Jurei entered the academy and cracked his neck. It had been a while since he truly put in some elbow grease towards learning himself. There was a jutsu he was planning on expanding upon and from his research being locked in bed, would prove pretty powerful.
For this he would need a hand, an entire extra set of hands to be exact. He formed the snake sign and another clone budded off of him and stood next to him. Jurei simply held his hand out to his side nearest the clone and released a fairly sizeable amount of chakra, and began manipulating it.
The clone in essence did the same thing, releasing high amounts of energy and began to swirl it in with Jurei's own. As their forearms locked a massive vortex began to spiral between their shared palms, though it was still unstable. Both Jurei and the clone worked to sustain it in a single manner similar to the rasengan only much larger.
After a time the sphere settled as a glowing blue ball between them and they smiled in unison. Rushing forward at the same time they thrusted the massive rasengan into a nearby dummy and watched as it shattered apart. Jurei's clone dissipated and he nodded happily. Success. Deciding to switch gears a bit, Jurei inhaled sharply. His training was going rather well for being out of commission for so long. He removed his water scroll and began glancing over a wide range of jutsu. For now he only had time for the one before he had to get back home.
He studied the scroll intensely before beginning to mold his chakra accordingly. A technique of his forefather to generate massive amounts of water without hand signs could prove difficult. Honestly it was more up his little brothers alley more than his anyway.
He began moving his arms about to help him focus as he let the chakra begin to pour out of his body. As he inhaled sharply he brought his arms up to his chest and began to compress the chakra in his body tightly in front of him, smiling a bit as he did so.
He held the chakra tightly in his forearms feeling it surge sporadically through them. He shut his eyes and began imagining his chakra filling the room. Every square inch was being touched by his own chakra, every air particle even. Fortunately this was beneficial to the technique as he continued to maneuver his arms one would find out why.
His chakra began to pull on every tiny water droplet in the academy, pulling it into a swirling massive vortex in front of him. Jurei thrusted his arms outward and watched as the room he occupied filled with water, creating a source from nothingness. A truly accomplishing feat.
As the water swirled about he stood atop of it and smirked. His next few techniques would definitely inquire the usage of more water based fighting fighting for a new surface of battle. he would need all of the assets he could acquire for future battles. (Water Collision Destruction Learned)

Sliding the door the rest of the way open Erebos stepped into the room with a massive smile on his face. his clothes would be simple grey cloths with no defining designs. he held a hand out and then gave a low bow to Koan.
"princess. how have you been? i've been a bit busy with some familly matters."
raising up he then found a seat and let Koan tell him about what was going on in the village.

