Arriving at the office tower, Black looked up towards the creature climbing. One would assume that the building was about to collapse in on itself as it climbed. Though for some unknown reason it held up. Black merely watched as the creature began to produce a black ball? It stemmed straight from the mouth of the beast and was charging, whatever it was; it was obviously not a good thing. For he remembered such hellish sights back in Konoha. This thing was what caused an explosion on the outside from what the scenery showed from it.'' That is not good at all.. I hope the teams have dispatched.. We seriously need to move the injured out of this village and quick.. ''
Standing directly in front of the building, Black would body flicker up it and leap off the front near under the cat and bring his hands up quickly and clasps them aloud. The sound of thunder echoed long and wide about the land, for there was nothing stopping it. His body darting off and back to the far distance after a moment. The sound by itself would travel towards the Nibii and the occupant residing near it. The body of the cat and occupant would begin to possibly feel the effects of this sudden sound of a thunderstorm. Their eyes would begin to dwindle, and the feel of balance would be totally destroyed by this effect. The cat would lose its balance, and possibly fall directly off of the tower and onto the ground if chances served Black right. As for the other, it was unknown. However, fighting sound was by no means a way of righteousness. For it traveled quicker than a thought could come into place. Think of it as a surprise greeting. Face to face he would stand, and watch the cat if it land; though his guard stood still and tall for it could have a way of avoiding such a conundrum.

Rin, Tin and Jin Rin, Tin and Jin are young red panda, they are small but quite useful for varieties of combat. They get tired easily and can only be on the field for five posts, but their speed and power more than makes up for their limited use. They are faster than the larger bears and can match an Anbus speed easily, they are also excellent trackers for use in any situation.

The Ranton user made one crucial mistake: jumping toward the fire underneath the beast's feet. The blue flames would lick at his clothing as he got close, and the cat would seemingly feel none of the technique. He would emerge slightly crispy, but otherwise fine. The beast would shoot him an angry glare as one would glare at an annoying mosquito, but continue to hold its position. After all, its attack was finished.
The black ball ignited with unimaginably intense blue fire, then exploded outward across the Village. Barring the sudden appearance of any incredible defenses, Kumogakure would suddenly find itself burning sapphire. The ANBU and Oinin Headquarters, Temple of Perseverance, and some of the shopping locales would take the force of the attack head on and drown in a sea of spectral flames. The streets and residential district would simply be razed more than they already were.
Any sensors would notice little change in the companion's Chakra signature, if they could sense anything beyond the giant, explosive ball of death. At the end of one of the cat's tails, a bell disappeared.

Inside the building, black's jutsu would hit the group, and 4 of them would suddenly have a greenish blue aura that would fade away from existence, and the sound would be no more, sparring the Nibi from having any effects at all from the thunderous clap. the 4 closest to the windows would exlaim that they had contact, and one would aim the large cylinder weapon again and fire a shell that would scatter large senbon throughout the area with enough force that they could penetrate light armor. If this wasn' bad enough, each senobon had a single explosive note attached that would detonate with a power equivalent of most B rank jutsu. This would be effective not only for damage, but also make black an easier target. avoiding these would not be easy....
The other three soldiers would perform 2 quick bursts with their kunai launching weapons aiming for various points on and around Black to insure maximal damaging capabilities of the attack. the mix of velocity enhanced wind kunai, armor piercing lightning kunai, and heavy hitting earth kunai would be capable of defeating techniques C rank and lower, making movement and defense handle this attack difficult for some.
With the massive fire attack from the spectral cat, it seemed the unit was stuck here for now. oh well, time to kill Ninja it seemed....

Without even hesitating a second Myurai formed a quick seal with his free hand and thrust it outward. Kekkai Houin [ Barrier Sealing ](A-Rank) The soldiers would not notice anything out of the ordinary however. That seal would create a barrier he was rather proud of. Choosing to make it a physical barrier instead of a chakra barrier when the soldiers fired their weapons they would quickly learn just how fatal their mistake was. The massive shoulder fired weapon would instead of skewering black would slam into the barrier and detonate all of the tagged senbon causing large amounts of shrapnel damage plus the concussive damage. All of the soldiers that fired their normal weapons would find their kunai either bouncing off possibly hitting themselves with the ricochet or simply falling to the ground where the barrier met the tower. Following up his seal he quickly pulled a small palm sized piece of paper with fuin markings from his belt and slapped it onto his right forearm.Seijou Houin [ Normality Sealing ] He quickly flipped his katana into a backward hold as he formed another seal with his left hand and tapped the piece of paper causing the second fuin to activate. Everyone in the area would find it impossible to do anything normal. Fire a mechanical weapon, pull out a knife, open a pocket anything. Myurai smiled despite the situation calling to Black as he stared the demon in the face he said," Welp your up, I did my thing."

