Staring at him she quickly kicked upwards her strike tearing a chunk out of his body as she freed herself from his grip moving back barely as she simply stare clenching her fists. With her poison laced over her own hands her first strike had applied it to his body water or not it would start to spread. "Don't count anything out" Kohane said standing there as she rushed fowards starting to strike his body with a barrage or blows to start knocking peices of him off.

"Kiri!" Nowe ran over to her, shaking her lightly. "Come on..get up..get up Kiri..." He felt useless. His rinnegan had always been a key ability to his success. But it was useless against this guy. He picked up his katana and rushed into battle, adding his own sword slash's into the mix. Sure it wouldn't do anything at this point, but he wasn't very rational right now.
( Man, it seems like everytime I get off the fighting starts again lol. Oh well.

Silva smirked and looked at Kohane. "You think that poison trick worked don't you?" he asked and shook his head. "Sorry to say, nothing that you can do will ever harm me." He heard Nowe come up and grabbed his wrist as the boy slashed his katana. He began to squeeze his wrist tight and threw him at Kohane. "You are all weak, this girl thinks that she is so strong yet her chakra will deplete here shortly, so it looks like you are my only true target, boy." he said and then stabbed his own sword back into the ground. He began to do handsigns, waiting for one of them to attack.

Catching Nowe easily Kohane put him down as she watched him. Clenching her fist she struck the ground with a chakra covered fist as a crack ran quickly across the ground stopping infront of Silva as the ground around him exploded upwards from the force. Not giving him any time to rest Kohane flexed her fists as she dug it in gripping a large chuck of earth as she pulled upwards. As she did she picked up a large sized chunk of earth before flinging it at Silva. Outlasting him in chakra was an easy enough thing as she had enough chakra boosting items to keep her chakra up for quite some time. Her body tho was another thing the effects of the second gate starting to take hold her muscle fibers had already started to tear and rip as she fought.

Nowe cursed under his breath, staying back so as to not get in the way of Kohane's attacks. Still, brute force wasn't going to work in this case either. So he moved back, focusing his chakra. If this doesn't work...I'm out of options... Gravity wouldn't work, and he couldn't get access to aborbing chakra. So, he would rely on his other talents.

Silva appeared behind Kohane and slammed his fist directly into her spine. "No matter what you do, you will never be faster than me." he said and then kicked her aside. He then ran at Nowe, slamming his fist into the boy's face. "And you, your eyes just annoy the hell out of me." he said with a laugh.

Nowe took the hit, staggering a bit. He returned by grabbing Silva's arm and freezing his hand to it. "Yeah, sorry about that. I'll make sure you never see them again." He said, "By the way, thanks for showing me that ice trick." He looked up, his free hand sparking with lightning. "Chidori!" He thrusted forward, piercing Silva's chest and having the lightning spread through his water form.

Instead of yelling out, Silva just smirked and looked into Nowe's eyes. "Good job kid." he said and fell to his knees as his life began to fade. "It's sad...that a pathetic team just killed me....I was...supposed to be invincible..." he said and then fell back.
((Don't worry, Silva is gone, but I myself shall return some day. Yay for crazy Serial Killing villans who tend to die way to quickly only to one day be replaced by someone much stronger than they are. ... What? I said nothing.... NOTHING!!!!))

As kohane was hit she skidded a bit coming to a rest as the effects of the second gate and her chakra pill wore off. Laying there her body was in an incredible amount of pain. "Dam it" she muttered laying there several tears falling from her eyes. Once again she was able to do nothing as her friends where hurt and Kiri was nearly killed. She was better off as a medic it seemed the slug around Kiri vanishing along with the one that was on Nowe. Kiri had been fully healed by it.

Xistund On the ground Kikou made two Earth Clones and ran at the pillar's Wile Running he and the clones used the Mudshot Technique to fire burst of mud at Zane to trap him or at least slow him on the pillars

Nowe fell back, wincing in pain. His arm was severly burnt, a side effect of a Chidori not done right. Plus, it didn't help that he was basically touching water when it happened. He took a few gasping breaths of pain, though was very relieved that they had won. He slowly sat up and performed a summoning, a average size snake. "Go back to the Leaf..and get help...quickly.." he told the snake.

 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata groaned softly. She blinked open her eyes, staring up at the sky. Suddenly, she jumped to her feet, looking around wildly. Seeing Silva's lifeless body, she relaxed. Her own body took that moment to remind her of the battle she'd been through and her knees trembled. She forced herself closer to Nowe before she collapsed to sit beside him. While the slug had pretty much healed her, she still needed time to rest and recuperate. "Your work?" She asked shakily, gesturing to Silva.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Kikou eye's widen as he saw the fireball from the corner of his eye. He quickly used the Earth Release: Earth Dome to block the fire. He sighed a bit, if only he was like his Grate Grate Grandfather and use Wood jutsu's then it would be harder for Zane to copy his moves. After a he caught his breath looked in his bag of tricks for his next move.

ZimbuTessen The ground rumbled violently for a moment, then the zombies rapidly began climbing one another to get to Ulrich's position in the trees. One slowly swung a katana as another went to grab his legs. Ulrich let the one grab his leg and caught the katana by the back of the blade. He let loose his attack. The two zombies were literally thrown fifty feet by the force of the electric current, and lay twitching. Ulrich shrugged. "Hmm. Not to bad." He dropped the katana he had still been holding and jumped for the next tree, aware that he had only gotten two out of who knows how many.
