"We can't leave Toy and Tama Town without Westley, so we'll have to move somewhere else." Amaterasu replied, standing up. Gatomon scurried up her arm and onto her shoulder, staring in the direction of the bush with a fixated glare, the fur on her tail raised.

Dax nodded towards Kotemon.
"Defensive Code DLI Kotemon!" He shouted.
There was a huge flash of light which quickly turned to darkness as Kotemon Warp Digivolved to Daemon, uncloaked. Daemon then disappeared with Dax into the shadows.
Dax was watching from the darkness; Not just one shadow. All of them. Every single little shadow in Toy and Tama town was a bit of Dax's and Daemon's soul. He and Daemon saw everything.

Amaterasu glanced around, unnerved. She clutched Gatomon closer to her as she turned to look behind her. This was sort of nerve-wracking, as she felt like she was being watched.

"Have you heard of that gatomon, Daemon?" Dax asked
"No Daemon answered"
"But...if that Sago guy would let some of his damn digimon out, I may be able to tell if they are good or not.

Amaterasu glanced around. Where were Westley and Gabu? They must know more about the Digital World than she does. They were her friends, and she wanted them near her. "Maybe a snack will calm us down." She said aloud, reaching into her bag and pulling out a small cake wrapped in a napkin.
Gatomon grinned. "I like the way you think, Ammy!" She said, reaching to break off a piece of the cake.

Sago was a bit nervous as he took out his digivice and looked at it. "Shock the pathway of the world and awaken the past, AncientBeetlemon." Sago chanted as he summoned his Ancient Digimon which made a strange sound that sounded like a growling buzz. Sago took out a small box of pocky and gave one to his digimon which enjoyed this strange snack as it was bitter, yet sweet. Sago bit down on his pocky breaking it in half as he simply tried to ignore the dark presence he was feeling.

Dax and Daemon both gasped in surprise. The gasp was too loud and so it rang out from all the shadows in Toy and Tama Town.
"This guy is dangerous, Dakota. " Daemon warned, whispering quietly.
Dax sighed. "Maybe he's not evil though."
"Dakota, are we evil?"
Dax shrugged.
"No, we just fight for whatever we want."

Gatomon let out a hiss. "I heard something. I'm certain of it!" She growled, her fur standing on end. "There's somebody watching us, and I don't like it one bit!" Gatomon scurried off of Amaterasu's shoulder to stand on the ground.
Amaterasu looked at AncientBeetlemon. "That's amazing. An ancient Digimon.." She murmured. "I've never seen one before."

Sago knew he heard something as he looked at Ancient Beetlemon. "You heard something, right Khepri?" Sago asked as he had named his digimon after the Egyptian god. The ancient digimon gave a strange buzz-like growling once more as it spoke. "Yes, it seems you not alone." Sago nodded at the element of surprise was gone as he suspected something was around.

"Inferno," Jake said. "Do you feel that?" "Yes," Inferno replied. "there is a dark pressence near." "You think you can find it with your light powers?" Jake asked. As he said the words, a crest popped out of his digivice.  It shined on Inferno, and soon Inferno lit up and exploded in a ball of light. For mere seconds Jake could see the image of a boy and a dark Digimon in the shadows, but soon they dissapeared, and Inferno looked weakened from the effort. "Inferno, de-digivolve to: Patamon. The new form of Inferno floated lazzily on Jake's head, fighting for a spot against Terriermon. Jake sighed and kept walking, wanting to find out more about the digital world and his crest.

Dax's nostrils flared with anger.
Daemon rolled his eyes. "We're trying to protect the innocent people in the digital world, right?"
Dax shook his head.
"Look, I fight for what I think is right, and no one gets in my way. Daemon, restrain the kid and his Patamon."
Daemon sighed but nodded as Jake suddenly fell into a pool of shadow, his patamon following. The pool dissappeared.
Jake was now staning in a very dark area. There were multiple portals showing thousands of views of Toy and Tama town.
Dax and his large, menacing Daemon were standing in front of the boy.
"Keep it down if you want to live" Dax whispered.
"Now what the hell is it you're business to try to uncover us?"
(No offense to what Dax says)

Gatomon twitched her tail as AncientBeetlemon spoke. "Can you pinpoint it's direction from where it's coming from?" She asked. "Even with my holy powers, I can't sense where it is.. It feels like it's all around us."
Amaterasu nodded. "I understand what you mean." She replied to Gatomon.

Jake looked really freaked out. It was a Daemon, just like the one who had fought Inferno. Inferno tried to put on an intimadating face, which failed because of his current form. "Um," Jake said. "My buisness is that I don't like people staring down my neck all the time. I got that too much from fangirls in America." He laughed a little, but Daemon just kept freaking him out, so he kinda got a sick looking face.

Dax rolled his eyes.
"Whatever pretty boy." Dax's ears twitched a bit. The two tamers form before were attempting to reveal him as well. He turned to one of the portals showing the two tamers and watched closely.

"No, this presence is hiding itself, yet is around us..." Khepri spoke as his abilities were fierce, yet he couldn't sense the exact location. Sago looked around but nothing was to be seen, looking at his digivice he knew none of his digimon could help as all of his digimon were dark digimon, while AncientBeetlemon was his strongest and most ancient and wisest. "We can't find them, but something tells me that whoever is here must be somewhere where they are safe.." Sago muttered as the basic rule of any kind of spying is, be somewhere where nobody can locate you, but you can locate your target.