When activated, an invisible wall (to those without sensory abilities) will be erected & will act according to its type. Guild Description: Upon activation via handsign, writing, or engraving, this seal will spread out in a 2-D plane, conforming to the objects in its way. Maximum size: 100 square meters. Can be broken with an attack one rank higher. Duration of up to 3 total posts. Any rank of chakra can be used to create a barrier of the same rank.
Type Used. Non-interference: Physical only, anything made purely of chakra can go through the barrier with ease.
Seijou Houin [ Normality Sealing ] Rank: A Official Description: A seal which negates the activation--in the local area (i.e. thread)--of normal items such as: explosives, mechanical devices, Seven Swordsman Swords, range finders, opening of closed pouches/pockets, etc... Guild Description: A palm-sized paper seal which can be placed upon anyone or anything, but must be prepared in advance of a battle. Sticking it to something will enact an immediate area-wide sphere. Duration: 5 posts. (three tags remaining)
Four small clouds of smoke appeared and from them Haituro and his three clones emerged just as Myu finished with his two Fuuinjutsu. Haituro stood there in shook him and the three clones that accompanied him all with looks of awe on their faces. This demon was a lot larger close up than Haituro had imagined. Haituro took a step further back, he was a genin he would have to wait for any intel that Myurai or the cloaked ANBU may have on this thing before engaging. It wasn't like Haituro to charge right in.He would stay back and analyze, Genjutsu may work on this beast but does he have any powerful enough for it to be affected? Possibly Ushinaware ai no Kaigame? 'Hmmm..' Haituro thought. The barrier went up blocking the attack they were safe for now, that meant they should counter while the enemy is flat footed preparing for their next attack. Haituro turned to Myurai and the ANBU. "If we're going to attack now would be the time, they wont expect it."
Destruction was everywhere, sorrow had laid waste to the land of clouds and had wreaked havoc for the entire day. Just looking at it was saddening, watching the flames that lick towards his clothing; Black quickly leaped back and withdrew his scroll that he had prepped for such cases. Having already printed the symbol onto it, he outstretched it and formed hand seals with one hand. A great vapor would spread out of scroll and onto the entirety of the flames within the surrounding and pull it all into the scroll by means of the fuinjutsu [Elemental Sealing Method: Fire]; including the spectral fires. This was around the time, attacks could be heard from the building. Rin,Tin, and Jin all shouting at once towards Black.'' Stranger Danger in the office! There are ten occupants inside and one up on top with the giant kitty, be careful! '' Linked by mind and special talents that only those three possessed, Black knew to be on guard. However, the sound of Myurai appearing behind him alerted him. He did not notice the barrier forming and already taking place, however he did act fast and warned Myurai.'' Get back, or you're going to be messed up! '' From that said alone, he quickly brought his hands together, with Jin holding the scroll and Rin and Tin slipping into his cloak behind Jin; a loud thunderous applause, clapping his hand once would send out another form of the previous attack ''Thunderous Applause ''; for it seemed that the first had little to no effect for some reason. Perhaps it was the soldiers Rin,Tin, and Jin alerted him of. Kazurai did say something about them weirdly tanking and running off with glowing garments. This thunderous applause however, was enough to throw the body into a loop; having the brain shut off all connection towards the limbs on the figures around [Arms and legs].
Black did not waste time in trying to dabble for conversation, and before it could possibly be noticed, he had already started to form hand seals with his other hand and from that he pushed forth a great water shark bullet at the intense black ball that was just a black ball from this point. For the flames were all contained and sealed into his scroll. The great water manifestation traveled towards this blasting beam at high speeds, and start to consume it; the shark shot forth towards the center of the beam and began to inhale it all. Enemies from around would notice a difference in this water attack as oppose to the many others. It was not something that could be put out and thrown off so simply, for this attack was an absorption tactic. Capable of devouring any and every chakra that crosses its path to no end. Great Shark was a fitting name for this creation; for it would start to grow gigantic and stretch its mouth out towards the Nibii and it's companion along with the buildings sudden residence. The Shark chomping downwards with its giant massive growth jaws and causing a great explosion in the direction of the cat and upwards. It would be similar to that of an hydro bomb, and cause a mass flood due to how much of the chakra that caused it to grow and spread out throughout the office area and into the streets sweeping the flames clean. The ANBU and Oinin Headquarters, Temple of Perseverance, and some of the shopping locales, and other residence could possibly see the flow of water charging them, and were best to hurry and avoid it while they still could. Unless it was hindered by some force foreign or knowing.
Quickly, the storm shinobi moved out. Having the four, Rin, Tin, Jin, and Black himself move out and towards another building nearby that had yet to fully perish; have their be any. Taking to the higher levels by means of dashing up the building opposite to that of the office building; to reach the sky where it was his domain of empowerment. Black would crouch slightly in mid step and propel himself to a higher level to sore above the wave. Gazing downwards, towards the ending result; and hopefully a quick to catch on and follow Myurai behind him and maybe the genin he did not notice from actually moving fast and acting without a seconds waste.'' Rin, Tin, Jin, full analysis. '' He spoke in a low quick tone, the three watching and linking to one another to form a single mind once more.'' The chakra signature of the person near the kitty has shifted, and is now more noticeable. '' The group were bound to hover a good distance away from the cats actual form and the occupant and staying above the great flood for a moment due to the lunge upwards, and start to slowly fall downwards towards the open body of water. With the three cubs curled up and heads plopped out of his inner shirt underneath the cloak, they continued to keep a sharp surveillance over the area. Have anything occurred or even gave the slightest of signatures; he was bound to know immediately.

