Your shielding: Well, losing one of your affinities wouldn't make you any less undetectable. Even with one, or none, the element is just an affinity. Not the central core of chakra itself. And being near impossible to detect or memorize should be adjusted; might I suggest something like; "Manipulates lack of presence and can easily be overlooked when doing anything." Something like that. Again, it's a perk.

Izumi has had a difficult past, not because of drama and what not but due to the fact that as a child she was always very sickish making it hard for her to do the same things other of her age did. Even then she was determined to become a shinobi. The idea had always intrigued her. It took a lot of work and a long time. Aidan traveled far and far into the mainland battling bandits and using his mucial talents to achieve some change for supper. Coming across the desert Aidan came upon the Village Hidden in the Sand and Aidan knew this was his new home. He'd always had their parents attention since he was the one going through the academy and praised for being an above average student by his teachers. Yet their father would still push Ichiro, wanting the boy to be the best shinobi of his class.
When Jun was eight, her older brother had graduated from the academy at the age of twelve and went on to join a team. This of course earned Ichiro more praise and attention from his parents, who were focusing so much on him that Jun felt her own efforts to become a shinobi went unnoticed. As things remained virtually the same, with Jun off to the sides and ignored, she began developing her apathetic attitude. She no longer desired her parent's praise and if she disappointed them, their remarks became less and less important.
While Jun sqaundered her talent and became less interested in passing through the academy, her brother had been going through the shinobi ranks, reaching jounin at the age of eighteen. Always in her brother's shadow, while Jun did enjoy her shinobi training, she was seen less and less around the academy. Her parents, finally fed up with her state of indifference, kicked her out when she reached the age eighteen. Not that it mattered much to Jun, who quickly found an apartment and began job hunting.
It was not until her brother's death when she was twenty years old did she get set on the right path. He had been on a high risk mission and had protected the team at the cost of his own safety. After Jun had finally worked up the courage to see him in the hospital, they had spent the last hour of Ichiro's life catching up and speaking to each other. Her brother had admitted he was disappointed Jun had not yet passed the academy, saying she had great talent to be a shinobi and that it would have been great to work together on missions.
Days after his death, Jun returned to the academy and actually began to apply herself. While she did take her brother's death as a sign to not recklessly throw her life away and be smarter when going about missions, Jun found a lesson in their last conversation. It was better to only listen to her own expectations and not give up being a shinobi just to spite her parents.

Despite the fact that her own powers led her to have mental distress and close herself to the world, she was a shy girl anyway. From a young age she showed that she has the ability to become one of the strongest Genjutsu users. This, not only because of her Bloodline, but also because she does not really likes to fight, and Illusions are the best way to finish a fight without being hurt. That led her to study, and focus, mainly the art of Illusions
This calm mind trait is a bit fishy because it doesn't set the level of genjutsu you're resistant to to rank of the genjutsu or anything you can measure. only just your rank to your opponents. I can't accept that. It's too general and needs something of a more specific limit. A slightly increased ability or something like that for those of equal rank. Out right just being able to see past it with equal rank is too much. Also your chakra pool is 275, the secret drop should just be a noted trait so it doesn't get confusing that that total doesn't just add in the extra 25. Also as a ninjutsu user you'd only lose 6 out of your 18 so you only have 12 and you can break that up amongst your elements and non-elemental so you only have four to each slot while keeping with that trait.

Kira always went to the market to get bread, but she had to be done and back by sundown. One night she was running late, and it would be a night she would never forget. She was sprinting home as fast as she could (which was quite fast for someone of her age) when it all happened. When life as she knew it crumbled before her eyes. See, her dad owed a black market merchant a LOT of chash. He had been barely making it along and wanted to give his beautiful wife and beloved daughter the live they deserved. What he didn't get was the you generally have to pay back what you "borrow" there if no such thing as free "gifts" when it comes to the black market.
She was running home when the shouts came. Scrambling up on crates, she gazed in horror as men slaughtered her mother and father. The last memory Kira has is her mom looking at her with pleading eyes. She said something then, something that's eaten Kira alive since that day. She just couldn't make out what she said. For all she knew, it could have been something as a warning, or a simple "I love you", but Kira knew, and knows, that it was much more then that. That was all she saw before a colorful red and black mask blocked her way. Ducking down, she would hide in a crate as the men stormed out of the house.
Silent tears trickled over a horror stricken face. Once she was sure the men were gone, she instantly crawled out and ran blindly down the street. A small explosion and a lung full of smoke was all Kira needed to know that the men had set the house on fire, cleaning up their handy work. The officials labeled it as a incident. A simple fireplace flame gone wrong. But Kira knows better, sure, it was dark out, but the mask. She will NEVER forget the mask...

He would do anything to get out of doing something he doesn't wanna do. He came up with three phrases: "Challenge Considered" which means he might do the job, "Challenge Accepted" which means he will do the job, and "Challenge Denied" which means he won't do the job, or if he's forced, he'll try to get out of it.
[ Birth ] Raiga's mom was pregnant when her and Raiga's father were traveling to the Mist. Everything was going good until there was a murderer going around on a killing spree. Raiga's mom was in labor of the incident. The murderer came into the house where she gave birth to Raiga. Raiga was just a newborn, but when he was born, the sky turned as black as coal, and it started to rain. The clouds were booming with thunder. Raiga's father was a very experienced ninja and tried to kill the murderer, and his mother tried to help but they failed. They were at the brink of death. The murderer thought they were dead, so he left. They were severely bleeding and coughing up blood. They used all of their strength to transfer their chakra into Raiga to give him their final gift before they died. His mother gave him her gift of Water and a scroll saying what they wanted him to do, and his father gave him his mastery of Lightning, and placed his Kumogakure headband on Raiga's neck. Raiga's parents passed away, and Raiga was left there crying.
[ Early Life ] Mist ninja found Raiga and took care of him. Once Raiga was 3 years old, they sent him off to Kumogakure. When Raiga was in Kirigakure, it stormed more often. Once he was gone, the weather went back to normal. When he arrived to Kumogakure, they took him to the Raikage's Office, and then showed the Raikage the scroll. The Raikage knew what he had to do. Raikage gave Raiga the special Tattoo that Ranton Element users get, and gave him the name, Raiga. Raiga was specially trained, and became one of the best Academy Students in Kumogakure history. Now that he's older, he's expected to do more and surpass his father, a great Kumogakure Ninja.
