I had to relieve Ryzan of his co-manager responsibilities last night. stressed TES and I had a long conversation regarding his happiness and I can understand some of his points… *starts to get angry* …but I WILL NOT FORCE RYZAN TO LEAVE HERE LIKE TES WANTS! TES makes me so angry sometimes. stressed

What cold possibly make enough sense to do this!
We are like close family now for him!

You have no idea how difficult this is for me! TES feels that as long as Ryzan is in his presence he won't be able to get over him and move on…continue to hope for something that will never come to be. *Gets angry and mutters something about TES and is arrogance.* evil

Thus far…since I have appointed him with this duty…he has not done much of anything to help me. I love him dearly, but I need someone by my side to help me make very quick decisions and help move the process along swiftly. He's so sweet and congenial. If something goes wrong, I'm going to need someone to be able to pick up the phone and bawl someone out.

I'm not sure sure Vixtul is the one with the real problem...
But I do understand your point and position here...
