Shadow of Miracles ultimatemk Same for me if Monty ends up going first then I would be doomed for sure sweatdrop Yeah, I know if I don't go first then I definitely won't stand a chance against neither Liger nor Draco. Their opening cards are too good; Dedigivolve,Diaboromon digivolve and then Digimon Emperor. btw how does that Diaboromon card work? It says it only lasts for 3 turns right? Also the last sentence is really confusing, like does it says that Diaboromon gets hurt or my digimon? I don't quite get it. It means that his rookie doesnt take damage so after 3 turns his rookie returns undamaged to fight you

He used it on me once in the last tournament. Its was easy to get passed. But in a rookie tournament. Its as powerful as A.

Well yeah, its not so bad in other battles that require more cards or digimon higher than Rookie, but in a tournament like this unless you're deck is a stall/burn deck then this could be really bad. There's also dedigivolve which makes it a little harden because of the less dicerolls and lower HP on a Rookie level digimon. I don't want to face those...but I don't want to face Digimon Emperor either Dx because then he'll just take out my strategy and I'm doomed...

I dont have any of those cards in my deck Lol I think there's a certain amount of originality in each deck, but rather those decks just have 'staple' cards everyone should probably try and have. Digimon Emperor is certainly one of those cards especially against a 5 card tournament like this. I would have definitely suggested to make a list about certain cards that are not allowed in the tournament. Much of this tournament felt like one of those 'if you don't go first you'll lose' scenarios. It certainly made the tournament intense, but with such limited space for cards it just made some players feel like it really was just luck instead of skill level. I'm not trying to complain, but I would suggest that next time if we are going for a 5-card-rookie tournament then Digimon Emperor should be banned.

I have a little card ruling question that's been kinda in my mind because of the wording of the card.
According to Digimon Emperor it says to 'choose three cards' from your opponent's deck. What if you're opponent doesn't have 3 cards? Does Digimon Emperor care whether the cards its selected have been used or not?
Also could Digital Gate target a card that's been selected by Digimon Emperor? Technically the card says it can reuse any card from any player's offline pile cards. But if Digimon Emperor has targeted an offline card (if it can) shouldn't that mean that the card Digital Gate has chosen cannot be activated because of Digimon Emperor?
Sorry for all the questions ^^; like I mentioned before, I used to play Yugioh so there was a lot of card rulings and different situation where certain cards could or could not be used and I want to make sure I have a clear understanding of some of these cards.
After all...the more you know ^^

Darkfire Karan XD which is why i use envy. It makes it more fair since I cut my hp in half. You're deck is certainly unique lol it would have definitely been a tough one to beat. Lol yeah that's also the reason why I run Trade, 2 of my cards for one of yours. It's somewhat fair since one of the cards I'm giving you is completely useless and takes 20HP from you xD

Digimon emperor does NOT send cards offline, they are still online you just can't use them. This was ruled to be the case, so no you can not use digital gate to use cards targeted by Digimon emperor. Now I have a card ruleing question, what if a card tells you to discard a card, could that be targeted by Illegal or would it be safe?

After all...the more you know ^^ To answer questions. I see no issue with Digimon Emperor targeting cards that have been used, just means you can't use them again so... what ever. And no Digital Gate can't target cards that have been targeted by Digimon Emperor, unless it was a case like above, because the card needs to be played before Digital Gate takes effect. At least that is how I see it. Don't quote me on it.