She learned the jutsu rather well, while her production of chakra left a bit to be desired, something she would work on with her personally, she was learning well overall," Well now that your a full blown Uchiha I expect you to uphold that name with honor. Now I have two more jutsu for you to learn and once you do we shall put them to the test. These are essential to anyone who uses Katon and doubly so for an Uchiha. They are the Flame resistance technique and the fireproof technique. The second is an advancement upon the first but each one is used for certain circumstances. With the second being higher rank you dont want to waste chakra on a jutsu you can walk away from easily. They are performed like so." She formed no seals instead took a deep breath as a faint light blue aura formed around her body," This is the Flame resistance. You use your chakra to protect you from the flames pretty simple really." She channled even more chakra though her body as small pale butterflies formed from her skin," And this is the flameproof. Same thing just more chakra more protection." Turning her attention a bit to Erb she smiled softly," To much has happened. We were attacked twice and the Kyuubi broke free. Its now on the loose gods only know where. OH and I am now a Jounin Sensei and the sage of snakes. We have a new Kage, his name is Ibara though I dont know how I feel about him, he seems foolish and unfit for the position if you ask me I think he read to many knight in shining armor tales as a kid. Hes very fond of speeches. Crappy ones at that."
Konami felt... different, since she learned the Great Fireball Technique. Something within her blossomed. She wasn't sure what it was, but she was very proud of herself. She was now a Uchiha. A true Uchiha. Yet... there was something she was still missing... envy took over her emotions as the images of her brothers filled her mind. Their eyes were different from hers, putting them on a much higher scale of power than what she possessed herself. The sound of Koan's voice brought her back into reality; turning to her, she listened carefully to the following instructions of her Sensei. The next two techniques she'd learn were to help protect herself against the heat and flames of Katon Ninjutsu, and were very important to learn for any Katon user apparently. It made sense to her, since all Uchiha had an affinity for Katon.
Konami observed Koan's example very closely, noting the color of the aura of her chakra. This jutsu, to Konami's surprise didn't require any hand seals, and so she prepared herself to do exactly what Koan had instructed. Closing her eyes, and taking in a deep breath, Konami focused her chakra, expelling it out from her body in the form of a Violet-Red aura. Bounetsu no Jutsu [ Flame-Resistance Technique ] :: Learned
The Violet-Red aura remained, as she moved on the advanced version of this technique. She opened her eyes to gaze upon Koan's aura, pretty, pale butterflies floating gently around her frame. Closing her eyes again to practice the technique herself, she focused on nothing but the core of her chakra. This technique provided a stronger resistance and protection against Katon techniques, and would ensure that any damage suffered from using her Katon techniques would be minor. Konami took in another deep breath, placing her hands together in the tiger seal to better control her chakra. The Violet-Red aura materialized into an aura of flickering flames, hues of purples and blues were present now, giving her aura a more ominous, but feminine appearance. From the top of her chakra materialization, bright, ruby red rose petals formed, gently falling towards the ground. Exhaling calmly, Konami opened her eyes and released the seal she formed. In an instant, the petals disappeared, and her aura slowly vanished. Taika no Jutsu [ Fireproof Technique ] :: Learned
Konami turned to Koan, her gaze set firmly upon her Sensei's eyes. Koan mentioned something about a test, and she would make sure she'd pass it as best as she could. "I'm ready, Koan."
Erebos had to surpress a smirk at what seemed like Koan's most exasperated version of what had probably happened. he knew she was telling him all the truth but she had a wonderfully biased point of view on everything. flipping some loose hair into place with a swift finger motion Erebos nodded with her speech.
"it sounds like it was quite the interesting time i missed."
leaning over a little he eyeballed the other girl who was an uchiha according to Koan and she would know best. giving a slight glare to the girl he leaned back to his regular sitting position and put his hands on the table in front of him towards Koan palms down.
"who's she? and is she going to get in the way of the alone time i planned for us later?"
he winked at koan knowing that she probably wouldn't want to advertise the fact that she liked him as much as she did. he wasn't all that worried about it but she had her image to think of. letting his smirk get the better of himself he almost burst out laughing now.
xxxxxxxxxxxＲacing several feet in the air, Kyoto and Tsuki arrived at the academy, her gold dust forming platforms below their feet with each step they took. Lowering themselves to the ground at her subconscious command, Tsuki leaped forward, landing firmly in front of Koan. Kyoto quickly followed up, falling into a bow paired with a polite smile.
Kyoto looked around, trying to identify any of the faces present at the field, however she wasn't sure that she could place any of them, save Koan, none of her team seemed present. Looking back to the beautiful woman and her white snake, Kyoto spoke "Koan-Sempai, I'm happy to have found you. Ibara-Same would like the squad to gather in his office- Kyoto walked forward, nudged by Tsuki as she spoke "He has a mission for us. I have no clue where everyone else is though." Laughing slightly, Kyoto scratched at the side of her face before letting her head fall sideways, her hair flowing in golden waves in front of her face and around her shoulders.

Even though she was only 14 she felt like she was watching the next generation. Her expression hardened quickly as she heard Erbs words. That would be dealt with in just a moment. For now as she listened to Kyoto report she nodded," Find the others and have them report to the office, Konami and myself will be there shortly. Prepare well. He wouldnt deploy the entire team unless it was vitally important." Turning back to Konami she began," My young Uchiha. You are to be a master of genjutsu, by skill and birthright. Attend its power." Her pale blue chakra streamed from the princess as she forced it into her throat and his body enacting the genjutsu," Erebos. You are my BODYGUARD. You do not plan things for me, you do as your told when your told how your told exactly as your told. You will not speak a word of anything other than that relationship do you understand. Now KNEEL." As she spoke she bombarded his body with her chakra so much in fact that even the two genin there could probably sense it. She loved the Voice of command and the power it gave her over people. She could make them do anything she so pleased so long as they did not take their own lives," SHE is an Uchiha of minor nobility, not royalty like myself but still above the common man and YOU will show her the same level of respect you show me, and you will know your place. Do you understand my dear Erb?" Her voice was soft and gentle soothing even, she was an utter master of manipulation and savered in its powers though a part of her hated having to do this to him after all he was the closest thing to a boyfriend she had ever had but as a member of the Uchiha's royal family she HAD to uphold appearances.

