I have met a lot of women that don't like to be hit on. Some take it as a compliment whereas others take it as an insult. A girl I once knew quite a few years back had explained to me that she thought it was an insult because it "made her feel cheap"... an explanation that I didn't quite understand nor does it seem to make sense, but she seemed to believe in it rather firmly.

I personally don't mind being hit on... though I would prefer the other party to keep their hands and other body parts to themselves unless otherwise instructed... especially the men stare

I never found it offensive and I'm not cheap so nothing anyone can do would make me feel like that so.... sounds like a personal problem to me.

Ummmm of course I can....
but sometimes if they see you again after that it messes things up in their head with memories etc. it's not as easy as it sounds...
since you may be tied to a bunch of other thoughts
*trails off in useless explanation of the workings or recollection etc.*
