It's a copy of one used by a member of a species called "Time Lords". As a copy, it also has a broken "chameleon circuit", and is stuck in it's current form.

(( Yes it is Molé. The last one I made was a thicker red sauce and it has cocoa in it. You can now find it pre-done in the Spanish section of the grocery store. There is a very long list of ingredients to it and it takes a bit. So good though. 3nodding ))

I might have encountered a certain Time Lord otherwise known as "the Doctor" in my travels through existence. I think it was the Fourth form, or what people in other worlds would call the... "Tom Baker" version.

Having just encountered one of these "Time Lords" does not really explain how you would have managed to obtain such a device. I do not imagine they give such things out freely, as such a device is rather powerful and could ultimately cause quite a bit of distruption if used carelessly.

I see... you must have forgotten. I can scan things at a subatomic level and reproduce them. That ability usually means instant high-class status in Makai as people with that ability don't have to spend money on quite as many things.

I guess nobody ever wondered how I was able to alter or produce matter at will... though it was quite draining to scan and reproduce a structure larger on the inside than it was on the outside. I almost felt like dying. stressed
