Cecilia smiled when she noticed his cheeks turning red, it was kind of funny. She held onto the tree, as she watched with a warm gentle smile. "You're so lucky, I've always wanted to be an artist. Drawing is probably one of my favorite hobbies. And I've never seen anyone draw quite like yours! They're amazing." When the girl saw the bird he was drawing, she seemed to get even more excited, gasping happily. "Aww, what a cute bird you drew! It's so cute and fluffy!" Cece squealed, just adoring all kinds of animals. They were all so cute, she was an animal lover. The girl stood still, watching him carefully as she tilted her head confused. "A-are you drawing me?" Her eyes glistened, so much excitement building up inside of her one by one. She had never been drawn before, and it felt really great to have someone as great as Katsuya draw her. It made her feel special in all ways. It was impossible to stop smiling, as she stood still as a tree, trying not to move much.

XXXXXIbara remained still reading the scroll. The jutsu required complex hand seals and would require a large summon or bijuu to exectue it correctly so he'd have to trust in his ability to learn, analyze and disect jutsu down into their parts to be able to perform this correctly. He could summon one of his sage beasts but that would more than likely make them become irritated with him if he were to use this technique on them. XXXXXAfter reading and channeling natrual chakra for quite some time Ibara stood. He felt as though he had gathered enough chakra for this one technique to be executed, he wouldn't waste the chakra but would perform everything required up until the point without releasing his valuable natural chakra, he'd probably even go to the tournament in sage mode. Hidden by the ceremonial kage garb he'd wear of course. [ Senpō: Myōjinmon [ Sage Art: Gate of the Great God ] 4/6 ]
XXXXXAt last Ibara prepared to execute the hand seals snapping them off in rapid succession. He channeled the chakra to just above his head and both hands because this technique would crash down from above the rather large opponent he had to focus his chakra higher in his body for the jutsu to come down from the correct height. He focused on the sensation and if it had felt correct according to what the scroll had said, and it didn't feel just right so Ibara would attempt again. XXXXXFinally Ibara snapped off the seals in rapid succession. Feeling the chakra flow perfectly resemble the chart in the scroll. Ibara smiled as he stopped just before the last seal. Contemplating if there was anything else he wished to learn while he was here. Coming up with nothing he could think of at the moment he walked toward the wall of scroll and began to study them after replacing the scroll he had removed. XXXXXIbara stood where he was examining the wall for a few moments. After a short time he realized that he infact did not have enough actual sealing techniques to seal the Kyuubi should it return. He grabbed a technique he figured would compliment the one he already knew quite well although he'd have to be extremely careful about his chakra consumption if he inteded to use the pair. Possibly grab a few solider pills before hand. Ibara rifled through his pouch and found he did indeed have three solider pills which was good. [ Shishou Fuuin [ Four Image Seal ] 1/6 ]
XXXXXFinished with fishing through his bag for the solider pills Ibara threw them back in his bag. With the pills in his bag and the scroll in his hand Ibara made his way to the desk placing it down on the desk and gently opening it. The scroll was old indeed and had very intricate hand seals, deserving of its S-ranked jutsu listing. Ibara continued to read deeper into the scroll rubbing his chin as he did so thinking and repeating each word he read to allow it to sink in and become memorized, this again was a jutsu that could not technically be "practiced." XXXXXIbara began to practice the seals as he read, repeating each word and constantly repeating the series of seals, using not just one like he normally did but both for more accuracy with the seal. XXXXXWith the learning of the technique nearing its completion Ibara took a deep breath. He closed his eyes and realized he was still in sage mode. He deactivated it for now by expelling the sage chakra he had gathered and re-opened his eyes. He looked down and realized he was still droning though the seals and stopped doing so. XXXXXNext was the chakra molding for the seal. It was again complex and required a lot of focus which would be extremely difficult to do with the Kyuubi nearby but he figured he could do it if he remained calm throughout the ordeal. With the Kyuubi calm was important. Panicking would get you kill. Ibara learned that the hard way last time the mutt appeared in Konohagakure. [ Shishou Fuuin [ Four Image Seal ] 5/6 ]
