Kaz was still wearing his many pocketed pants, but they had been cleaned and mended by one of Gennai's attendants, and they had given Kaz a new winter blanket to replace the one that seemd to get shorter everytime he needed bandages, as well as his own first aid kit to use as well. With his new T-shirt to match his freshly tended jeans, he had also gotten to pick out an awesome black leather coat, and Fedora to match. To top it all off, the item Kaz had most wanted since coming to the digital world, a pair of shades, to keep the annoying flashes that seemed to follow him, from giving him epilepsy. They were wonderfully unique (think vash from trigun) with a rosey tint to the lenses. He was sitting in at a table, eating some eggs that he heard were good here.

Kaz almost didn't recognize Toan when he came in, but the crowd of baby digimon following him gave him away. He picked up his plate and wnadered over to where Toan was sitting, waiting until the Waiter finished taking his order, and sat down across from him. "I thought I might find you here. So are you really going to keep pushing me away? I do make rather good company. Well if you give me the chance that is."

Kaz chuckled, "I thought that's what you liked about me? No hidden agendas, no hypocrisy, and a good listener. Hows this; I want to travel with you, because you seem to make your own adventure, and I respect you. Heck I may even get to see some of the sights of the digital world that I'm sure no one else has ever been to in ages." He munched on eggs while he let Toan think about this.

Excellent that's really most of what I ask. Anyway how is Hao doing? I saw him take a rather serious hit, but now he seems to be doing ok now."

Demiveemon took the package and opened it. He replied, "Thanks Piximon! Kira, let's go look for kaz so we can thank him! And... We need to find him a Christmas present too! And Alder, Toan, Dax, Gennai, Piximon, the steak man, so many people we should give gifts to!" as he attempted to pull Kirashimu out.
Kirashimu said, "Good idea. Bye guys, Demi wants to go thank Kaz." as he followed Demi out. Crescemon and Cherubimon followed them out.

Toan shrug as he pushed the sunglasses up to cover his eyes completely "Does it matter? either way i'm fine"

"I don't know, it almost looked like your eyes were following the ice cream cone before the waiter set it down. Oh nevermind, it was probably the light playing tricks on me. Anyway, that cones for you if you want it." Kaz leaned back a little bit in his chair. When suddenly demi jumped up into his lap, and oooof escaped his mouth, and he looked down, "No problem little dude. It didn't look like you were getting very far with the steaks so I figured a chrome digizoids shield custom made would be a welcome change. Gennai had a ton of it left over, and he said to help myself. Glad you like it."

Demiveemon asked Kaz, "Is this how I use it?" as he jumped over to Toan and whacked him across the head with it before hopping back into Kaz's lap, "That's for all the times you've kicked me like a football!"
