 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri trotted towards home easily, not rushing. She rubbed her stinging palm as she walked. As she got close to her house though, she drew up short. What was Nowe doing there? "Nowe?" She asked curiously, closing the final distance to her house. "I thought you were training with Zane?" Her tone turned the words into a question.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Well if it makes you feel better what you're doing is something not easily done." Zane said with a smile then turned to Nowe. "Yeah sure, but when you take distance, noise level and the time it takes sound to reach this place you can tell that someone is watching us." Zane said simply.

"Yeah, I am...I mean..I'm going to." Nowe said, trying to keep himself calm. He took a deep breath and held the flowers out to her. "Um...I got these for you...you like flowers right?" He asked, nervous.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri blinked in surprise, then took the flowers with a smile, not realizing she showed off her burned palm as she did so. "I do." She said softly, burying her nose in them. She sighed happily. "I love lilies. They're my favorite. Even better than roses." Without realizing it, she'd probably made Nowe happy. The genin in the exam had given her a rose. He'd just topped that by giving her lilies. She looked up to Nowe, cocking her head to the side. "Thank you. But what's the occasion? Last time I checked, my birthday wasn't for another couple weeks." She said with a small laugh. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Zane suddenly noticed that Kiri and Nowe had left him behind. "Figures, well I might as well practice on teh Chidori." Zane said with a sigh as began forming the handsigns.

Nowe had gotten a bright smile on his face, and started feeling a bit better. "Yeah, I know. I remember you saying so before." When she asked the occasion though, he went back to feeling nervous. "Does there need to be a occasion? I can't give my teammate a gift?...but um...actually..there was something I wanted to ask you." He looked at her, and his heart beat faster. He wasn't sure when he had fallen for her, but he knew they'd always be close since they first spared off. He opened his mouth to say the words, but nothing came out. This time to, he would have cold feet. "Um..nevermind...I gotta go find Zane." he said and began walking away.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri waited, expectantly, for him to answer. When he turned away, she blinked in surprise. "Wha-?" She asked in confusion. "Wait! Nowe!" She hurried to catch up to him, reaching out to grab his arm and make him stopped. She hissed suddenly, pulling her burned hand back. "Nowe, what in the world is going on with you?" She asked, hiding her burned hand. "First you wanna ask something, then you walk away?" Things began lining up in her mind, clicking into place. She smirked. "If I didn't know better, I'd say Nowe had a crush." She said teasingly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe's face turned a deep red. "Your insane. I risk my life as a daily routine. If I wanted to ask someone out, I'd just go ahead and do it." He said, mentally smacking himself. He pointed at her hand, "More importantly, you get on my case about dangerous training, yet your screwing up your hands, I think that needs some explanation."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri chuckled at his denial, though some part of her was hurt by it. She pushed aside the feeling, though it showed in her gray eyes briefly. She tucked her hand behind her back. "My hand is perfectly fine." She told him stubbornly, not wanting him to worry. It would be healed as soon as she found her mother so there was no sense worrying her teammate about it. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe stood there, not sure what to do at this point. He wanted to confess to her, but at the same time, he wanted to change villages and hide. He held up his own burned hand, going with the change in subject, "I guess I'm not one to talk...Chidori takes it's toll as well..."

(Bring him to the hospital so I can play the doctor ^_^ Imma bored waiting for Tayu and can't really do much with Kaicho. OH OH OH And can I make another Genin ??? If so I was thinking of him being able to use the same shadow jutsu that The NARA clan uses.)
