Sanda hadn't seemed too worried with Masato's struggle to not kill his wife, what was more so, Masato sensed a strange desire from the woman as he raised his hand. When she spoke, it seemed almost as if she enjoyed the act. Masato furrowed his brow, not understanding the woman's strange behavior. He had known the woman's face, but not her role. Knowing she was in charge was something that had aligned with the reports of a new leader among the group, one that had slain it's founder.
The two brothers were accompanied by the blue haired witch of Kogarashi. Her soft footsteps behind them would not go unheard by Masato and certainly not Sandayu. As they moved toward a large arena type structure, Sanda's question would give Masato a moment of pause. " Yes. " he said plainly, looking back towards Kagami then to his brother. " What happened...to bring you, both of you, to this place. To create this....to laid siege to the villages?" He was more interested in his brother's response, personally. However, his knowledge of Kagami was truly minimal. Perhaps if he understood more of their history, of their upbringing he would be able to further his understanding of how Sanda grew so rapidly in his strength.

Technique Name: Strength of a Hundred Rank: S Type: Fuuinjutsu Description: This Technique is the absolute pinnacle for a medical nin. With almost perfect chakra control, the shinobi is able to begin storing chakra in the center of their forehead and seal it there. This takes shape in the form of a pink diamond. The shinobi is able to seal away 250 chakra for later use. When used it battle, it causes black bands to wrap around the user and release the chakra back to the user. At the same time the user gains super regenerative powers, capable of surviving almost any attack, though you cannot regenerate from your head being removed, or your body being entirely destroyed from the shoulders down. Other methods of lethal injury that may not involve direct physical damage, such as having your soul sealed into a Shiki Fujin, also cannot be healed through. This lasts for 4 posts and can only be used once per battle.
Second Class: Puppeteer ____ Marionette: β You are able to take your puppets and make them look and move "like a real boy". Another two people entering, a woman and then a giant woman. Kagami split herself between a few clones. Clones so she could handle all the people Naoki surmised. A clone directing the raven haired Uchiha to Kagami's office, Naoki nodded as she stood to her full height. Raising up the younger Uchiha seeming snatched off her current spy disguise in a flashy manner, as if she was a member of team rocket. The clothes and accessories dispersing into a small cloud of smoke she'd store them in a lightning seal. Dressed in her usually attire the Uchiha adjusted a few things. "Understood Lady Kagami!"Following after the clone of the blue haired woman, Naoki was lead to Kagami's office.
Taking a seat at her desk Kagami asked about Naoki's time in Arashi and sympathized with the Uchiha. Frowning at the thought of her time in Arashi Naoki sighed."You don't know the half of it Lady kagami but here is my report." Reporting on many things Naoki reported that she had officially joined the village as a temporary resident. How that a man named Kenshin could be troublesome. Being the head of the security of the village Naoki describe the man as a real "Hard a**". Continuing on Naoki would report that her efforts in to completely integrating in their ranks would be halted by a tailed beast attack. Explaining everything that she saw and witnessed the Uchiha didn't leave a single thing out. She'd even report about the annoying children she had to help protect. "Once everything has died down things might be tight but I should be in better standings with the village due to my efforts in the attack. It'll let me find out more about the swords. That's all I have to report."

Karleen opened her one visible eye as the sound of heeled footsteps grew near, and she watched Kagami as she made her introduction. The craftswoman couldn't stop one corner of her mouth from twitching up, lips parted lightly in amusement. Kagami was everything she expected her to be, very blunt, very straightfoward... she was really going to like this woman. Pushing off the wall with her elbow, Karleen made a deep and respectful bow in front of the leader before straightening up to return the introduction.
"I'm Karleen Ouvere, prodigy craftswomen, possible business investment, daughter of a long line of excellence, blah, blah, blah..." She returned, her voice a mixture of snark and a joking tone. Karleen crossed her arms in front of her chest, her expression becoming more neutral. "I was hoping, perhaps, that I could offer my talents to your organization. I've recently found myself out of a job and every empire needs someone to craft their tools of war." The statement was matter of fact, and she was sure that many people under Kogarashi's banner undertook this task. "Why hire five people when I can do the same job in half the time?" The young woman shrugged, arms still crossed, shoulders hitting purple hair.

