It was easy enough to defend and counter, but Suzume wanted to see what Yuugao would come up with if given the opportunity to attack first. Watching them line up, the girl's form was hidden by the kangaroo's larger one. The animal moved forward to attack and it was obvious he was meant to hide whatever Yuugao was going to do. A simple tactic but it was a good one if used effectively. If she had to guess, the two most obvious moves would be that Asagao would move out of the way just as Yuugao launched an attack. Or Yuugao would try and come at her from behind.

As they began to approach, Suzume drew her own wooden blade from it's sheath and waited for the attack. As the kangaroo slashed at her, the red head used one of the more advanced blocks from the Shunkan no Hagane style. Her own blade moved in a crescent motion as Asagao's came down, her bokken was held at an angle so that she would catch the kangaroo's bokken and let it slide down the wood blade for a moment. It was a carefully timed block so that the blade would come close but not actually be in reach to touch her.

Using the kangaroo's own momentum against him, she kept his attack moving in the crescent arch the block was known for. She guided the bokken to her side as she tilted her wrist, making her bokken move so that the edge was against the back of the blade. This way, she could use her own strength to push against the kangaroo's bokken, adding her own strength to his momentum. This way the bokken would be driven to the ground or the kangaroo's grip would be loose so that it would fly out of his had, while even setting the animal off balance.

During the block, she had turned as she guided it and caught Yuugao in her peripheral vision. She had indeed tried to take her back and was attempting a vertical swipe with the longer blade she had chosen. It was a simple matter of quickly stepping to the side and out of the way of a vertical blow. Once out of the way, Suzume countered with a quick, simple basic stab right to Yuugao's upper chest. It wouldn't hurt but the girl might feel a bit of a rough poke from the tip of the bokken.

Looking around Sukai could see Suzume and a Genin fighting with one another, oddly enough it made her think of Kein. The medic never really spent anytime training with her own sensei. And with how things were now it'd be too awkward to anyways. Running a hand through her snowy bangs she toke in a breath, holding it in her strong lungs, then released it slowly. Slowing down the beat of her heart. The breathing of her lungs. Seeing how slow she could go to almost nothingness until she couldn't last no longer. This process toke a while eventually leading up to Sukai completely giving up on it. For now at lease. Rolling her neck she thought of the next jutsu.

Looking around the ground for her Suiton scroll Suki soon found it a few meters off. Stepping toward her scroll she kept glancing around, activity all around her it seemed. I need to finish my Suiton training then get ranked up to Jounin. Kneeling down to the scroll she picked it up in her hands reading the next A Ranked jutsu, which again, she much needed to learn the A Ranks. After scanning over it she got the basic concept of it. So I'm basically making a big water snake to shoot out at my opponents. . . cool, I guess it'll come into use eventually.

Like all Suiton she used Suki first needed to gather up water from the air around her, and that's exactly what she did! But, not in an instant like so. It toke some effort getting enough gathered quickly. Thankfully it wasn't to dreadfully hard in Kumo with their cloudy humidity so it wasn't to terribly dry. But with the air being so moist in their village it also loved to f*uck up everyone's hair, after living here her whole life her luxurious locks learned to adapt.

Yuugao wasn't sure how effective her attack would be but as a shinobi she was sure a trick of misdirection was a safe bet to start with so she'd have her "muscle' Asagao take on the direct attack, but it hadn't been far from her mind that her teacher was just as great as she'd always expected. Suzume had quite near effortlessly performed a parry of Asagao's attack by allowing his weight to be his down fall as his heavy motion forward become a tool to throw him in a judo like passive throw like technique using her blade to simple guard the initial force an slide Asagao right on by over head as her body would just dodge Yuugao's exit from below ground. the whole thing happened so fast that Yuu's over active mind hadn't the time to go trough all the things she'd wanted to so she was particularly frozen in as her blade missed and suzume would simple trust out to send her reeling back. Yet Asagao unlike yuugao was a quick study and he didn't get frozen as his partner did. he'd taken to going withe flow as his attack failed and throw him self into the motion. while doing so he'd swing his tail about to hook onto yuugao. winding her a bit but having her take a slightly light her blow than before as the two would seem to pounce into the ground at a distance from suzume. Already feeling the tension of the difference in skill; two enemies or not the slight advantage of a tamer couldn't out weigh raw skill and experience.

Getting up would come with a deep breath to grasp composure as Yuugao could tell her teacher was holding back from the fact she'd stood ground and let her recover. If it had been in the field she'd been dead already and it made Yuu feel a rather rotten churn in her stomach at the thought of dieing so easily. If not for Asagao she'd be in a little worse shape than a tight clenched feeling in her chest. Standing from her knelt position Yuu would sheath the shroter blade and throw the longer back to Asgao who'd catch it as her hand would begin to form hand signs before she'd complete the next technique. it was her specialty but due to her focus on blades her knowledge of Genjutsu had been less than spectacular in her current training. "Troughthe looking glass" the Genjutsu would cause her Sensei's vision to crack like glass having it seem like a fracture had been made in her eyes splitting and distorting her field of vision. Yuu would charge for her Sensei once more with Asaga trailing this time her and asagao running serpentine patterns from side to side as they approached. it was a bit hard to take such a clean blow from her sensei, but it encouraged her to reach for that kind of power as well.