XXXXXContent with what he had practice Ibara put both together. It was really tiring, just preparing the technique let alone activating the seal. Ibara knew that the solider pills would most likely be used between the sealing techniques, he had four to perform which would be tricky if just one of the techniques used half of his chakra. Ibara reached down carefully rolling the scroll back up before placing it back in its rightful place before grabbing the next scroll and reading from it. [ Shishou Fuuin [ Four Image Seal ] 6/6 ]
XXXXXThis technique was technically not a seal but a support sealing technique. In the sense that it didn't actually seal things but in fact strengthened the seals placed on something to a seal much stronger than it actually was. With that in mind Ibara hastily read the scroll which was surprisingly just as complicated as the one he had just learned. [ Fuuin no Tsuyofukumi [ Seal Strengthening ] 1/6 ]
XXXXXIbara was beginning to tire of training but he was almost done. With a smile he began to practice the seals required for the seal strengthening technique. Which would drastically increase the power of his seals while the weaker seals would gain power required to seal beasts. [ Fuuin no Tsuyofukumi [ Seal Strengthening ] 2/6 ]
XXXXXIbara took his time once more. He wanted to make sure he had the technique mastered when he went to perform it. It could mean life or death, not only for him but for the person he would be sealing the kyuubi into and in fact the rest of the village. Ibara let out a soft sigh as he studied the scroll ever deeper. The chakra control was a bit tricky but not quite as complex as the others he had been studying. XXXXXThe Hokage began to mold the chakra required. Once again not actually able to execute the technique but would learn how it should feel to perform the technique none the less. XXXXXFinally Ibara neared the end of his training. He practiced the hand-seals and the chakra control one more time before he felt content with the way it felt. He nodded softly in recognition of the fact he had it mastered while looking at the scroll and began to roll the scroll up before his final attempt at performing the technique, the final without the scroll in front of him. XXXXXThe Hokage quickly snapped off the seals and began to perform the seals and the chakra movement once more. He felt it as a little clumsy on the first attempt and stopped. He would try again this time with his eyes closed invisioning the paper. He repeated it this way a few times before trying one final time with his eyes opened. It went off without a hitch and Ibara was finally content with what he had learned from the scroll. [ Fuuin no Tsuyofukumi [ Seal Strengthening ] 6/6 ]

Rin before performing the task the Hokage gave her she came to the academy. It was true she was proficient with water based jutsu, however she did not know many water only jutsu. It had been a while since she'd last been at the academy. She couldn't help but feel nostalgic, recalling back times where she worked on perfecting her clans jutsu.
Flashback//Training
With her newly acquired headband she did as she went to train, or at least brush up on some things as she waited for her Sensei. She'd been told to go to the academy and so she did. Since she was there she may as well train, or play around with her bloodline. On her way she came across her mother, the woman congratulated her then mentioned she should invite her sensei to dinner sometime. Mothers, why did they always have to be embarassing or enjoy creating awkward situations?
Arriving at the Academy Rin decided to stick to the outside part of it. More room and fresh air was good for you, especially with her bloodline. Taking in a breathe she focused her chakra. Energy flowed through her body, the area nearby become chilled. Placing a single handseal in front of her chest the young girl released her chakra. The energy now free from her body formed clouds, well two of them. Rin could not make much more then that. Blinking calmly Rin moved her finger, her clouds following as if she was the maestro in a grand ochestra. These clouds were hers, it was her chakra after all.
