Terra yelped and rushed forward to free Angeline's foot from the horse. "It is a ghoul eater!" she said, tugging Angeline away from it. "You will not get my friend, senor beast!" she said standing between Angeline and the--

Back end of the horse because it had just walked away.

Good going Terra, good going. Very dramatic. A+.

"Not that one." He responded, noting the smaller male taking the instrument into his hands. The instrument he had learned was smaller in shape, used strings similar to this one, but he was certain that the methods to play it was entirely different. However, if it satisfied the fellow student that it was fine, perhaps they could move onto another area. Uru felt more comfortable around those he was familiar with, but since everyone looks human... it will be difficult finding anyone else. Thus he stuck to Roch.

Uru fondled the five coins in his pocket, having them slide in and between his fingers as his blue eyes glanced around the grounds. Luckily, his height was moderately the same and gave him a good vantage point.

Well, Angeline hadn't seen anything, so as far as she was concerned, Terra was still her hero, laughing as she sat up.

"Well. That was the most majestic thing I've done all day. Next time I'll remember to ask for a hand down from the horse." she laughed, moving to stand up.

"Thank you!" Lizzy grinned, hands on her hip after she straightened up from leaning forward due to the back thump. She would use this opportunity to sparkle if her learned abilities weren't on lock down together with everything else. Besides, do humans even sparkle? She hadn't seen one which does.

"I don't believe we've met before?" She eyed his pin, and then offered him a sheepish smile... Not that she would be able to recognize him anyway since they were currently human-ified, but he didn't sound like anyone she knew, "I'm Lizzy, by the way~"

It could have been the new attire the selkie wore, but indeed the ghoul had seemingly grown. Goin' on adventures in tha'human world? Why sounds like yer an adventurer ta'me! Kekeke~ Levi couldn't help but cackle at West's reaction to the new addition on their laps. She was ready to make a joke regarding whether or not he'd have the same reaction had it been anyone else he knew of not named Levi, but his ghoulfriend refrained. Public space.

The tatzel had no problems holding onto the selkie ghoul in her lap as she would a scarling- just a rather large scarling. Arms and tail curling over her new lap companion, Levi produced a snug bear hug, pressing a cheek to Sibyl's. Growin' up strong, screecheart. Eat all yer sweets n' meats n' you'll be bigger than'a... red dragon! She couldn't quite think of anything on the spot, but looking to Jericho, it just popped out.

Uh. Yeah. At the mention of her name by the wrath demon, Levi squinted at Jericho with concern. Why did he not know her name? Again, something seemed awfully fishy here. Don't know how bad ya'musta hit yer head on tha'noggin, but ya'll 're practically family folk, boil. In Levi's book, if they were draconic, they were something like cousins to her own kind. That and anyone she considered kin by association; Jericho fell into both these categories. Looking again from the red to the wrath demon, Levi raised a brow in confusion. Someone had some explaining to do about this. What would've hit the boil so hard as to make him forget who they were? She'd make a note to steer clear of it herself- unless it was a challenge, of course.

Sibyl, yew got yers on? Tossing her own on, Levi took another pair of items off the table, tossing them to West experimentally. 'Ere! Catch! Adjusting her pin at the front of the cloak, the tatzel nodded to the demon, prompting him to be ready for their next endeavor. Noting that the red too had gotten his cloak, Levi nodded to him as well, a wide grin following. It's time.

Once everyone had their cloaks on and their physical humanity bestowed, Levi looked about for Sibyl, West and Jericho, unable to quite recognize them in their garb. West?... Sibyl?... Jericho? With the mob of students passing through the portal, Levi too found herself on the other side listening to their professor. Their professor who looked nothing like their usual professor. Ear tweaki- wait. Where are...? Levi reached a hand to her head, gently patting down at where a fuzzy white ear would usually be.

Wide-eyed, the tatzel finally realized that taking on human forms meant she had no ears. How was she hearing right now?!