You would be on top of Suzume soon enough with Asagao stopping short to jump into the air. Yuugao was going for the direct approach with her lighter frame and speed. Using her wakazashi she'd draw the blade once more with force. Coming in low to the ground she'd slash in from a angle to hit suzumes right shoulder to the left hip slingin her wakazashi rather quickly down from her own left shoulder. Asagao on the other hand would be descending on the two throwing a smoke pellet down to surround the three in a smoke screen. As he'd draw Yu's Tasogare in hand and would prepare to use its length.

Considering just how much training Suzume had and the techniques she could used, it would be hard for Yuugao to even land a blow on her. Yet this was just a simple sparring exercise, Yuugao would do her best and Suzume would keep going for as long as her student wished to. The other had been caught off guard, unable to really move in time. Yet the kangaroo had been able to recover and pull Yuugao out of the way to lessen the blow. After they pulled back, Suzume stood at the ready and waited for them to attack her once more. There was nothing wrong with giving them a chance to recover after all.

What she had not quite expected however, was for the other to use a genjutsu. Once her vision cracked, Suzume was temporarily surprised but did not panic. It was easy enough to tell that this was a genjutsu and trying to distort her sight would not stop her. Knowing she would only have a little bit of time, the red head quickly slipped her shoes off and tossed them to the side. Closing her eyes, she would rely on her other senses to keep track of the two. It was easy enough to track the sound of their steps as they approached, Suzume was aware of just how much time she would have before they were within range. However, the heavier foot steps combined with the slight scritching and clacking of nails stopped short.

That just left Yuugao to deal with a straightforward attack. Just before she was close enough, Suzume opened her eyes briefly to see how she would attack. It was a little hard with her temporarily fractured vision, yet she could piece together how she would attack. Diagonal slash from the girl's left shoulder with the shorter sword. Her own bokken came from below, stabbing up to intercept Yuugaoi's attack and redirect it over her head as she stepped forward. The palm of her hand reached out to Yuugao's chest and gave a powerful shove to push her away. During that time, heard something hit the ground and then the smell of smoke. Asagao had jumped up above her. Well, no point in letting such a good cover go to waste.

Ducking low and rolling off to the side, Suzume formed the necessary hand seal and created three Illusion clones. Normally even a genin would be able to tell they were fake. Yet with the smoke bomb giving cover, it might be a little harder for Asagao and Yuugao. After creating the clones, who would move to dodge the kangaroo's blade while still inside the cloud of smoke, Suzume would jump high, up to the ceiling and use the Tree Climbing technique to focus chakra into her feet so that she would stick to said ceiling. If they didn't notice her, then Suzume would be able to watch from above, perhaps until the genjutsu wore off unless either of them spotted her.

This technique allows the user to find, through concentration, the point of their enemy’s own attack, diverting it with a quick stab of their blade below their weapon or limbs, then utilizing the flat of the blade diverts the attack overhead, while their free palm presses against the opponents chest, shoving them away, before sheathing your own blade in the gap provided. Yuugao's attack was moving smoothly as she'd hoped since it did become somewhat clear that Sensei's impaired vision had some effect n her. Yet the resolution to this slight hinderance would come quicker than expected as Suzumes response was to use a more advance technique to listen and feel the vibrations of movement in the surrounding to "sense" so to speak where Yuugao was relative to her ground movement.It made things all the same just a difficult as before, but yuugao was learning however slower than her partner was that throwing caution to the wind wasn't her style and keeping a plan to react in case of failure was imperative to her fighting style. Yuugao's attack would be fended of by suzume and if not for her higher rank and skill suzumes attack could of potentially back fired due tot he grade of strength placed behind the differing attacks. Yet the deflection didn't step Yuugao as she'd let the force of Suzumes rising blow throw her back just enough to gain some footing to throw her weight back and away from the chest strike of Suzume's palm. Asagao's smoke bomb technique would come in just as yuugao would fall on her but an d roll back. Keeping her sharp senses about her yuugao wouldn't be shaken so easily s she'd smell and listen for Suzumes moments as she'd fall into the blanket of the smoke. Asagao all the same would comply to the same method of giving chance given his keener senses as an animal. Yuugao wouldn't give chance right away but rather would run over to Asagao and grab his shoulder to swing her self over onto his back. Hear suzume's jump as she'd press onto the floor and let the slightest of squeaks escape Yuugao would have Asagao ump with her on his back. Placing her drawn blade in her mouth Yuugao would form the hand signs for her next technique. "Beast-Man Clone." She'd say under breath as asagao would suddenly turn into Yuugao as they'd near he ceiling and the real Yuugao would jump from the Yuugao clone (asagao) back heading towards Suzume.

