Seeing how we're carving our own history, we don't necessarily have to have any of the villages that are represented in the show and manga.
It just makes a bit more sense that we have a few seeing how we plan on taking some canon bloodlines and so on.

Only reason Rain got spotlight was because of Akatsuki Arc
so no not really

Keep the five main villages one extra slot means a lesser village, so why not vote?

Who are the Kages? I Kage'd Mist and Sound in HV before. Never had a problem.

Villages I reccomend to start out with:

Leaf

Sand

Cloud

Rain or Waterfall [Mist should be replaced by one of these, since both are more unique than Mist, and would in my opinion be more fun to roleplay in]

Furthermore, people only join sound because it is evil. Stone no one joins, it is always the most inactive.

I think we should have villages with unique climate/enviorments.

I personally would also like to see snow.

I think there is no problem, as long as you have the big three. [Leaf, Kumo, and Sand]

we will surely have numbers in the guild
so each village will have a good amount of people especially once we close them off.
in HV Mist and Sand are the most inactive, but that because of of other facts, in here we can prevent that from happening

with thats said what the max of people in a village like 15 at first?
If it goes well we can pump it up a little more in the next few days.