Oh Jack-!

Horrified really didn't even begin to describe how Sin felt about how she looked, but when that shock passed she started to look around and follow the professors advice. She didn't want to stray too much since she was terrified at the thought of ending up lost or stuck here. She plucked at the diaphanous material of her dress, well this wasn't so bad...she ran her fingers through her beautifully styled hair, no not so bad.

She inhaled and then frowned her nose scrunching at the scent of...was that horse? She followed the pungent aroma and found small horses...ponies being ridden around. Well...it looked like the humans were having fun with it, Sin had never been on a pony. She decided it couldn't hurt to try, besides some of the little scarelings seemed to be managing it just fine.

Considering the dress she was wearing Sin should have known it wouldn't be so easy to ride on of these beasts even if they weren't full grown. Yet somehow after she'd managed to struggle her way onto the pony and sit herself down properly she found it rather enjoyable. Oh her legs were a bit long and the ride was brief but she could understand the fun of it. Granted it took quite a bit of work to maintain ones dignity while being jostled along on the back of a pony, and Sin found herself rather hungry.

Luckily she found a pointy eared human dressed up and selling some sort of sweet bread. She apparently hadn't heard the advice not to eat bread, and her stomach was warring with her...eating things from places other than HalloweenTown had caused strange things to happen before. Perhaps she ought to simply wait until the trip was over...but Jack was she famished.

She walked along looking for something to divert her attention, but the delicious aroma of food was pretty much everywhere she went. She paused at a stand offering furs, tails, and feathers of all sorts. Goodness but there were all sorts of exotic colors some as wild as minipet hues.

Sin moved on pausing again only when she saw an area full of corsets in all colors and types. Ohh! She wished she had kept an eye on Belladonna! She stayed there for a while admiring all the beautiful patterns and then pausing as she noticed a selection of bodice daggers, very nice. Perhaps humans didn't have such horrid taste after all, but she still wasn't very fond of them fashionable or not.

The next booth had a wide variety of stuffed creatures everything from plush cats to adorable fluffy gryphon chicks and leather scaled dragons. She ran her fingers over one of the dragons and smiled, maybe Rosc would like it. She wished she'd dragged him along on this trip, but the atmosphere would likely make him miserable.

"Excuse me sir? Three Coins for this Toy Dragon?"

Sin found her stomach making an angry gurgling noise and she frowned. Perhaps after this transaction she would have to just find something to eat and drink.

Explaining what had happened to Jericho would surely take quite a while, but that was mostly because West had no concrete idea what exactly had gone on himself. He could speculate, sure, but now was probably not the right time for that. He caught the cloak and pin Levi threw his way with a shake of his head, draping the fabric over his shoulders and securing it in place. West then made his way through the portal, his smirk bending into a momentary grimace as he did so. Dressing up in human skin was so gross.

He spotted Levi easily enough on the other side due to her sudden ear search and the fact that she didn't look all that different, especially not when compared to how she had looked the last time they'd been among humans. "Hey," he said, coming up behind her as he ran his fingers down the sleeve of his... robe? What in the name of Jack was he wearing? "They're over 'ere." He gestured at the side of her head, peering around for some sort of reflective surface so he could see what the damages were. Not finding one immediately, the demon looked instead for Jericho... and Sibyl, he supposed.

Cloaks and pins! How fancy! Thackery tested the weight of the cloak on his shoulders after putting it on, standing tall and turning from side to side to let it flare out. Cloaks were awesome. He'd have to remember to get a cloak when he got back to Halloween.

The warning about bread was met with a scrunched-up nose. Bread wasn't even close to his top choice of foods to eat. Unless cake counted as bread in the human world. Did it? His thoughts were in a tangle of a cake debate and residual concern as he took the coins and glanced around.