Reaching into her gear yuugao would draw a smoke pellet from her bag and throw it just past suzume aiming for the wall. The small item would be hard to see given the genjutsu and Yuugao's twin would make spotting the two a bit hard. Though there was something that was a miss with the technique Asagao despite in different from still held his strength and abilities when in his natural form. Yuugao was using the smoke to set Asagao up for his attack. As the pellet was thrown and asagao would be descending into the smoke below which would be just clearing up. Clone Yugao (Asa) would perform "Aseru". A Juurai Toorima technique which allowed the user to perform a form of substitution jutsu but with smoke. The smoke pellet would provide perfect cover and material for asagao to use and Yuu's familiarity with the technique would allow her to direct asagao with the chatter of her teeth on the sword in her mouth to replicate the taps which Asago sometimes used to communicate. Asagao would appear just beside or behind Suzume depending on how the smoke spread and would then immediately attack her near point blank in the guise of yuugao with her own long bouken. The technique would be fast enough to make it difficult for even suzume to respond to with in a surprise and given how the environment wasn't effected much with in the time this tactic was devised Suzume's impairment would count all the more for the duo. asgao attack was meant to strike her in the side and bring Suzume back tot eh ground. As Yuugao would draw both her wakazashi length blades to move from one sword to two sword style. Her over all strength coming to bare the same grade of her technique.

The yuugao clone (Asa) would rush from the smoke and appear as if a flaming aura was surrounding him. as he'd complete the attack with in a second or two. The real Yuugao's aim would be to catch the hand of the clone and then be flung down towards Suzume to continue the attack. Yuu's true aim was to at least lay one blow on her sensei which would yield a result of her maser having to use more work to put her down. For coarse she was sure even if she did meet this goal it wouldn't be much, but it would speak volume to Yuugao on what she might need to improve on as time went by. Posing a threat to a Jounin even if it was a slight one was show enough that yuugao had developed enough to take some field missions. Maybe not alone yet but not long off.

Considering the lack of fighting she heard, Suzume was fairly certain they had not been thrown off by their own smokescreen. She had counted on the smokescreen to interfere with their sense of smell and their own movements to cover the sound of her own. While waiting on the ceiling, instead of throwing off the genjutsu, she used a different technique that would better aid in her evasion. The battle had been going on long enough and with her heightened senses, she could easily sync her breathing with Yuugao's. Since Asagao had transformed into a clone of the girl, he had the same breathing patterns.

Standing, she could hear Yuugao muffle something. Obviously they both had jumped but what were they going to do in the air? When she heard the familiar sound of a pellet hitting the wall, Suzume turned her head and opened her eyes. No one just threw a smoke pellet at the wall without a reason after all. Since it was obvious that the two were relying on the tactics of Juurai Toorima to try and trick her, she couldn't just ignore the nearby cloud of smoke.

As for the taps, assuming that Yuugao had not stuck to the wall, how could Asagao communicate with his taps if he had jumped and was moving through the air? If the taps were coming from the real Yuugao, then she had to be communicating with the kangaroo.

In the next second or two, as the clone came out of the smoke, obviously using Fiendish Speed Rain, Suzume used October Rain to jump down to the floor and avoid the attack. As she moved to the floor, with her bokken still sheathed from a Decade of Peace, her hands formed the necessary seal before she murmured "Kai." Perhaps she should have used it earlier, but it might give her student a better chance. Too much in this case since the other was so determined to get a hit on her. Flipping, she landed on her feet before looking up towards the two, with her now clear vision.

Considering it would be very difficult for a genin to suddenly change direction after being flung down at the floor, Suzume had doubts that Yuugao could avoid her attack. Drawing her sword from it's sheath, Suzume dodged any attack from the other's bokken and delivered two outward slashes towards her student, aiming for the other's torso. It was a simple technique but the blunt force of the bokken would smart.

After forming the needed hand seals, the Shinobi touches the one affected to end the effect of the spell. In order to use this, the user must expend the same amount of Chakra the caster of the Genjutsu used for their Jutsu. (Ex. if the caster used a D-Ranked Genjutsu, the user must expend a D-Ranked amount of Chakra to negate the effects of the Genjutsu.)

Yuugao's attack would just narrowly miss Sensei as she'd once again near effortlessly move out of the way of Yuugao's attack. It was becoming more and more clear that Suzume had not only fair skill as a swordsman but as a evasive fighter as well. her awareness of the battle field allowed her manny options when it came to battle. Yet that did bring the importance of Yuugao's skill with Genjutsu to mind. The skill to distort the senses which Suzuem relied on would over all hinder her ability to continue her using her strong physique effectively. Yuugao being flung towards the ground and drawing her blades would in equal action send the clone (asagao) towards the ceiling to press his feet into it to gain footing for his own launch towards ground, and given his leg strength the speed would be considerable. All the while Yuugao looking forward without hesitation took one of her blade an slung it over her shoulder releasing a spinning vortex of chakra at suzume's general location to either clear out the area of her landing or hit her head on. The attacks rang and area would be 3 meters (about 9 feet). the space provided would grant Yuugao more time as Suzume's probable movment out of her way would allow Asagao to complete his task.