Not being able to contain himself Erebos' face split in half with a smile as Koan got flustered and started ranting on about his position. Bodyguard? he never remembered agreeing to that but he wouldn't complain if he could stick around more. At the call of the genjutsu Erebos felt the need to do as she said. teasing her was fun and all but he needed to make up. he slid out of his chair and kneeled in front of Koan. he held himself high enough from his position that he wasn't degrading himself while kneeling.
"my appologies my princess but i was only trying to inquire about possible one on one training later."
he would then lean a little closer and whisper ever so quietly that she might not even hear.
"and you're just as easy to tease as you always were."
he leaned back and sighed then started to nodd off unintentionally. it'd been a long trip for him to return and he was finally feelign the effects.
Konami patiently awaited Koan's response, until she was being eyeballed by the male dressed in gray, simple garbs. His slight glare was taken quite negatively, as it reminded her much of the disapproving looks her father always gave her. She returned his gaze, with a much more intense, cold glare, watching him as he began laughing uncontrollably. If it wasn't for the fact that he was one of Koan's friend--possibly of closer relationship than that, and the approach of another Shinobi, she would sleep well knowing that she burned this fool to ashes with a technique she had learned only a few moments ago. As the girl spoke, Konami noticed the wolf of shimmering gold sand behind her. It was pretty, and though it didn't appear to be a real, live animal, it moved and acted as such. The female Shinobi was apart of her squad, given how she addressed Koan before speaking, and afterwards informing her on the mission the Hokage has given them.
Koan instructed her to find the others and report to the office, while she stayed behind with Konami, most likely to train, and would catch up later. After hearing such kind words from Koan, she was a bit surprised when the tone of her voice changed, rather in a dominating way as she reprimanded Erb for his actions. To hear such power emanating from her voice was inspiring to Konami, but even more so, the fact that she was a Uchiha... of royalty! As Koan's voice softened, Erb knelt to the ground, and Konami stood beside Koan with her arms crossed, looking down at him. "Hn." She didn't need to say anything, as Koan had already put him into submission with her voice alone. Perhaps she'd get a little respect from him, now that he knew who she was. She wasn't counting on it, but she hoped she wouldn't witness a slight glare upon her like that again from him. Speaking of "getting in the way", Konami turned to Koan, petting Basil gently on his head, for he had found his way into her arms sometime during the last few moments. "I'm ready to start training, whenever you are ready. I'd hate to be the cause of our squad's mission delay."

Changing gears a bit Jurei opened up a different scroll and read over its contents. It seemed today would be a day for add-ons as opposed to venturing out into newer things. Being out of practice though, this would serve as a good way to get back in the swing of things.
He continued to read things over and generalized the similarities between this new technique and the one it was a derivative of. As he read through the scroll it seemed fairly straightforward, so he hoped this wouldn't take too long.
He bit both of his thumbs and did a fair length of signs, practicing molding his chakra as everyone seeped through the string. Summoning was never his area of expertise so he grit his teeth as he prepared himself for his final outcome.
He slammed his palms into the ground and three large gates emerged from the floor of the academy, a bigger version of his previously used Rashoumon technique. As the gates stood fully erect he sighed as he dispelled the jutsu. He was satisfied for the time being, now on to the next. (Triple Rashoumon Learned)

XXXXX Ibara yawned and stretched as he prepared to learn the final two katon jutsu he'd need for a bit, these were very powerful s-ranked techniques and would be dangerous to perform outside of this room seeing as the village was enjoying a short period of peace within its confines. So Ibara unfurled the first scroll reading in slowly to himself. "Gōka Hitoame no Jutsu" Ibara said quietly as he read about the technique that combined two of the previous jutsu he had learned into one destructive jutsu. [ Gōka Hitoame no Jutsu 1/6 ]
XXXXX First he would have to channel the Katon chakra into his lungs and expel it as if he were using the great fireball technique. Which was a very common jutsu in Konohagakure seeing as the leaf shinobi believed in the will of fire. Then he would have to combine that with the Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu technique and create a devistating hail of fire around himself. This would also benefit the technique he wished to learn in a few moments once this was mastered. [ Gōka Hitoame no Jutsu 2/6 ]
XXXXX Ibara began the technique. First he inhaled deeply and began to knead the chakra in his lungs it was very very difficult and sweat began to pop out in small beads on his forehead. As he stood there with his chest expanded to its limit he placed his hand up to his lips and guided the stream of fire that came out into the air. [ Gōka Hitoame no Jutsu 3/6 ]
XXXXX The fire as it spewed out created many smaller fire balls than he had expected but knew all to well what happened to these condensed fire balls, he had seen it in person at the gates during the last UHV attack. Shielding himself he watched the fireballs proceed to cascade down toward the floor exploding in spectacular yet disappearing fashion as the floor and walls absorbed the massive amounts of Katon chakra. XXXXX Feeling satisfied with that he returned to the scroll. Ibara feeling he was nearing the end of his Katon jutsu training let a small smile spread across his lips. "Seems my clone has been busy. I also have a new anbu eh?" Ibara sat at the table and rolled the scroll up.[ Gōka Hitoame no Jutsu 5/6 ]
XXXXX Ibara stood and took the scroll to the other side of the room he placed the scroll back where it belonged. The scroll was damned heavy and a b***h to move across the room but Ibara managed by dragging it he lifted it slightly onto a track and rolled it away before turning and moving out of his private study to grab some fuuton jutsu that were lower in rank and not in his private study. -----ɧaste was not something that she felt, not when she had no reason to know she had somewhere to be. Her sister, as far as she knew, had distinguished herself during the riots, and like Shouka herself was up for evaluation to become Chunin. That would wait, however, until they found each other. Which, in this case, was the main reason she had come to the academy. Though they possessed their own dojo and training location this had been the first place they had shown themselves as something worthy to be shinobi, and thus held special importance to them. Also, this is where they got the scrolls for their dojo, so she did kind of have to come here either way. Taking a deep breath as she arrived, she considered the last day or so. The first concern was her dam. It still remained there, sparkling over the kage's tower, and was a testament to the most powerful display she'd ever given. The second had been when she had frozen everyone around her in crystal, though somehow her opponent had avoided and absorbed her crystals. How someone could simply absorb her technique was unknown to her, though she suspected divine intervention (>.>).
-----Coming into the clearing at the academy, she glanced around at the many people in attendance. She knew none of them. Her time in Konoha had been spent in training with her sister, perfecting her bloodline and focus in the scientific arts. This left her little time to interact with people, and she found this annoying in times such as this. Pushing past it, the young, startling good looking young woman moved into the center of the clearing, taking out a set of crystal bells from her robes. She had considered another method of fighting, of utilizing a different form of combat than she had done before. Perhaps, if left interrupted, she would come up with something.