Rin's Oracle Discipline: The character, through a special talent given at birth, can naturally sense chakra around them. The user can sense chakra around them up to a 5 yard radius without the use of a sensory technique. This radius is increased by 5 yards every time the user ranks up. Additionally, sensory techniques do not take up ninjutsu technique slots.
Tin's Zoom Discipline: The user has a vast eye, able to quadruple the range of a given sensory technique, often allowing them to sense things even outside of the given area (across threads). This vast range, however, makes it difficult to detect fine details. The user is only able to know that chakra is there, or that chakra is being activated. Things like type of technique, rank, element, ect, are unknown to the user.
Jin's Resolution Discipline: The user is more determined to get fine details from his sensory techniques, but in order to get this type of clarity the user's range of the technique is reduced by half. The user is able to discover type of technique that is about to be active(fuuin, genjutsu, ninjutsu, custom jutsu, complex tai and buki), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank. Additionally, the user can gain similar information about any chakra source in their sensory technique's range, including what bloodline the person possesses, and how large their chakra pool is.

The vapor from the seal would come first into contact with the bed of flames at the Nibi's feet, and certainly quite a bit would be sealed. Black would notice a major discrepancy between what the Jutsu had promised and what it had delivered, though: the normal flames inside the building would be lapped up like they were nothing, but the technique would seem to simply fade away after consuming some of the blue flames under the demon, leaving the Bijuu Ball untouched. The roar of thunder that would echo through the area would cause the blue flames around the cat's feet to flicker slightly, but the beast would not drop from its perch. It would appear to sway for a moment before wrapping one of its tails around the tower to stabilize itself.
The next thing to happen would certainly be cause for alarm: the Great Shark Bullet would collide with the ball of Chakra, but instead of growing stronger, it would splash down and drain into the holes in the Village Square. Luckily for Kumogakure, the Bijuu Ball had vanished in the collision, but the beast was still alive and kicking. After a short exertion of Chakra from its companion, it seemed to rest more easily on top of the tower. A halo of blue fire formed around its head. Additionally, a small ball of fire would float through the air toward the Village Gates, almost like it had a purpose for doing so.

Amongst the soldiers, a slight bit of panic had set in as they realized their radios weren't working amongst other things. They instead yelled at eachother like battles of old to relay information.

The other sealing jutsu would cause the kunai and the senbon to fall to the earth, going to the base of the tower and detonating, causing the building to rock ever so slightly again.

Haituro Nodded as Myurai exclaimed it was time for smackdown. He turned his attention toward the flying water needles and giant wind bullet that Myurai had expelled. Haituro inhaled deeply thinking about how it was now his time to shine. With some luck a few of the fallen soliders would catch a glimpse of Haituro's hand seals as he formed them. Haituro figured that the armor that Kazurai had been rambling on about at the ANBU HQ would have been affected as well by Myurai's jutsu meaning the jutsu dampening was effectively gone as long as the seal remained. Rapidly he created the hand seals snapping them off with precision and speed. As he locked in the final seal he removed a hand making it a single handed seal. Anyone who saw this seal or looked at Haituro's seal or eyes would begin to see a large cloud first block out the sun then descend upon them. This cloud would then obscure vision to a point where it was difficult to even see their own hand in front of their face. While they noticed this they would also being to smell a faint scent of alcohol. Haituro said quietly to his make-shift team mates "Don't make eye contact with me or look at my seal"