From above asagao would be close behind twisting his body as he'd fall to aim for suzume. Taking the long bouken in his hand he'd kick the blade down towards Suzuem adding more force the already quick pace he'd been falling down. The attacks would be closely followed behind one another pressing time short for reaction as Yuugao would twist about just as she'd neared the floor to make a crouched landing and turn towards suzume listening for her steps to cut out a diagonal sweeping pair of arced chakra blast which would bound enough right left or up and down to box suzume's escape routes. Following behind her attack yuugao would roll in under the narrow opening in the "X" shape of her "Samon" technique and As Asagao neared her draw his sheathed blade to fill the top opening swinging his blade down to strike Suzume from above as Yuu swung up to hit her from below . The attack would either hit her hard enough to knock her off balance so to open her up tot the two attacks.

Well at least that was the plan as it were. the pressing forward crossed attack and the falling and rising nature of Yuugao, and clone Asagao's movement would be Yuu's attempt in closing all exits for her master to escape trough. She'd still been working hard to get her single strike. Yet it fell as if despite all her work it was still long off. The taxing nature of her fighting style was starting to bare on her shoulders some as yuugao performed her technique.

As Sukai trained it was as if someone had placed a hand on her shoulder. But when she turned she wouldn't see anyone there. The hand felt familiar though.

Having stepped out of the way of San-Juu-Roku, Suzume had been unable to go through with her original, simple attack. Now they were pressing on, not giving her much of a change to recuperate. These two were very good despite being of the genin rank. If they were really so determined to land a hit upon her, then the kid gloves would have to come off. Which meant the red head was going to take this sparring match more seriously now. Smiling as their attacks came from above and from the front, it was time to show them some real speed.

Taking the opportunity to move to her right, Suzume used movement of steel. In an instant, she was out of the way of the attacks, leaving nothing but an after image for the two to attack. Knowing that their sense of smell and hearing were sharp, the red head did not stop with just one Movement of Steel. After moving to their right, she moved in a diagonal direction to take their back, leaving another after image in her wake. No matter how good the senses, people relied on their eyes a lot, and when the eyes lied, it could very well mean the down fall of the person.

Next she rushed at them from behind, chakra coating her feet and added to her natural speed as a jounin, she would appear as nothing more than a multi-colored blur that headed towards the two. Although, for the sake of her two pupils, she did not use a powerful attack. Using Calligraphy instead of Brushstroke, she moved her sword in a way as if she were using a brush, quick slices and fine pointed jabs, aiming for any and all openings that the two presented. The finesse, speed, and accuracy of her attacks were astounding, found only in a true master of the Shunkan no Hagane style.

Once she finished with her attack, she pushed off the floor, pushing back so that she would give a short jump back and out of the way of their attacks if they chose to retaliate. "Do you still wish to continue?"

An unbelievably quick movement technique that has a speed that totally eclipses that of the Body Flicker Technique, with the same range. However, it is difficult to control and can only be used in one direction at a time. This technique creates an after-image where the user had been standing. x2

Description: The user will coat their feet in chakra, giving them a boost in speed for a limited period of time. During this time though, the user is granted a speed in which they blur to the naked eye.

Calligraphy

A series of fine-point stabs and slices resembling calligraphy strokes. The wounds they inflict are shallow, but very painful and debilitating.

Gritting her teeth Yuugao would become more determined to produce the results she'd sought. Her and asagao attack was well placed but it still wasn't enough to keep suzume rom kicking into high gear and displacing herself in a flash instance out of the rank of the attack. As fast as the attack was or wide it couldn't stop her completely if she'd placed this much skill into it. It only made the clear difference in skill clearer to yuugao but. She wasn't quite done yet. Seeing Suzume's after image come apart from her attack yuugao would be tapped on the shoulder by Asagao and would jolted back out of short out of her slight daze of disbelief. Suzume's attack left little time to do much but one thing the Asagao clone did was wrap it arm around the original Yuugao's swinging her about to his back Yuugao and Asagao would wait each others backs. Yuu coming to her senses was now paying attention with both swords drawn as Suzume would just be on them to attack with the full technique. Asagao was more of s turn figure than yuu and he wasn't going to be shaken by the insane speed Suzume was show casing. He couldn't keep up but he knew an illusion when he saw one. They often didn't caste shadows when it was created physically. If Suzume was to attack one the other would turn about to disrupt the attack. Yuugao wasn't sure of what she could do to stop Suzume's attack as it came but Asagao was there for support. Since he couldn't keep up to begin with Asa had opted to wait for the attack and take with came in stride with what preparation could be take. Yuu at his back and his blades drawn the animal had done what he could. Given their mirrored appearance telling the difference as both of them had two short blades drawn would be fairly difficult.

