chloe could possibly have a headband? Shes been learning alot as a ninja and actually has a good bit of ability."

A figure in a brown cloak entered the building and made its way up the stairs. As he stopped at the secretaries desk her jaw nearly dropped to the floor as she spoke. "Y-you're.....alive!" she said with excitement as the young man nodded. "Yes, indeed I am. Is the Hokage in by any chance?" he asked in a rather deep tone. She nodded and pointed for him to continue walking up towards the door. Tilting his head in thanks he continued on recalling the invasion that left him bed-ridden for quite sometime. As he approached the door he gave three solid knocks and waited for his being permitted to enter.

XXXXX When the knock came at the door Ibara let an audible sigh out before calling. "Ah yes, Come in come in." He turned his attention back to his conversation with Ryoku. "Ah yes, that. Uchiha prefer to keep to their own. They are very.. protective. They may kill each other for their eyes but, Koan has no reason to do so with this youngling." Ibara smiled. "She has not awakened her sharingan, it would be useless for Koan to retrieve Konami's eyes." Remaining at the window with Ryoku he looked toward the burning hotsprings then to his flower shop."Chloe, that is your hawk correct?" Ibara inquired a bit confused as to the request. "Why would she need a headband?" Ibara taking the moment to let the first question sink in asked a second. "You said you came from my shop?" Ibara sent to Ryoku. "Was it damaged?" Ibara waited for the reply turning back toward the door to see who was requesting entry into the office.
