Roll response: Kurone lost sight of the mer he had caught a glimpse of due to the darkness. It was really dark and made it hard to keep track of anyone or anything. He kept swimming forward but noticed something odd about the water. It felt like it was getting warmer... hot even. He stopped and swam back some until the water was cooler again. He looked down and spotted a faint glow. He swam around the warm water area before continuing on. It wasn't long before he hit another hot spot that he had to dodge around. He didn't know what was up with these hot spots but instinctively knew to avoid them.

Roll response: Jack growled as he ran into another dead end. This one two was overgrown with a wicked looking poisonous plant. He backtracked and took the other direction at the last fork in the maze. Anyone who purposely chose to live down here must be incredibly determined to spend their time dodging all the troubles of mazes and dangers that were rampant everywhere. However, Jack supposed, being able to navigate such things with ease probably secured some pretty nice bragging rights.