Bes they could do was to shift the dynamic of the impending attack since with them covering each others rear it would be harder for Suzume to attack both of them without at least coming from the side then she'd have to deal with a dual counter-attack which would be easy if they had anything to do with it. When Suzuem would come in with her rush in there would be no behind to speak off since she spent time motioning to confuse the pair, yet their bond and support for one another wouldn't be shaken though all their senses were in some way by that blinding speed. According to who's back she'd originally had in mind to attack she'd meet one or the other first so there laid two instances of the resulting reaction. If she'd come towards Yuugao's back Yuu would try to keep up with her two sword style using her second blade to close what openings she had and given the light nature of her blades she'd probably fair well enough but some strikes would come trough and her offensive defense would be worn down in seconds by suzumes smooth motions and probably disarm her in time. Yet There was Asago who'd twist Yuugao about using the speed of the shigure souen style and his own naturally higher than normal human level leg strength. Pressing into Yugao's stance and pressing his back into her two push her forward and around to a side angle from Suzume Asagao would take the lead in providing the defense which Suzume should of been well aware of in their arsenal. Innocent rain would have him cut into the first fe strikes maybe number in at least four or eight received by Yuugao, but his Splashing Rain" and it's chakra shield effect would be more than enough to fend off the attack to give Yuugao an opening in the middle of Suzume's attack. As fast as she was they power for the next attack and it's speed would leave her wide open while in the middle of an attack herself. Yuugao had light bruises from the attack and she could feel her arms tensing from the strikes which glided over her wrist hand and his her midsection some. Yet this was what she'd expected it wouldn't be easy. The speed which left them incapable of seeing n the movement of her attacks beginning wouldn't stop them from breaking into action int he middle.

With the Window Asagao would provide Yuugao would sheath her blades and then pulling them in a crossed movement from her sides they'd release a cutting force strong enough to probably cut a house apart if they were real blades. This attack on the other hand was like a large blunt object being thrown at a really fast speed as Asagao's blade would stop jus As Yuugao's muscles tensed against his skin. It would blow Suzume back away from them and probably cause her to fall on her but even if she'd blocked it. Her blades would be sheath just as fast as they were drawn making the action almost seem as if she didn't even do it as her arms had blurred in the motion. Complete her attack Yuugao would jump back and watch for results as her and Asagao (clone) were both showing signs of exhaustion. the look in their eyes said it all they were determined to perform a the level they were seeking out in Bukijutsu. Truth was the two were holding back a number of techniques in their other skills sets given that they wanted to fight on terms which match their sensei. It made no sense to tehm to learn the sword and be anything less than a true bukijutsu user. Even if they weren't as skilled as others they had more than enough stamina and spirit to make up for what was lacking. Eitehr way it turned out Asagao's shield would of presented a slight chance for Yuugao's attack as he could weather a storm of strikes much better than yuugao. the answer they came to was shared at a moment notice of the situation and Yuugao though still "slow" to recover was falling back on her partner to cover her short comings. " I'm not done yet...I-I'm actually quite happy. You've shown me a number of things i couldn't have dreamed of seeing someone perform with nothing but their sheer physical skill. Though I'm not much for sensing I can like most ninja's sense the use of chakra around me when it's right in front of me, and you've been doing most of this without wasting a drop. Suzume Sensei..Heh you're so amazing it gives me shivers. And honestly some part of me wants to quit and take a break. Yet I feel that in a real battle I wouldn't get breaks. I can't bail out before doing what I can or what I came to do. ONe strike! That's the target and this pair will not miss it!" The looks in their eyes stayed the same and they remained at one another's back. Pressing close to hide their weakness with in each other.

Having actually aimed for Yuugao first, her attempts were slightly foiled when they went back to back. Then Asagao's Shigure Soen attack helped to block a majority of her cuts and slices. Although at least some got through to the girl. Considering an actual blade had not been used, the other would not be cut. Yet there would still be some pain that might distract Yuugao, however unlikely that seemed.

The counter attack was quick and strong, but with her own speed, Suzume had been able to raised her blade up in time to block. The bokken came up vertically, blocking right at the center where the other two bokken crossed for the blow. It certainly was strong, but despite not looking it, the red head herself was strong as well. She allowed herself to be pushed back by the power of the attack. Yet her right hand reached out to the ground so that she could push herself into a back flip before landing on her feet in a crouched position.

The other's words were flattering, it brought a small smile to the red head's face. Well, she had been using chakra but so far it had been carefully planned out. Her class of shinobi did not have a lot of chakra, which was why it was important for her to rely on the simpler techniques. At least until she increased her chakra through training, which she was actually doing right now. They seemed stubborn in their goal but they had good spirit... not that it would make Suzume take it easy on them. "Then I suppose... I'll either have to wait until your chakra runs out, or I'll have to break your weapons. But since you want to think of this a real fight..."

In a real fight, against two opponents that were giving her the slightest bit of trouble, she would have even the playing field and break them up. Then possibly target Asagao first since he seemed to be the stronger of the two, he'd saved Yuugao about twice now after all. In a puff of smoke, another Suzume stood next to the original, and since it was a Shadow Clone, it cast a shadow, it could bleed, the only way to tell it apart, aside from the fact that it was just summoned, was that in about two good blows it would disappear. Between their split chakra, they would have to be sparing about what they used, although Suzume had no plans to use chakra based attacks while so low on chakra.

