Sheva and her Familiar Akita have had a rough relationship. Sheva grew up in a family of Katei no Neko adepts and met her familiar pretty late. They fought and fought, but in the end they became best friends. Even more so after they were confronted by a pack of Inuzuka, Akita is a stubborn leopard and challenged the largest of the pack. Akita was wounded and treated by Sheva, it bonded them even more. Sheva and Akita have never been closer, it is only now that they have decided to go to Sunagakure for more then supplies.

Well~
1.) You can start with two elements. No need for wind to be crossed out.
2.) Please come up with a second fear. ' ';
3.) Don't use ranks when referring to increases. For her attributes, just say her taijutsu is increased, and that she gets -1 to learning taijutsu.
Same with Cat's Agility. Just have it say "Speed increased."
After those fixes, you're all good to go.

Tsukaku Hakuegei [One Horned White Whale]

• After performing the needed handsigns, a massive horned whale will rise from surrounding ice. The beast merely makes a half-assed belly flop before shattering into shards of sharp ice. It is not only because of its sheer size, but because of the blades that are produced after its initial attack that makes this technique so effective. [ Requires A Massive Amount of Existing Ice ]
Sensatsu Suishou [Death by One Thousand Flying Needles]

• To begin, the user will hold a single handsign and then stomp nearby water into the air. The water will rise into their air, where it will take the form of senbon needles, whose starting position is fully controlled by the creator. The senbon can be told to halt in their initial position, but after being given a target, the creator is no longer able to manipulate them. It should also be noted, that the user can create any number of senbon- from 0 to 1000 using this technique.

• After performing the needed handsigns, the user will thrust out their arms and send out a twister of black wind and ice shards. The very tip of the twister resembles that of a dragon.
Makyou Hyoushou [Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors]
•Rank - S
•After performing the needed handsigns, nearby water will take the form of long flat mirrors, floating around their target in a 360 degree formation. These mirrors are almost completely indestructible, only shattered by a pair of techniques its own strength. Utilizing the mirror's reflection, and their own speed, the user is then capable of confusing and exhausting their prey. Additionally, because the technique is physical, and not a genjutsu, it may raise further confusion to the target.