XXXXX Ibara smiled to himself as he stood before the table with the list of Fuuton jutsu he wished to learn. This list wasn't as extensive as the Katon he had just learned actually he had forgotten one and would need to go back to grab that scroll once he had finished with this. He unfurled the first scroll reading it silently it would grant him the ability to fly freely through the air which didn't seem too spectacular but could be useful in some situations. XXXXX Now was the time to practice the technique it required moderate chakra control but seemed to be simple enough given some of the techniques Ibara had already mastered. Ibara moved silently to the center of his private study using one hand to form the seal he pushed fuuton chakra from the bottom of his heals and the pads of his toes. He envisioned a pair of rocket boots because that what this technique felt like. He lifted up into the air and found that he could actually move quite rapidly. As he hovered in this private hideout of his he pushed fuuton chakra from his right side and quickly darted to the left as the fuuton chakra propelled him in that direction then slowed himself by pushing back with the left giving opposite force. XXXXX Spending enough time suspended in the air for the time being Ibara gently floated down to the ground landing nimbly on his feet. He took the time to notice how much chakra it had actually cost him. It wasn't as much as Ibara had initially expected and that was a bit of a relief. The jutsu could actually come quite in handy in certain situations and Ibara found he may use it quite a bit so the lower cost than most of the higher level jutsu was perfect. The Hokage walked back to the table and looked at the fuuton jutsu and sighed as he rolled up the Tandokuhikou jutsu scroll up and looked at one labeled "Rasen Shuriken" [ Tandokuhikou [ Solo Flight ] 3/3 ]

Chloe walked into the area seeing a few other shinobi in the area, brushing off their presence she continued on into the academy. Her look of sadness had morphed into a look of pure determination. Looking at the raiton and fuuton scrolls to see what she could learn that would make her more worthy of a master like Ryoku. Looking to see what would benefit her un tempered fighting style. "Chidori... senbon.." Saying to herself, picturing how the jutsu would be executed
Kaze no Bouseki Tate [ Spinning Shield of Winds ] 1/1 Learned
'First the easier of tasks.' Chloe moved herself to the center of the room and performed a swift arc of her hand attempting to manipulate the wind around her causing a small wind vortex to spiral around her. The quality of the wind was very powerful and would undoubtedly stop many projectiles or low grade ninjutsu coming her way.
Kouryuu [ Wind Release Stream ] 1/1 Learned
Taking a quick breath she proceeded to learn a bit more in the wind region of jutsu. Having more of a balance over her elements would better suit them in combat. Trying to think of ways she can better keep her human form in combat instead of having to revert to her feathered alternative. Doing a few flips around the dojo to get the idea of balance while doing such things. Inhaling a great deal of air, she blew it out quickly while mid flip blowing herself into a nearby wall. She was barely able to land on her feet, surprised at how fast she traveled while using that jutsu.
Hachidori no Mure no Jutsu [ Swarm of Hummingbirds Technique ] 1/2
Chloe formed some lightning chakra with both her hands and held them up some level with her head. Causing several hummingbirds to form from the sparks they fluttered around amazing Chloe at the beauty of their immages as harmful as she knew they were. They flew around a bit as if in confusion before they started to fade away. She chased after them trying to see them better before they disapeared completely.

Forming the lightning once again she held it out as if she was cupping some water allowing the birds to spring forth from her hands and flutter around in the air a bit before she focued on a dummy in the room with her chakra and the tiny birds flew full forced into it. They landed with shocks causing minor bits of the wood to splinter out a bit but only causing it to rock some before returning to normal with very small burns on the wood where it had struck.