Deciding to go on the offensive and dip more into the Shigure Soen style, the two clones began the Axle of Rain technique. The real Suzume pretended to move left while the clone Suzume moved right. Then they went in the opposite direction, crossing paths and using all of their natural speed to keep moving from one side to the other and back again. The whole idea was to throw Yuugao off and even Asagao if they could. Once or twice they would meet to cross but then go back in the same direction before meeting and crossing to the other side. Just as they were about to meet the other team, the clone seeming to go to Asagao, they switched at the last second so that the real Suzume would fight the kangaroo while the clone would clash with the human.

The real Suzume would swing her bokken about the both of them, feigning as if she were swinging in to hit the animal. Yet if the other moved to evade a blow that was perceived to be heading right for him, Suzume's bokken would change place and course so that he would move right into it. Considering they were both genin, she had doubts that Asagao was familiar with this technique.

The shadow clone of Suzume would have charged Yuugao, appeared to thrust her blade forward, but she coupled her Shigure Soen technique with a Shunkan no Hagane technique. Her first stab would appear to go for an opening towards the girl's solar plexus, yet pull back immediately for a much faster stab towards Yuugao's chest, just over her heart. Considering the speed of such an attack, it was doubtful that the other would even see the second stab coming right for her heart.

Description: The user will dash forward when the opponent dashes forward, and when they are about to meet, the user will swing the blade about themselves, coercing the enemy to collide with the blade for greater damage. The user may apply their chakra to the blade, for additional effects and power.

A close range attack, the user goes for a direct stab at the opponent. By pulling the blade slightly back immediately afterward, the user can then strike another nearby point very shortly after the first strike. Kaon was frustrated with her father having just left with out saying good bye. He had broken his promise to her, to teach her to fight like her mother and to never leave her. Then again, this is how her own mother had learned to become strong, she competed with others and had no one else. So Kaon would push forward like her mother and use all of her strength to persevere. "Ill start with the basics and work my way up, my chakra is calm for now, but it soon will become harder to control. I dont want to hurt anyone that gets to close, so Ill step outside to the tree where my mom used to train." Stepping out back Kaon began to rig kunai traps for herself and pulled a few for herself to use.

Stepping back she charged in for attack kunai brandished, purposely tripping her own trap upon attack to force herself to dodge. Forming a seal she used the Body Flicker technique to retreat away from the trap. Taking out two kunai she deflected the traps by activating the other at long range. Running into the fray she used the Shunshin no Jutsu a second time to flicker behind the traps defenses and attack the tree with four shuriken. The tree had many scars in it from her mothers training and even a few dummies around it to aid in physical combat.

Using a signature technique of her mother and her fathers clan as the shuriken flew straight to she pulled on hidden wires attached to them. The Soushuriken no Jutsu key in misleading an opponent and trapping them. As the shuriken flew straight to the tree she yanked back at the strings causing the shuriken to hit a reverse motorized type of spin and dig into the tree. Digging in the shuriken gyrated around the tree three times officially binding her pretend attacker and cutting him up decently too.

Drawing a fuuma shuriken Kaon landed swiftly on the ground a few feet away from the tree. Jerking back her arm she unleashed the relentless shuriken sending it at the tree. At the last second she snatched the attached wires and deconstructed the shuriken sending its parts launching like axe blades at the tree and effectively neutralizing the fake opponent. Taking a small break from her warm she began to gather her tools from the tree and put them aside with her other stuff. "No more tools, all ninjutsu now."

She still had a few traps rigged and would use two moves to get her chakra flowing steady with wind based chakra the first steps were manipulating objects with wind. So she focused and took out a kunai from her pouch. The pouch however was on the ground by the dojo doors. Using her Retrieving Wind technique she produced a small gust of wind chakra and grabbed the object from her pouch, pulling it towards her.

Kunai in hand Kaon took aim and gathering wind chakra in her hand threw the kunai. Releasing a burst of chakra she used Tobidougu Soujuu no Jutsu and increased the projectiles speed and direction. Having thrown it at the closest target she directed it to the farthest.

The traps string snapping the kunai were set free and flew forth at her with good speed under them. Forming a single seal Kaon began to pull chakra in around her and use it to effect the air around her body and within her immediate range. The effect was a chakra distilled air field about her, just dull and solid air constricted by chakra.

As the projectiles reached her Kaon waited till it seemed almost too late, then she released her seal. "Boufuu Kyuuzou!" A blast of solid air released outwards from her body and exited her chakras control as it clashed into the kunai and knocked them back into the tree with precise luck. Deciding she was getting a good pace Kaon moved on to some stronger Ninjutsu.

Her mother had been an excellent user of the Fuuton style, though she had at the time focused on power alone. Kaon knew it would take skill and not power to become great. Kaon formed a seal and began to direct chakra into her palm. It was at this time she was reminded of her moms favorite technique, the Rasengan. It was similar to that, but much easier to form and maintain.