In silence Rin played freely with her bloodline. Although it was sunny and fairly warm in their village, where Rin stood it would was like being in the middle of winter, just that tiny area. The cold had never bothered her. The heat did though. Konoha wasn't too bad heat wise, but for one of her complexion it took some time getting used too. Thinking on this, the girl decided it would be a good time to refresh herself. Raising her right hand, she opened her palm towards the sky, directing her clouds to do so. Joining together the clouds became bigger and different then they were before. Cooling the area within them snowflakes began to fall. Glistening specks of white flurried above Rin, swirling the area around her. It was quite the sight, snow had its beauty. ---- Hatsuyuki [ First Snow ] Rank: D — Chakra Kousetsu [ Snowfall ] Rank: D ---- Jurei left in a odd manner, something was off but she figured he was good on his own. With him gone she could continue with her training, or rather playing around with her abilities. She'd never looked into other jutsus other then her bloodline, later on she'd have to look into them. Perhaps her "sensei" could help with that. Pressing her hand against a newly formed cloud she sent a snowball from it, its target just a random dummy nearby. It wasn't really something that was very dangerous but it did have a fun potential too it, once she let herself have fun. Letting a sigh leave her lips Rin wondered what to do further with her abilities.
Looking down at her hands she pondered for a second. She always felt weird making training in public. She'd much rather head home and do things there but Rin had been instructed to remain at the Academy, at least that is what she thought at the moment. She had yet to really see the potential for her bloodline, she was small last time she was with ehr clan. Her mother did not have the gift so there was no help there. Until arriving at Konoha the majority of what she did was for her own amusement, but now, she needed to add a "violent" part. Wasn't hard, just different. At least being a shinobi gave her something to do. Pressing her hand against a cloud it would seem like she was doing the same as the snowball earlier but it would be different. Rather then a snowball coming out the whole cloud made its way towards the dummy. Exploding in white mist like appearance the wood the dummy was made out of would be coated with a thin layer of ice. The cold it expressed was enough to give any person quite the chill and "frost bite".
Rin looked over at the dummy. Touching it she didn't seem fathomed by the chill, actually she didn't find it cold. Others would, she didn't, stick her in a desert and she'd melt, literally. If she kept this up the dummy would become so frozen it may just crack at the simplest of touches. That actually seemed like quite the challenge. Taking a few steps back Rin would continue one with what she was doing. There were two other snow jutsu's she was familiar with, the others she still needed to study in her mothers scrolls. Slowling inhaling and exhaling the young girl gathered her chakra and energies collecting it all into her lungs and mouth area. Closing her eyes she made a single seal over her chest. Inhaling one last time but much more deeply she exhaled, more then jsut her breathe came out. A violent swirl of howling wind and white snow blasted from her mouth smacking hard into the dummy. Small cracking sounds could be heard from the wood, an indication that it was freezing to the point it was breaking. One more bit and it was bound to shatter.
Although it would be amusing in a way to see the dummy shatter, she didn't want to get in trouble for ruining material. Rin wasn't quite sure what the regulations on such things were. Better safe then sorry, besides it'd been beaten up enough. It would take some time for the layer of ice to melt. Making her way to a place where she was far away from everyone and everything she had a specific jutsu in mind. It was violent and dangerous and she didn't want to hurt anyone while she trained. Replacing her clouds for they'd been used she gathered her thoughts in order to truly focus. As she placed a handseal over her chest her clouds begain to join and spin around her. White winds of a tornado formed making an eerie sound for all to hear. It would sound slike she was literally in the middle of a storm. If anyone other then her were to be stuck in the middle they'd surely nearly freeze to death. The young woman made her way towards a selection of scrolls inside the academy library, there for all those who desired to could consult them. Rin knew a couple water jutsus, having learned a couple of them in her past but other than that she was at a loss. The mission given to her required her to drain a dam, a task that surely was not very easy, for she was going to need something that used as much water as possible. The more water she used the faster it was bound to drain.
Reaching the section for Suiton techniques her finger trailed over the scrolls as she walked by each one, slow enough to read what was on them. By name she was able to get an idea of what each one did, though there were a few here and there she was not familiar with. A name suddenly popped out at her, Suirou no Jutsu, one of the few techniques Rin had been taught years before. However it was one she hadn’t used since learning it.
