I, Divena, agree to co-own Kali Serdear with DivenasMom. Divena will have: Sole RP rights Breeding rights (DivenasMom does not need to give permission) Sig rights DivenasMom will have: Sig rights Lifemate veto power (Kali will not be mated without DivenasMom's agreement) Of the breedings Kali has, both owners will co-own one of the baskets.

Merci` kaliskanny  This is a co-ownership agreement between Merci` and Kaliskanny for Uriel. Sig Rights Both Merci` and Kalsiaknny have sig rights Roleplay Rights Merci` has full rp rights, but ooc and ic. Breeding Rights Merci` can choose Uriel's breeding partners. Both Kaliskanny and Merci` must agree on a lifemate. Merci` has rights to the first and second breeding. Kaliskanny has rights to the last breeding. I agree to this, thank you very much! smilies/icon_xd.gif I'm dissolving this co-ownership. Co-owner hasn't rp'd...and I haven't spoken to her since the co-ownership was made.

Kaitaia one over three For all of the following, Euthyphro, Ilum, Dante, Anzu, Chane, Mahdi, Duer, and Cole. I (one over three) am the original owner for all of the above and Kaitaia will be their co-owner. This is to allow her access to the soq she has breedings with and to allow anyone else who may still wish to pursue agreements with the above to do so through Kait. Kait has full rights. I may request single ownership be returned to me should I ever return to gaia (unlikely). If this happens all agreements made with any third parties during my absence will be honored absolutely. ;; I agreeeee. Changing a couple things due to the way the shop treats this stuff that I misunderstood a bit a the time of the original agreement. (My fault, yeah yeah. =p ) In the case of a two basket breeding involving a third party Kait and I should co-own one basket. In the case of a three basket breeding involving a third party Kait and I should both receive our own baskets assuming that the third party agrees.

I, tanukyle, am co-owning ponies with techabyte ( x blame it on the --- x ). :3 The following Soquili will be co-owned with her! Windsor, Chloroform, Eton, Corvus Mortuus, Eidolon Ossa, Phosgene, Anchor, Corrigan, Mirat, Kain, Vidorun and April Showers (who is sadly certless :’c). Teepee Rights- Stats will be kept in techabyte’s teepee. - Both users have the right to display the Soquili in their teepee. Breeding Rights- Both users will discuss who gets a basket when breedings are won; generally the basket will be co-owned. If a third basket is in the batch, if the other owner agrees, the co-owner has possibilities to rights to the basket. Either user has the right to opt out of a basket from a breeding. Role-Play Rights- Both users have IC and OOC role-play rights. Characters are mostly already developed; further development will be discussed between both users, but finalized by tanukyle. Life Altering/Major Decisions- All prior breeding agreements will stay in place, unless tanukyle wishes to alter them for some reason. - Breedings will be discussed between both users. - Lifemates/Skinwalkers/ect will be discussed between bothe users; final say goes to tanukyle. Breaking Co-Ownership- tanukyle has the right to take back or give up the rights to all the Soquili mentioned above.