Compressing the wind chakra Kaon pulled back and launched the ball of wind chakra with incredible force. The chakra orb spun with a little swirl to its pattern as it slammed into the tree and exploded scarring up the trunk of the old oak tree. The explosion almost threw her back a little due to her standing so close already. "Now thats how you deal some damage!"

With one last wind technique to practice Kaon was ready to push herself a little harder and attempted to learn her first Chuunin level Ninjutsu technique. Reppuushou was a hand created wind technique that employed quick and extreme force, with a weapon it was even more deadly or up close. Charging chakra into her hand Kaon felt the power engulf most of her forearm as well and a swirling chakra resided in the center of her palm. "This feels... dangerous. I like it!"

Cocking back her arm she flickered forwards and pushed her arm out in front of her. The thrust released the energy as a small burst of tornado like wind left her palm and expanded out slightly wracking the tree and leaving a circular scar in the bark. Upon examining the tree it seemed rather small, the tree was strong from the start and very old at that. When she looked at the back of the tree to see if she had done anymore what she saw terrified her.

A huge crater that looked as if the tree and been struck by a mountain was evident and it was not her attack that had created it. "How could my mother have created something so dangerous? Could I ever hope to beat that, could I even create something that strong?" She sat and rested a moment as her chakra got angry from the thought. It raced quickly and she grabbed her shoulder trying to calm down. Naturally violent chakra was always dangerous and when she got too excited. ell at this level her chakra could easily overwhelm her.

Standing back up after taking a small break Kaon was only half done with her training, after all she had one other element of chakra. Fire an element that belonged to her fathers clan and her mother too. Her mother have the special DNA of three elements and her father being so prominent in fire jutsu, she couldnt very well let them down. She remembered one technique her parents used a lot and it was a staple of the Uchiha name. The Goukakyuu no Jutsu was used by many fire element shinobi, but it was the beginning of becoming a true master of the art. Making three seals she took in a deep breath and felt her chakra mix with the oxygen in her lungs.

Letting out a deep breath she exhaled a mighty stream of fire having to guide it slightly with her two fingers as it exited her mouth. The stream began to curl into a fireball as she burned slowly, but surely a small crater in the ground in front of her. She sighed sadly as the tree of many years was barely even scorched by her training. "Ill just try harder!"

The next technique was similar with a more complex means to an end, Housenka was a little tricky to use. Making a seal she took in a shallow breath and exhaled in a line as little balls of fire spewed from her mouth at the target. With shuriken in hand she coated them with the fire at the point of release and sent the complete Housenka flying forwards.

The fire coated shuriken flew straight for the tree and struck true into its center. The fire burned bright for a moment leaving the shuriken singed and hot as they embedded in the tree slightly leaving dents. The true damage lay within the shuriken and not the fire, the fire only amplifying the shurikens power. It did not seem too impressive to her, but what was done was done.

Next was a little more advanced, these techniques were getting trickier, Ryuuka no Jutsu was only viable through a type of guide wire. This meant that trapping the opponent would come first in her bag of tricks. Taking a stance she retrieved her shuriken with wind chakra and wrapped them in wire, using her conventional Soushuriken no Jutsu. Kaon let them fly then pulling the saw bladed attack like before, wrapped the hidden wires tightly around the tree.

Taking in a deep breath as she placed the wires between her teeth Kaon made a seal,"Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu!" Releasing a hot stream of fire along the guided lines of wire they struck true and ran along the wires to the tree target. The fire stream lasted for about 2 minutes as it slammed against the tree and burned for a sort time. Melting off some bark she was still frustrated at how her mother could have made such a powerful jutsu and not left a way to learn it.

To finish her list of jutsu to learn Kaon focused on Kyuuka no Jutsu, using her body as a source of heat she delved inwards and released the heat in a visible form with her chakra. The chakra expanded outwards burning hot as a red shield against anything attempting to penetrate the field. It was incredible to feel the heat of the attack and be unharmed by it, not to mention the color of the red heat shield.

She noticed two things upon sustaining the technique, the first was obvious, she had to remain stationary when using it. The second was that it only lasted long enough to defend one attack, likely it was weak and only helped against taijutsu and ninjutsu. If she used it in a late fight she might incapacitate herself from the temperature. With the shield down she felt herself return to normal and noted one last technique left to perform.

Kaon performed the technique the same as the first one, she utilized her body heat as a catalyst. The orb of red began to expand again as it surrounded her and burst outwards. The orb slowly faded out as the energy began to twist and wrap around her body.

Forming on her fists and arms flames burst forth covering her from his fists up to her shoulders as the energy burned off she felt strong and fast, her stamina was beyond normal. She moved a slight bit faster too as she raced towards some dummies and launched a fiery punch at them smashing and burning two. The bits of food just smelted off of her like nothing. As the flames deactivated she felt slightly exhausted and took a small breather. "Tough work being good, I see how mom got so tough."