__ The trio stood outside of the arena grounds. Sandayu welcomed his secret wife with another acknowledging nod as Masato proceeded to ask a simple but important question. Why? To some degree, he felt like Kagami should be allowed to explain her take of it herself. Sanda took a short but deep breath before assuming the lead in giving his brother an answer, "I came here shortly after we went our separate ways. It turns out that my adopted family had made enemies of the Land of Floods because of my foolish siblings. Tengakure, my village, was wiped out." His gaze shifted away in the direction of Arashigakure, "I needed help to return the favor, so I sought an alliance. They help me achieve my vengeance and I help Kogarashi's own agenda." It was a very simple arrangement, although there were some unspoken strings attached. "I'll not stop until they pay." Sandayu turned back to have Kagami and Masato in his field of view again, not that it made much difference with his Byakugan still at work to keep track of others in the vicinity. He didn't want anyone to know more about him then necessary, so he was wary of being in earshot of those flocking here to join Kogarashi or whatever other business they might have.

__ Kagami stood with the other two outside of the arena and listened to Masato's question. "Not as bright as his brother, but not completely clueless either." She analyzed as she listened to Sandayu's response to the question. Her husband was motivated by vengeance and his interests and Kogarashi's certainly aligned fortuitously. There were a couple of added details in his response that she was not aware of previously so that was useful. "My parents were your classic loyal village ninjas in Mist. That loyalty got them two holes in the ground when the village collapsed. I suppose they took my family away from me long before that with the neverending dangerous missions." Kagami stared off into space for a few moments before she gathered the words to continue. This was not Kagami's favorite conversation exactly and thinking of it was her fuel to work through all of the hardship of running the rogue faction. "When the people were finally fed up with it they toppled the government and released the sanbi. Eventually, one of Kiri's sealing masters used me as a sacrifice for the demon. I lost my so-called purity as a priestess and was excommunicated from the only thing that mattered to me besides my parents. I left that village behind to burn and then they insult me by creating that mutt village, Arashigakure." There was a significant amount of venom in Kagami's words as she recounted her history in detail. Sandayu already knew the gist from their first conversation, but this was far more layered. "Kogarashi is the only group that can truly stop these villages for good." She concluded with that simple principle. Her ideology at this point was unwavering and she would use any means possible to make it realized.
Obei approached the shadow clone that was speaking with Anma. When Kagami was asked if she wanted a massage she raised an eyebrow. "What I'd like is for you to answer my question." She was straight forward in her displeasure with answering her question with a question. She then turned her head to view Obei. "Obei! Yes, they're friends, dear. You should go do some training." Kagami made the gentle suggestion to her loyal subordinate. Her disposition seemed to change entirely when speaking with her trusted Oni friend. Kagami always had the unique ability to change her behavior swiftly.
The clone with Naoki started reading the detailed report. "She's quite the spy, I'll give her that." She nodded as she read every single detail over several minutes. "Good progress so far. Tell me about this Kenshin, how big a problem is he? Do we need to have him taken care of?" Kagami was frank, she cared much more about her operative's security and ability to complete the mission to satisfaction than anything.
The Kagami copy with Karleen smirked sardonically at her. The craftswoman might have felt her wrath had she not bowed so respectfully before her. "I'm a woman who needs no introduction. You, sweetheart, will need to fill in a couple of those blahs before I start relying on you. How do I know you're any good?" The sharp-tongued woman freely engaged this one in a repartee. From Kagami's perspective, she was in less of a need of her than Karleen was in need of Kogarashi. Her smirked remained as she awaited her response.

Masato would listen intently as his brother began. This was a tale that he was unfamiliar with. Uzugakure and Arashigakure, both nations he knew very little of. It was only within the last year that he had even considered joining a village again. Hearing that Arashigakure was responsible for leveling his homeland shocked him in some way. He could never remember his time in Sunagakure having such conflict that they would demolish a village. It was demonizing to him. Was this village so corrupt that they could allow such unrivaled violence. Kagami's responce was more in depth. She clearly didn't manage telling her story. Masato would listen, more agitated with the woman's voice as he command to destroy the village began to make more sense to him. Masato could understand now why the two of them wanted the village gone. Hell. He was even sympathetic to why they would use him to assault the village. Masato couldn't say that he wouldn't have sought the same vengeance. His mind floated back to the Monk who cared for him as a youth. How he slaughtered the five bandits who nearly killed him. It seemed their family had a history with wrath.
" I see. " He said as his eyes scoped out the area they had ended within. This Colosseum would draw interest to him as he awaited whatever came next. " I can't say I wouldn't have done the same...in either situation." he said, letting his new comrades know he was understanding to their cause. Of course. Masato would have gone the route of lone vengeance, turning himself into a machine of wrath and destruction, not forming alliances.