He'd heard a lot of things about gatherings in the human world before, but never really thought that they would look like this. They were everywhere! And most of them were laughing and having a good time, even if it did seem a little strange to see some of them with fake ears or painted skin. Didn't they like their own ears? Their own skin? Humans were so wonderful - it didn't make any sense to try and change themselves! He thought he was wonderful too, and he loved his ears and tail and skin and fur.

As he thought fondly of his ears, he tried to turn them towards an interesting sound, but human ears didn't rotate and he only managed a kind of awkward head-tilt. Oh well. That would be hard to get used to. In an effort to definitely not look suspicious, he spent the next few minutes walking past the varied wares while switching between patting his head where his ears should have been and touching his humanoid ears with way too much curiosity.

He could have spent an entire day looking through all of the things that the humans were selling, fascinated by their attempts to mimic things that were commonplace in Halloween. But one merchant particularly caught his attention as he recognized the smell of leather. There were bracelets and pouches and small minipet-like creatures fashioned from it - and, to one side, a selection of lockable collars with tiny, odd-looking keys. Humans wore collars too?!

Delighted by this discovery, he tried to get the merchant's attention.

"Hi--hello! Could I buy one of these? Is three s...coins okay?" His eyes were wide and full of excitement as he held a palmful of gold coins at arm's length.

Roch was about to climb on a chair so he could be a good deal taller than everyone else (jack, who knew there were so many human's 6'4 or close?) When something happened--

"Hey!! You did her hair, right? Do mine!" a human female said--and three others grabbed him as well. Roch let out a yelp and looked to Uru--

"Avenge me, man--"

Wait, wrong line.

"I mean--jackdammit," he muttered. "I'll be back."

"I just yelled at its behind," Terra admitted a bit blankly before helping Angeline to her feet. "It had a very long stringlike tail that was braided. I wonder if Roch got to it, as well..."

Wait, srsly, even TERRA was jumping on the "Roch ninja braider" train? That poor guy.

"Now! Let us go find music!"

The reaper donned his own cloak and readily consented to being pulled along, more curious about his surroundings in general than getting to any one specific place. It was unfortunate, however, that the gods of random ren faire costumes had seen fit to grant Brenley with a strange metal mask that didn't seem inclined to come off. The holes scattered across its front didn't provide him with much of a view, but he eagerly took in every scrap of this world that he could.

He spotted the little workshop before they reached it, taking the opportunity to examine it with an almost rude amount of scrutiny considering that no one could see his expression.

"Should we? Make something, I mean." It was no lock of hair or human animal, but these trinkets would make intriguing souvenirs nonetheless.

Just being silly with the helmet since i don't know what he looks like yet. You can try to get it off, but it's not necessary XDD

Angeline laughed at the mental image of the Horse just walking casually away while Terra yelled after it.

"It's the thought that counts." she assured, before linking her arm up with (hopefully) Terra's. "Alright! Music it is! That can't be too hard, right?"

Victoria had happily followed everyone else to collect the pins, checking that she had taken everything before entering the portal. There was a lot to see and a lot to do on the other side, and she could barely contain her excitement; if only there was enough time to do everything! However, she had forgotten about how her abilities would be on lock down, and promptly proceeded to trip over the hem of her long dress - why don't humans float in air?! - before falling flat on her face.

... When was the last time she had to use her legs to walk around? Probably when she was first brought over to Halloween, but that felt like eons ago! To get used to having to walk around, instead of floating around, for a single field trip made the field trip less fun.

Hoping that nobody witnessed her fail, she got up as quickly as she could, straightening out her dress by patting it down-

The merchant looks around, a bit shocked that someone whole approach him. Then upon seeing Thackery stared. They open their mouth only to close it, several times in fact, before finally giving an answer. "Yeah sure."

If Thack listened real hard he might have heard something about how it was just better to not ask.

Thack has paid 3 coins for a simple leather collar intended for dogs. Or other things. I guess.

Sin would see the merchant enthusiastically accepting her gold coins and shoving the plushie her way.