With most of her Ninjutsu out of the way Kaon had little left but to focus on honing her bloodline skills. That which truly made her unique, the ability to utilize Shakuton chakra. So to set out she started with a Kansou no Bunshin, forming the seals and letting fly with two clones that ran after the dummy in front of the tree and exploded in range of it.

Waving her hand in front of her as an orange chakra exited, 6 opaque red senbon formed and Kaon launched the next attack. The senbon flew true at the dummy and stuck causing small dehydration to the wood, the color changing slightly from water loss. Making a seal she charged forwards after the senbon at the same dummy her hand glowing orange.

The chakra surrounding her hand was Shakuton chakra and immediately charging into the dummies close combat range she let out a palm strike. Spinning on her heel she let out another and again one more as her palm strikes not only left small indentations, but also black marks in the shape of her hand on the wood. The technique essentially was a taijutsu based bloodline technique that allowed the user to dehydrate the area of the opponent touched and it definitely worked.

Next came a bit more advanced and destructive techniques around Chuunin level. Kaon formed a seal as ten shuriken sized orange fire balls began to hover in the air around her. She sent them flying at the dummy and though slow they hit their target with precision charring it and sucking the water right out of it. "Hijuugan no Jutsu!"

Forming a different set of seals Kaon formed chakra up from the round at a separate dummy as rods of orange chakra rose up. The chakra thickened into pillars as it converged like a cage over the target and began to suck the water directly from the dummy where the limbs touched the cage. In actuality it wasnt too sturdy, but if one struck free they would be sorry for it.

"Okay so now that I have the basics I think its time to push things, there are a few very powerful techniques I could try to learn. They are usually only performed by Jounin, but I cant let myself stay weak for lack of trying." Holding her hand out palm up Kaon began to attempt to draw in chakra, she drew a small orb of orange and launched it upwards into the sky. The technique was meant to create a sun to dehydrate the opponents, but she had used too little chakra and it fizzled out.

"Damn, well more chakra then, lets hope this doesnt get too dangerous." Pooling more chakra into her palm she created a larger orb, much larger than palm sized. She had it in her control, but it was slipping. As soon as she thrust the orb up it exploded violently like her chakra normally did and sent her flying a little ways.

Getting up off the ground she wiped the dirt from her cheeks and spat at the ground, some grass exiting her mouth. "I shouldve known that wold happen, but i wont give up." Standing again she formed a middle sized orb and threw it upwards using more chakra on the release of it. "Sabakuhi!" The sun floated functionally and gave off full light as it shot out beams of chakra that turned the grass brown leaving little brown dehydrated paths about the ground.

"See, I can do it just as good as anyone else! Now Ill do Hinotama no Heifuku, just be a little more careful about it." As she formed her seals Kaons body began to glow orange and her chakra became extremely agitated. She was using a lot fast and so she was losing control in battle this would have to be fixed.

She slowly leaked Shakuton chakra into the atmosphere so as to not create a dehydrating explosion across the academy. At this stage of her training learning high level techniques posed more of a threat to others than she realized. She released the limiter on the output slightly more before she capped it altogether having just enough chakra about to make 4 large orbs of Shakuton fireballs.

She formed a seal and the fireballs formed in the sky raining down randomly at choice and leaving small craters in the ground. The winds that ensued afterwards almost threw her forwards and officially turned everything green around her almost as black and brown as the earth around it. The technique successful she noticed her chakra was low, but it was as if all this training had given her a slight boost to her chakra levels after all.

With one last Ninjutsu technique to learn Kaon gathered her strength and forced her chakra into one last attack. The problem was not so much the form, but how to release it. She knew it was one of her mothers favorites, but she had never used a fan or the like.

It was when she sat down and pulled out her mothers blue katana that she began to realize exactly what she had used it for. Her mother was a swordsman, but she had done most of her battles with Ninjutsu that was powerful and destroyed the battlefield. At first she had thought the blade was special from Shigure Souen, but it also had a different side to its functionality it seemed. "Thats it!"

Standing up Kaon held the katana out at her side as she began to charge chakra up her arm and into her hand. The chakra exited the points in her palm and fingers and ran along the blade, clinging to it in a small whirlwind form almost. Kaon knew this was exactly the way her mother had once fought, it got her a little excited. Because of this she thought she would lose control of her chakra and braced herself.

It did not come though, the blade seemed to help her chakra control. Rearing her arm back she let fly with the whirlwind swinging her blade horizontally in a sweep in front of her. "Daikamaitachi!" The massive gust of wind that ensued almost sucked Kaon herself in and began to ravage the land before her. Large gashed were made in the tree as well as in the ground in front of her, it was quite a powerful technique. Little did she know her mother had also mastered it at a Gennin rank.

Her chakra at an all time low she rested on her butt as the feeling in her limbs went slightly numb. "Agh, I over did it I guess. Oh well. Ill just rest a bit till I get some feeling back." So that she did, laying back Kaon rested and looked at the cloudy sky.