The technique as the name stated, was a prison of water for an opponent. Enemies would be unable to breath as well as unable to move easily from it, making it hard to break out of. Without air in time they would either die or pass out. The only flaw in it was in order for the prison to maintain its sphere like shape Rin needed to be physically touching it. The woman sighed after thinking on the technique. As useful as it may be in a battle, for her mission it would be pointless. Her objective was to drain the dam not trap it. Wait… maybe it could be of some use. If she walked with the water prisons she could take it to where the water needed to be. She’d have to think into that possibility for it seemed like it still may take quite a bit of her time. Placing the scroll back into its location she continued on.
Whenever a name came up she was not familiar with, or had never learned she rolled open those scrolls. She needed to see what they did to fully evaluate if she could or not use them for her mission. She spent too much time in the hospital helping out there. If she wanted to be a field medic she really needed to get out there more.
It was not easy for Rin, the hospital kept her quite busy really liking her working there. Whenever she had free time she usually just wanted to sleep or something similar. However after her trip to Takumi she'd been doing some thinking on what to do with her future. She wasn't meant to be stuck inside a hospital, as much as she liked the work she honestly believed she was much more useful on the field.
It was not the time or place to think about such things though. She had a mission to complete, the sooner the better. Her eyes finally seemed to have found a jutsu that would help her considerably. As she studied the images and instructions she took a mental note of the desired handseals. According to what she was reading she was to release water which took the form of a dragon.
The jutsu seemed quite potent. A stream of water with such force was perhaps capable of breaking bones. The amount from what she studied was quite a bit as well. This seemed perfect. It was brilliant. A few of these into the right location would drain the dam in a jiffy. Practicing the seals until she knew she had them down, Rin would leave to complete her task. Her personality was just as bright as her appearance. It was cute in a way, very different from himself or anyone else he'd ever known in the Azuma clan. As the heir to the clan he was supposed to be like the rest of them: boring, stoic, cold to the world around him. He didn't enjoy it, but he had to keep up appearances. If people saw him as that then they might not find out his secret, and that was definitely a secret that he had to keep. He thought that, but he couldn't help the rare smile that this girl dragged out of him. Her hovering over him as he drew her was making him nervous though. His face certainly wouldn't be returning to it's natural color anytime soon at this rate. Looking up into her eyes his eyebrow quirked up once again, "yes I am drawing you. I can't help it, I draw what I see." He laughed softly as he pointed at the hawk he'd drawn earlier, then pat the ground next to him, "now stop hovering it's making me nervous. Why don't you sit down and tell me your name?" he asked, his pencil returning to the pad. He began shading in her hair, the last thing he had to do with this sketch. Once he completed it he had to admit that he was quite proud of the finished product. On the paper the girl was as he had seen her earlier. Sleeping on a tree branch she had a leg pulled up onto it, her other dangling down. Her eyes were closed peacefully and a small smile was on her face. Of course, since he realized that she seemed to like birds he made sure to draw a couple of them as well. They flew in the air around her, sat on her head, slept in her lap. They were everywhere. Yeah, Katsuya was definitely proud of this drawing.

Cecilia watched as he pat a place of the ground beside him, pointing out a place he wanted her to sit and watch. She followed where he pointed, sitting on the ground with her legs laying straight up into the grassy blades. She seemed surprised when he told her he was making her nervous, she didn't mean to make him feel that way, she had hardly even noticed how he was feeling. She was so intent on watching him draw. "Im so sorry. My name is Cecilia. What's yours?" The girl watched as the boy continued to draw, watching him so carefully while tilting her head again, the way he drew was so smooth, and they looked so beautiful, she couldn't help it but continue to watch so still as a board. She noticed him draw her of when she was asleep and than birds surrounding her everywhere. "Aw, I just love how you draw animals. They're so cute, it makes me wish I could have my own birds. Your drawings look so real." The girl was defiantly in love with the drawings, they were amazing, it was hard to find good drawers these days, a lot of people never even seemed to care for drawing. She was defiantly amazing to find someone who loved it.