"You don't know if I'm any good, but..." Karleen let out a soft sigh, trying to think of a good answer for Kagami. Most of her work had been under her family's name, not her own.... or the credit was taken by the villages. She was not allowed to brand her work, leave her mark, tell the world... She had nothing to show for her efforts, nothing to show for the years of abuse and pain. "I'm tired of working for villages. I made many things under their banners, and I never got s**t for it. Barely a living wage, at that. I could have made them something better than anything they could ever imagine and they would have still looked down on me because I wasn't a shinobi." Karleen looked down, trying to chose her next words carefully.
"I... want to work in a place where I can work in peace. I can't show you any of my work because it's been stolen, you probably wouldn't even believe me if I told you, they're bold claims. But I've got passion and drive, and I don't particularly care what my creations are used for or what damage they cause, so you don't have to worry about me ditching because of moral dilemma." Anger and desire burned in her visible eye-- all she wanted to do was make things. Without being belittled, without being inferior, without being chained. She was not a damn slave.

Kagami greeted her in the same tone that she had received the last few times a mission had went well. The woman's advice would be well heeded. She had been slacking off on her training and boy was it going to show. Wanting to be in top form, Obei gave a nod before setting off away from the group and towards the training area once more.
When Obei arrived back at the training area, she picked up from where she had last left off at. After taking the scroll of cestus style to go and punch more things, the Oni would get to punching. Her attacks we're varied and fairly concise. A lot of the techniques being taught were very situational and could have varied amounts of chakra tied to each rank. It just made it all the more fun to punch things in her opinion. After a solid few minutes of using her chairs control to perform spiritual techniques, she came to find peace with her ability to Master the style. After completing that that bukijutsu style, Obei would then focus on her heritage techniques. She thought back to when belamos and the blue one had been fighting. Their strength was powerful. Could she take either on now? It was something for her to think of. After practicing using her sake to bend to her will, she performed a series of techniques with it such as keeping it in her mouth to power up at the cost of throwing up...Summoning rain clouds of sake to pour down onto her enemies and making limbs of sake appear to punch stuff better. That was pretty neat. Next came the accursed techniques that which she had been gifted by some odd means. The sake already around her made for an excellent fuel for getting started and soon enough she was busy creating snowstorms with her arms, launching lethal soears of ice, and dropping the room to sub zero temperatures. Had anyone been brave enough to go and check on her, they'd notice that her eyes glowed an even more intense shade of crimson as the techniques lasted their longest. The room temperature would return to normal as she took a short break to recuperate and regenerate her chakra. After that but of fun Obei would think of a weapon to use in case the need ever arised. She huffed before finding an abandoned bat in the corner, dust and cobweb ridden. She had some troubled but picked it up and swung it. Not a club but it would make do. She went searching for scrolls with similar styles and managed to find a few that suited her interests. Some styles interested her and were pulled out and set aside while she went to town with the bat. It felt weird using something vsobsmall as a weapon but it would make due for the time. Maybe there was a large club or a nice tree that needed using somewhere. As she struck and used the bat to dish out whatever damage that was dealt to the sunny, it would begin to dent and lean as a result of her strength. It wasn't until the end of the final technique that it finally gave up and broke in two. Rolling the pieces on the ball of her heel, Obei huffed and picked up both pieces before setting them aside so nobody would trip on them. Looking back at her handiwork, she felt a tad more experienced. Maybe her role was for blunt damage instead of slashing? Speed wasn't her best weapon but her sheer size could be. After that weapon tangent, she went back to her scrolls and found one exclusively for people whose bodies were large. As if that wasn't her. She opened it and studied from teaching before trying them out on the dummy again. It was strange fighting with her feet considering that she needed them to stand, but things were going quite well. Some if the techniques would fit her perfectly, focusing on taking attacks instead of dodging to capitalize on the opponent's strength. Obei wiped beads of sweat from her forehead. It was getting to be a good workout if this would be all for nothing. Her sheer size and strength would make good use of this style, crushing anybody who lacked the ability to dodge or do much of anything against physical attacks. One technique made her almost gleeful, which was the ability to pick up chunks of land and then hurl it at people. It was a lot easier than she would have thought but all the better to hurt people with! The more latter techniques of the Iwagakure style used chakra for some of the techniques which surprised the Oni. She was just expecting a bunch of kicks and twist but here was an actual style that could do things. It made her eager, excited for a fight in her future. The blows would become more ferocious than the last and the poor inanimate training dummy looked to be on it's last leg. Would she have to get a new one if this one broke? Finishing up the last of the techniques, Obei would find herself feeling much better about her size. If she could do stuff like this other people couldn't, how cool would it be to crush people in her hands? Maybe. She was practicing flex her muscles in anticipation of an incoming strike, focusing all of her strength to shift onto the defensive to protect her. Anma blinked, not quite processing the lack of an answer even if she hadn't answered the one directed towards her. "Oro?" she narrowed her brows and pursed her lips in thought. Then her face lit up like the sun itself had been born on it. She reached down her dress and retrieved a scroll and gently lay it on the floor. Running a hand along it until she found the region that was slightly raised by the presence of a strange symbol, Anma pressed her hand down hard. A small poof of smoke and a small wooden puppet appeared on the ground. Anma ran a hand along its wooden texture and nodded satisfactorily. Focusing her chakra into thin extensions, she pushed them forward and they attached to the puppet. Lifting her hands, Anma lifted the puppet and had it wave to Kagami, even if it was slightly off from target. "Do you like dolls? I like dolls."