Element: Maruton Description: A variation of the Doku Kumo no Jutsu (Poison cloud technique) after forming a single handed hand seal (Maintained the entire time by the user) the target will see a cloud descending from the sky blanketing the battlefield and begins to smell alcohol. Using the single handed seal he'll be for to use his free hand to block and do any other necessary actions as long as he keeps the seal locked in with the sealing hand the genjutsu will stay in effect. Shortly after the cloud envelops them the target will begin to feel a slight buzz progressively getting worse each post. Getting more and more drunk the users motor functions will get worse but their physical power will increase with each post as though they are actually drunk. After 5 posts the user will begin to suffer nausea and vomiting and loss of coherent speech until eventually after 7 posts blacking out and collapsing.

Though one thing was for sure, there was something headed for the gates, from what Black saw. Sending information to those at the hq he would quietly stand. Hearing out Hari, he definitely paid no mind to the seal; for it was not necessary, especially since they had to keep their eyes on the target.

Rin, Tin and Jin Jutsu Chakra 310/350 Stamina 150/150 Rin, Tin and Jin are young red panda, they are small but quite useful for varieties of combat. They get tired easily and can only be on the field for five posts, but their speed and power more than makes up for their limited use. They are faster than the larger bears and can match an Anbus speed easily, they are also excellent trackers for use in any situation.
Rin's Oracle Discipline: The character, through a special talent given at birth, can naturally sense chakra around them. The user can sense chakra around them up to a 5 yard radius without the use of a sensory technique. This radius is increased by 5 yards every time the user ranks up. Additionally, sensory techniques do not take up ninjutsu technique slots.
Tin's Zoom Discipline: The user has a vast eye, able to quadruple the range of a given sensory technique, often allowing them to sense things even outside of the given area (across threads). This vast range, however, makes it difficult to detect fine details. The user is only able to know that chakra is there, or that chakra is being activated. Things like type of technique, rank, element, ect, are unknown to the user.
Jin's Resolution Discipline: The user is more determined to get fine details from his sensory techniques, but in order to get this type of clarity the user's range of the technique is reduced by half. The user is able to discover type of technique that is about to be active(fuuin, genjutsu, ninjutsu, custom jutsu, complex tai and buki), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank. Additionally, the user can gain similar information about any chakra source in their sensory technique's range, including what bloodline the person possesses, and how large their chakra pool is.

Oh, woe to the Village! The ruckus at the gates had attracted the Nibi's attention, and rather than continue to flail about at the top of the Raikage's Office, the beast decided to let Nekita run rampant for a while. With one mighty leap, the cat rocketed off of the Raikage's Office in a whirlwind of fiery petals. The cat would be momentarily obscured by the petals, but that would be the least of the Village's problems, as the entire tower would ring like a bell, which would only get louder when the Vacuum Great Sphere hit it. Everything would look to multiply infinitely for all who heard the ringing that echoed across the Village.
The beast would sail through the air toward the countryside, shrouded in a twister of blue fire. Its jump had been so powerful that the very mountainside had shuddered, and now it seemed that the cat would not only land outside of the Village, but that it would land very, very far away. It was nothing but a dark blue speck against the darkening sky. As it sailed, a few blue flames would fall off of it and land in the Village below, disappearing into the inferno.
The blue ball of flame that the Nibi had sent out continued to bob slowly toward the gates.

With the needles, the vaccum, and all the other s**t exploding around them, the UHV banshee squad was screwed. pierced, cut, imploded, and sedated, the many soldiers in the office died, their armor and weapons simply fading from existence.
With the massive force caused by a conglomerate of attacks, the office tower looked like it was on its last legs. if someone breathed wrong...it could come crashing down.
Looking up as the tower rocked Haituro figured he might as well save the Raikage's office since he hadn't been able to do much here and the tailed beast had already departed. He quickly formed hand seals before bending down and slamming his palm on the ground. Praying he had formed the correct seals and not the one for shaking earth he looked up from his palm and was relieved to see giant pillars of rock solid glass shoot up from the ground around the Raikage's office in an attempt to stabilize the building. He looked after the floating ball headed toward the center of the village thinking to himself it couldn't be good but there wouldn't be much he could do about that. He'd leave it to the stronger shinobi than he. Then he turned his attention to where most of the action seemed to take place at the moment. Once more he clapped his hands together then began to form seals. Finishing the seals he vanished in a cloud of dust headed for the gates to join up with the rest, and to see what was taking everyone so long.
