The ANBU obviously didn't realize what the rush was but it was none of his/her concern in the first place and dropped it.

However, a swirl of water appeared in front of it and an ANBU member shoved a wakizashi through the face before cutting outwards. Spinning to face the man, even as the dead pumpkin fell to the ground, The ANBU spoke. "I apologize but unless you have official business from your Kage to our own, no one is allowed in."