Technique Name: Strength of a Hundred Rank: S Type: Fuuinjutsu Description: This Technique is the absolute pinnacle for a medical nin. With almost perfect chakra control, the shinobi is able to begin storing chakra in the center of their forehead and seal it there. This takes shape in the form of a pink diamond. The shinobi is able to seal away 250 chakra for later use. When used it battle, it causes black bands to wrap around the user and release the chakra back to the user. At the same time the user gains super regenerative powers, capable of surviving almost any attack, though you cannot regenerate from your head being removed, or your body being entirely destroyed from the shoulders down. Other methods of lethal injury that may not involve direct physical damage, such as having your soul sealed into a Shiki Fujin, also cannot be healed through. This lasts for 4 posts and can only be used once per battle.
Second Class: Puppeteer ____ Marionette: β You are able to take your puppets and make them look and move "like a real boy". With a unique mindset and a great deal of skill, you are able to use simple and complex Taijutsu and Bukijutsu techniques through your puppets. __ It appeared that Kagami was willing to reciprocate more information about her own past after he finished explaining himself to them both. While not spoken, Sandayu did appreciate little shows of respect like that as someone who typically kept his past to himself. Masato seemed to only be in it for questions and answer rather than show and tell. Even still, his brother expressed understanding... verbally. Words weren't worth much in Sandayu's book, but he was the one who brought Masato here in the first place to give him a better chance. Since he didn't ask any other questions, the younger brother was under the impression that Masato was satisfied with just that much. "Alright. Let's go get Takumi." He started to turn away but stopped to address the Kogarashi leader, "Kagami, I have something to show you as well." Sanda finished his motion and moved on to the main building. They'd make their way to the lower levels where Takumi was surely working in the laboratories. "Mister Saegahara, it's time." He said as he entered the labs, "I hope you've finished collecting what you'll need to do your work." He'd give the blond man a chance to finish whatever he was doing. There wasn't much room to hide his activities from the Byakugan, but then again, Sanda was more focused on moving on with his own agenda than policing Takumi at this moment.

In the days since their last interaction, Takumi had spent various amounts of time examining the compound. Every last change of his precious office would be cautiously examined and the changes Kagami made upon her take over annotated in his mind. He had known she had some time to make adjustments, but it hadn't seemed she had paid much mind to the several passages and hidden corridors Takumi had constructed. Not that he ever shared such things with others. He would use these corridors and passageways to move quickly between rooms and examining the new Kogarashi soldiers in silence. Those who would approach him and still swore their fealty to him would be publicly ridiculed by Takumi himself, giving no clear impression of disobedience. Takumi would appear to, by all standards have submitted to the pair's desires.
Today, Takumi had returned to his laboratory. It was in this sanctuary of sorts he would have dissected and closely studied several of the specimen that Sandayu had been keeping about. He would have collected data on each of Kogarashi's members in addition to this, compiling a list of eye witness statements of their abilities, personalities and habits witnessed within the institute. While there wasn't a file formed that was very in depth due to the low survivor count of main members, some documentation existed with basic data. Several jars laid about the laboratory, several of the jars held a single eye within it. These of course were variants of two eyes, the Rinnegan and the Mangekyo Sharingan, both obtained from Sandayu's minions. A board that directly lied across from the door Sanda would enter from would have schematics of several creatures laid out upon it, almost as though he was customizing beasts for creation. As the Rinnegod would enter the room, Takumi would greet him with a polite nod. " Things are going well. I am more than ready to begin."
His eyes shifted, a new presence had entered with Kagami and Sandayu...he had never seen this man before. Takumi would grimace, he didn't have data on this man. Even more so, he resembled Sandayu in a remakable manner. It was evident from the man's superior physical conditioning that he was a shinobi, most likely one of a physical disiline instead of a common user of genjutsu or ninjutsu. " I don't believe we've had the pleasure." he began, facing Masato. " I am Takumi Saegahara." he said. His eyes closed with a fox like smile, prodding for information as always.
Shaking her head to the question Naoki spoke. "Just the opposite lady Kagami. Though I don't know his combat ability I can tell he's no slouch with a sword. Also he seems to hold a lot of influence in the village. My suggestion is to get closer to the man lady Kagami. He may aid in my mission. "

