Mastur Sage (Yet he need only move one square.) {[Rules Lawyer]Actually, he'll have to move two. As the rules say, "Driving sleet blocks all sight (even darkvision) within it and causes the ground in the area to be icy." One step, and he's still in the area of effect, so his sight is blocked and all attacks he makes suffer a 50% miss chance. Just to be pedantic. wink [/rules lawyer]}

Mastur Sage The soldier burns away into a rank smelling puddle of burning goo surrounding a skeleton. Horror crosses Lad's face. He had purposefully targeted an as-yet uninjured soldier in the hopes that he wouldn't instantly kill anyone, and now he'd done so in a rather spectacular way. He shudders briefly and then tries to not let it bother him...at least, not yet. He won't be able to help obsessing about it later....

 Tehila draws her rapier and attempts to pass it off to Cley. "You'll be much more dangerous with this than I will be, Cley-honey!" she calls out above the din of the battle. Then she begins singing, inspiring her allies to greater levels of heroism. {Going to use my move action to pass my +1 rapier to Cley, and then use Inspire Courage on my allies. That's +2 attack and damage, so try not to forget it!}

Soldier 7 moves off of the ice and fires two shots, one at James, then another at Ziya. (+9 Hit, +4 miss)

 Cley takes the rapier from Tehila. "Thanks! It's at least a bit better than my gauntlets." She turns back towards her as-yet ineffective assailant. "So, still think I should be the one playing with dollies? Maybe you should think about your pasttimes after we get done here." She swings the rapier with vehement force, doing her best to take the guy down. {Furious Focus Power Attacking with the +1 Rapier that Tehila loaned me. +10 to hit. Going to go ahead and roll for potential confirmations should the first roll be an 18 or higher...}

{Well, hopefully a 19 hits (forgot about the +2 from Inspire Courage. Heh.) So that's 1d6 + 4 STR + 4 PA + 2 Inspire Courage + 1 enhancement = 12 damage.}

{Nope. It was in case the first one was potential critical hit. With a 18+ crit range on the rapier, I figured it would be worth it. That's a total of 21 damage to the guy. How's he look like he's doing?}
