Kaito then slithered out from under the pillar. He hadn't fazed with Berner and he was really flat but nothing was broken. He then inhaled a lot of air and went back to his normal shape. He then slithered back up to Berner's shoulder and licked his cheek to make sure he was ok.

Elly just continued to stare at the scene, "I'm just not going to ask any questions right now. Shall we continue our search?"

"OK!" he smiled and let Kaito return to his usual resting spot on Berner as he started walking and looking around "Too be honest, it doesn't look like much of anything intresting is in here... just old dusty walls, old dusty ceilings, old dusty floors, old dusty body, old dusty-huh?" he stopped and looked back at the dead body lying there "uuuh"

Berner pointed to the body with a sword in it's chest "should I creamate it?" he said as his fingers flexed conjuring up a flame to his palm

Kaito looked at the body then looked at the floor. He then used his tail to point down at the floor where the man had stepped and there were more than one set of prints.

Elly went over to where Kaito was pointing and started to examine the prints, "The look like they were formed recently too."

All of a sudden Berner had on detective clothes and a magnifying glass "I, Detective Berner accept the case of the spooky footprint mystery"

"Come, Doctor not a moment to lose! Off we go!" he posed like a detective but then ran off like an excited kid following the prints deeper into the ruins and down a corridor "EUREKAAAA!!!!" he yelled as he ran though it looked like he didn't discover anything so that yell was for nothing

Elly sighs, "Ummm Detective Berner, if you were a real detective you would have noticed the scrap of cloth near the prints." She picked up and showed a scrap of cloth with a strange image on it.

"Hm?" he ran backwards to look at her... all of a suden he sprinted to her and stopped infront of her then examined the paper... !!! "AHA! I see!" he beamed
