"All right, now that everyone has finished up, we'll be heading out to the training area." Zane said and smiled and started walking, expecting his students to be following along behind him. He'd test their individual and combined skills and in the end they would either pass or Zane would have them sent back to the academy.

"Ooh, where we going?" Ayame asked, loving the sound of free food. He wondered if it would be ramen, and if it was, if they would be going to the same ramen shop his dad had taken him to when Ayame was six.

"Hmm I am thinking Ichiraku's ramen" Hayako said seeing a bit of happiness from Chozu and Kimiko when he mentioned it. It really was one of the main food staples of the leaf. The taste was excellent and it was made with a care hard to find anywhere else. "Come on then lets go" Hayako said as he suddenly dashed forwards towards the village leaving the kids behind. "Come on come on" he called back to them not letting himself get to far ahead of them.

Ayame's eyes lit up when Hayako mentioned Ichiraku. That was definitely the place! "Come on, lets go!" Ayame said excitedly and dashed off after the Jonin.

By the time the others had caught up with Hayako he was sat down on a stool with his food already ordered. "Took you slow pokes long enough" he laughed as Kimiko and Chozu took a seat next to him. "Come on Ayame sit down, sit down" he called patting on the chair next to him. He wanted to talk to the boy about his father and find out a bit about his mother. He knew he didn't have a chance at stealing her away but he could atleast find out a bit more about the newest addition to konoha.

"Awesome." Ayame said and took his seat and placed his order. He had been dying to come back to this place ever since his dad had brought him and now he finally had that chance.

Nimbus followed behind Zane and gulpped. He wondered if he could use any of his jutsu when he'd need to. He didnt even remember passing the exams, he just woke up and they gave him his headband. This was going to be a nightmare.

"So then Ayame. What made your parents decide to enlist you with the leaf" Hayako asked as he rested his elbows on the table and set his head in his hands. "What made them want to have you be a leaf ninja rather then a stone?" he questioned waiting for his food.

"Well, things were starting to get a little crazy back in the Stone Village and so with the approval of both the Tschikage and Hokage, I was to be transferred here. Officially, it says I'm here to strength the alliance between the two villages, but I know my parents did it because they want me to grow as a ninja without having to deal with a lot of people's misguided hate." Ayame explained and smiled, his parents were the two coolest people he knew, even if he didn't get to spend a lot of time with both of them at once.

"Hmm" was all Hayako said as his food was placed infront of him. As usual the daughter of the shop owner was beautiful and stunning as ever. A likely reason that Hayako hadn't payed much attention to Ayames story or seemed not to anyways. "Well we will see" was all Hayako said as he started to eat his food looking around the shop a few times to see who was there. Surprisingly the Hokage himself was not within the ramen shop.

Was he even paying attention? Ayame thought to himself when he snuck a glance over at his teacher. Oh well, at least he didn't have people giving him dirty looks every five minutes.

Setting out towards the training area Kai never missed a beat as he jumped easily over the houses of the village. It was always something to see for the boy to move swiftly with that large gourd on his back. Unlike his predecessor he was much more mobile a good deal of the time. With a final burst of speed Kai arrived at the training area as he slowed down to a walk and finally stopped completely looking around for Shizuka.

"Hmm" Hayako muttered in mid bite as he looked at Ayame who was staring at him as well. He probably thought he hadn't been listening. Oh well it wasn't a big deal. "So then what do you expect to learn during your training and missions" he asked filling his mouth with ramen after his question.

"Honestly, I have no idea." Ayame admitted sheepishly. He didn't really have any goals in particular, but he was sure if pressed he'd figure something out.

"Hmm well eventually we are going to make sure all three of you do have something" Hayako said as he looked at them. "Also I hope you have been studying for the genin test" Hayako reminded them as he picked up his bowl and drank the broth slowly before putting it down with a satisfied sigh.

"Why do we need to study for it, what is it anyway?" Ayame asked simply, not really understanding what Hayako was saying.

A storm of shuriken flew at Kai from all directions, and a whirlwind sprang up around him.