__ Kagami walked with Sandayu and Masato to the laboratory. Sandayu intended to show her what they had been working on. Takumi even being here still made her skin crawl; she killed the man for a reason! "Takumi, stop smiling, it's creeping me out." She did not believe that Takumi even had the muscles in his face to smile so she assumed that it was faked. "Yes, Masato, this is our science slave, Takumi. He used to be in charge around here, but then I...found my way into his heart, let's say. Now I'm the leader." She smirked, she truly played these foolish Kogarashi founding fathers. She did revel in her own ability to manipulate stupid men. The only man Kagami ever respected was Sandayu, which is why he has her heart belonged to him. Perhaps if Sandayu were a dumb brute like Masato then the marriage alliance would have stayed purely business, but that was not the case. "Anyway, when am I getting my army?" Kagami asked bluntly of Takumi and Sandayu, she was certainly starting to see the need of this venture.
In her office, the Kagami clone listened to Naoki discuss Kenshin. She pressed a finger to her lip before smiling coyly. "You're a pretty girl, Naoki. See if you can...get close to him. You know how men are." Kagami did not know much about the man she was talking about, but she assumed that the majority were easily manipulated apes. "In fact, I think I'd be tempted to take a bite out of you myself, but I'm spoken for." Kagami giggled and winked flirtatiously to the beautiful Uchiha noblewoman before raising her hand to reveal her wedding band engineered by the rinnegan. "I'll tell you all about it later, but for now, use the facilities to rest or train if you need to before returning to the field. Is there anything else?" If there was nothing else to discuss then Kagami would happily disappear.
Kagami's clone listened to Karleen's explanation about her intentions and goals. Her pinkish carmine eyes of the Sakkakugan tensed with an appearance of empathy and concern. "I understand. Villages have a habit of using their people and discarding them. Kogarashi will bring them down and liberate their people soon enough." She then considered where she would place Karleen in the organization. This was a crafter and not a kunoichi. "Well, I'd love to have such a beautiful working woman around. Fine, Karleen, you get full access to our facilities to do your work. Do you need me to assign you to anything?" Kagami would happily assign her to any mission she desired. Once Sandayu and Takumi were done building the army then Karleen would need to begin manufacturing powerful weapons in bulk as well as some more special armaments, but that could wait.
Kagami's clone then watched Anma unravel a scroll before her and summon a wooden training puppet. She was aware of kugutsu's existence, but not much beyond that. When the puppet waved at her the woman's eyebrows tensed in frustration. Suddenly, Kagami's personality and demeanor seemed to change completely. She hated when people did not answer her questions when they were commanded to. Her right hand then extended to throw an open-handed slap towards her left cheek. "What the Hell is wrong with you?! Are you crazy?! Tell me who you are and don't make me hurt you!" Kagami was enraged with her eyes narrowed on the doll girl. This girl had better come to her senses before Kagami would have her thrown out of the Institute.

Anma's head turned with the slap. Taking two seemingly unstable steps backwards, she lifted a hand to her cheek. "Oro?" She said somewhat sadly, as her hand rested on the warm red skin. A small trail of tears seemed to seep down her face, just barely reaching her fingertips. The puppet that had been in front of Anma and now at the side of Kagami, raised a hand to its cheek as well almost mockingly. "Why do you hit Anma?"

The shinobi is able to seal away 250 chakra for later use. When used it battle, it causes black bands to wrap around the user and release the chakra back to the user. At the same time the user gains super regenerative powers, capable of surviving almost any attack, though you cannot regenerate from your head being removed, or your body being entirely destroyed from the shoulders down. Other methods of lethal injury that may not involve direct physical damage, such as having your soul sealed into a Shiki Fujin, also cannot be healed through. This lasts for 4 posts and can only be used once per battle.
Second Class: Puppeteer ____ Marionette: β You are able to take your puppets and make them look and move "like a real boy". With a unique mindset and a great deal of skill, you are able to use simple and complex Taijutsu and Bukijutsu techniques through your puppets. Any attacks used by the puppet ultimately carry the DR of the user. In addition, you get +1 tai or bukijutsu style every other rank, (C, A, and S+).
