Ruby rubbed her forehead, feeling a headache coming from Danny and Pozlaceny. "He's a pup I picked up." She said tersely. "He's was 'possibly' going to be my servant temporarily, but definitely not my lover. I haven't decided yet. Either way, scrawny over there can't even carry a pile of tools for this little lady, and his only talent seems to be summoning little elves to build contraptions." She told Pozlaceny. "So tell me, what on earth is a noble doing working in a place like this? You didn't run away did you?"

Victor heard Hector making noises over on the bed. "What are you doing? Do you need a doctor or something?" he asked, getting irritated.

"N-no. I'm fine." She snapped. "I... I just..." She muttered short on breath. She didn't know why he was there or anything, but he was the only one there. She started to quickly weigh her options. "Can you... untie this..." She said, lifting up her jacket and shirt only slightly where the base of a thick and tight leather binding was hidden under her clothes held together by a knot.

Victor rolled his eyes. "Fine" he said and walked over. He began untying and once the knot was loose he noticed her chest raise up. "Now what are you..." he started, but then paused. "You...you're a woman" he said, surprised.

She gasped for air when he undid the knot and let out a few small coughs. "S-shut up." She stuttered, turning red and looking ashamed. Even though it was now obvious to Victor, she still didn't want to admit it.

Victor crossed his arms. "So what exactly are you trying to prove? Why are you disguised as a man? I think you have some explaining to do" he said.

"E-Excuse me?" She snapped. "I don't have to explain anything. I-It's none of your business." She replied stubbornly. "I think the better question would be why are you here and where's John?"

"Your servant went to get a drink. I am here because I was forced to be brought before you because of what happened on the ship. However, perhaps people would be more interested in hearing that the ambassador is actually a woman dressed like a man. I'm sure there's a mental asylum somewhere that they'll throw you into" Victor sneered.

Hector's eyes lit up, and she backhanded Victor in the face again, leaving another mark. "You have no right to call me crazy." She snapped. "You want to know? Fine. Hector is dead. Our family was falling off the noble's chart as it was, and our estate was entailed to a male heir, my older brother. As a woman, I was raised to be as perfect as could be with an education stricter then Ander's military academy. My future and family name was on the line, and it was all dependent on a decent marriage. In the end, all I could get was an engagement to a perverted old count who was old enough to be my grandfather when I was only ten years old. When I was thirteen, I caught pneumonia, and my family went to fetch a doctor, where they died in a freak accident. I lost my family, and I was on the brink of loosing my home, engagement, and future. No one was going to take me in. Then I heard the body of my brother was hardly identifiable, so I put on his clothes and announced I was dead and that my brother was the survivor. My servants kept quite about it because the would be sold off otherwise, and I have been him ever sense."

Victor rubbed his cheek. "Well, I am sorry for my accusation" he said after hearing her story. "If you will drop this charge against me, I will keep your secret under wraps. No one will ever find out" he said.

"Sorry to disappoint you, but after what the prince tried to do to me earlier and probably will try again, Gunther's not getting the funding from Ander. Even if I say you made it up to me and that it's the prince's fault, the king will probably sentence you to death to save the princes reputation. It's not the first time they've done it. If anything, I suggest leaving this country. Then again, that's not an easy task and you'd probably be called a deserter... but I'll tell you what. If you're a good boy, I'll take you with me on my way back to Ander." She told Victor.

"I could never betray my country. It's treason and I hate treachery" Victor protested. If he did this he would hate himself for the rest of his life.

"Your honer is admirable, but would you say that even if you knew for certain your country is betraying you?" Hector replied. "Or how about if I buy you. You shouldn't be that expensive. Oh, and if you didn't know, as part of the army, you sell your rights to the king who pays you as part of your contract... at least in Gunther. The same thing applies to people of Ander, but only for those who are below a staff rank."

Scott rested his rifle, blushing. He grunted and Stepped off the wagon. "I guess I'll see you in the morning then." As a sniper, he was good with stealth. He used that stealth as he disappeared into the shadows. He made his way to a rooftop farther away and aimed towards the wagon. He could watch it all night without drifting to sleep. He was trained that way.

"I would have to see if my country betrays me first. That is the only way I wouldn't feel like I was turning on them. Although, the buying option could work. However, unless I knew that I was being turned on by the leaders of the country first, I still wouldn't feel right" Victor said. He also worried that if he left, something might happen to his family.