The girl noticed Katsuya jump up a bit, seeming to listen to a strange sound she was hearing as well. It sounded like tons of people chattering, she hadn't heard chatters like this since school. She looked up at him as he got back onto his feet, the girl doing the same. She blinked confused, as he instantly seemed to be in a hurry. "Oh yeah, I had forgotten about that. Its fine, get out there and win! Even if you don't see me or I don't see you, just know I'll be rooting you on the whole way." The girl smiled ever so happily, waving him goodbye but when he placed the pictures he had drawn into her hands, she had become so surprised and happy. She had no idea he was going to give it to her, she had no time to even say as much as a thank you as he vanished in thin air. Although maybe she could thank him if she caught up to him at the academy. The girl took her panda backpack off of her back, unzipped it, and placed the drawing comfortably inside, she than zipped it back in, put it on her shoulders, and ran off, following the crowds of people. It was than she began to feel this strange feeling in her gut, it was like butterflies fluttering around. She was feeling a bit nervous, she had hoped she would stop feeling this way soon. Even so, she continued to follow the path ahead, rushing to get there as soon as possible.

Uninterrupted the squad of soldiers moved silently single file down the street weapons drawn keeping an eye out for any type of movement that they could detect each member of the squad facing a different direction as the moved swiftly down the street that lead to the academy and their objective. As the approached the massive building they paused just outside the door, two men flanking the main door on each side. The leader held his hand up to his eyes pointing both fingers at them then back out to the street. Two soldiers turned their attention down each direction of the street as the remaining two turned to the door and kicked it clean off its hinges and entered the building.
Shikatsu arrived just outside of the academy and surveyed the area. He noticed the door had been broken off it's hinges and knew something was up. He prepared himself as he entered the building.

It seemed the squads moment of uninterrupted peace had come to an end. By the looks of it an ANBU had caught on to them, the solider facing the rear spoted him first. Tapping the man behind him on his shoulder before firing a burst of several kunai toward the open door.
Arriving quickly to the academy she noticed the ninja she saw some time ago that had the same abilities as her master. Hurrying along towards him she heard what sounded like a quick burst of gunfire firing towards them. Startled from the sound of the shots she reverted to using a raiton jutsu. Looking over the shoulder of the ally she noticed kunai racing towards him. Lightning sprang forth around Chloe like her own personal heat lightning. Small bright hummingbirds of pure lightning raced through the door and around the man to intercept the kunai.
The birds found their marks fast suicide crashing into them causing small bursts of shocks forcing the kunai to change trajectory. Some lodged into the walls where others into the ground beneath their path. Three leftover birds rushed towards the foes who were holding the guns now. It wouldn't do the job considering how many of them there seemed to be, but they were already in pursuit.

Satemy entered the target area just in time to see all the commotion. Which is to say there wasnt a whole lot. From his vantage Satemy Felt the life force of Atleast 6 humans...And a bird of some sort. Satemy had a faint idea of who owned said bird and didnt worry to much about it. diving from the sky Satemy took human form and cover on top of a building across the way from the academy. From there he crouched and crawled and dropped his way to street level into an alley. Peeking ever so slightly to see the scene in front of him. Figure out Friend from foe, He told himself. He saw the bird first. easy to notice something making so much color and moment. Yes there was no doubt that the bird belonged to a Nara not on the team sent to deal with leftover enemy groups. Regardless Satemy was glad to have it along for the ride. Satemy touched his forehead making a small very annoying preparation where he did so. He next noticed the one he was sent to help out. It seemed to Satemy that only five enemies where in the building and Satemy didnt sense anyone else nearby. Which meant that Keeping out of sight and waiting for his team was his best option. He would only move if His comrade or his life were in danger at this point.
Shikatsu watched as the spray of kunai rushed towards him. Before he could act, someone had sent what looked like birds to deflect said kunai. He looked behind him to see someone and nodded a thank you before rushing in at the opponents, trying to catch them off guard. {Ooc: Sorry for he late reply. was at an anime convention with no wifi in the hotel. well, there was, but i wasnt paying an additioanal $25 for it. im here now tho.}
