Pretty much follow the ToS - and Brat linked the ToS to the front page. When this guild was first created by Otakujack & his then fiance Vampyre, it was merely a thread in the community forums - Gaia didn't have a guild system yet.

When the system became available, Jack & Vampy bought a guild and invited the original members of the old thread here. About 4 years ago, Jack & Vampy asked Lil Brat to take over as Captain/Owner while they got married RL. But they didn't take the guild back when they returned to Gaia. And neither has posted since October of last year. crying

While being a Captain is a lot of work and I'm sure there are days when Brat would be more than happy to return the guild to the original owners, she does follow the rules they originally laid down. Follow the ToS - and don't ban members for non-participation. Also, members must be 21+ ~ others can post in the guild, they just don't have membership.

Guilds can appoint mods (moderators) to accept invitations and to handle situations within the guild. They can even ban members. Banned members could send a PM to Brat to appeal if they felt the ban was incorrect and she would find out what happened. Mods can also ban non-members who come in to harass our geezers. evil

Yes, ma'am, I did tell Miss Gilda she could auction off that item. She needs to get at least half store price for it, though or else just sell it back to the store.
