Gabriel took her hand as she healed him "if that's how it must be..." He said, slightly dissapointed that his mortality only lasted a short while.
"NO!" Eviz yelled out, taking a step back from the two "what makes you think I'm going to give this power up?" He said with a chuckle, the dark mist started to gather around him, if he had to, he would even fight Priscilla.

"I remember the Eviz who said he was glad he wasn't fit for such powers." She sighed "What makes you think that power wants to stay with you?" She asked Eviz. "And since it's obviously in control, not you, I'm sure it's more then willing to go back to it's old master."

"that Eviz is dead...he died the second you..." His eyes shifted from her to Gabriel, he couldn't say it, having the words in the tip of his tongue even made him sick "I will control this power...and when I do I'm going to kill all of you!" The dark mist completely surrounded him and in a blink of an eye it disappeared along with Eviz.

"He's gone..." She muttered, letting out a small sigh. She took Gabriel into her arms as she continued to heal him. She didn't know what to say to him. "I... I'm sorry..." she muttered to him.

Gabriel fell into her arms, feeling a wave of relief go over him, he sighed and looked up at her "no...I'm sorry love" he said, closing his eyes, wanting to get some rest "I knew he was going to use the power against me and I still gave it to him...I'm just glad he didn't hurt you..."

Hector was quiet, gently stroking his hair. "It's ok. I forgive you." She told him. Slowly, she picked him up and carried him over to his bed. "Your wounds are healed, but you should probably get some rest."

Gabe lay down, trying to stay awake for a moment longer "Fiona, what are you going to do?" He asked, hoping she wasn't planning anything crazy.

"I'm not sure. But right now, I just want to make sure you're going to be alright." She said before leaning over and kissing him on the forehead.

Gabriel smiled when he felt her lips on her forehead, although he was healed he still felt pain on his scars "Fiona...Eviz may not be in total control the darkness but he knows how to use that power..." He said, thinking about how quickly the man learned to manipulate the darkness.

"Alright then." She replied before teleporting off. She reappeared on the roof of the Norran castle, knowing the air ship would be landing there sometime soon. "Where could he have gone..." She wondered, looking off into the distant sky.

The darkness appeared deep in a Corith Jungle, Eviz stumbled out, barely landing on his feet, it took so much will power to control the darkness into doing as he wished, but soon that would all change and he was going to become the true master of the darkness.
He made his way past the trees, going deeper into the jungle until what he searched for came into view, a crumbling temple hidden in the brush, it was crumbling and falling apart, going in would be life threatening but it had to be done.
