Bjorn bowed again to the Hokage, "Thank you, Hokage-sama, I guess I'll head back to continue training and prepare for the tournament now." He turned and left the office, Grym following along beind him. He stopped off at the secretary downstairs and informed them of his promotion and was given a black flak jacket vest, probably the biggest they could find in supply. Bjorn pulled it on and left the tower, returning to the dojo.

Apparently he was getting his promotion to... chuunin? That guy was a genin?! "I'm almost glad I don't have to fight that monster of a man anymore," he mumbles, fingers lightly touching the tonfa on his right hip. "Perhaps... I should think about a weapon change though. If I fought someone like him with these things I doubt I'd do much of anything at all," he was still mumbling a bit, attempting to mentally prepare himself for the competition coming in the next two weeks. The key word here, however, is attempt. After seeing someone like that who was only a genin until recently, he wasn't exactly bursting with confidence. Katsuya's attention, however, went back to Kirumi and Ibara at the mention of training and missions. He nodded stiffly, almost feeling a bit insulted since it seemed Kirumi thought him incapable of performing well. He had been in many missions far more dangerous than performing simple chores after all. The scar on his throat covered by Konoha's headband was a constant reminder that things didn't always go well however, and it was true that while his skills with stealth were more than proficient, he had just barely started working with chakra. Having sufficiently humbled himself before he could say anything stupid the boy made his way out the door, saying a quick, "I promise I won't let either of you down," with confidence that he did not truly feel. Passives • Elemental Specialist: You are only able to have one (1) chosen chakra element. Your elemental ninjutsu possess greater power, allowing them to overwhelm techniques of the same element and rank, and preventing them from succumbing to elemental weaknesses. You begin with two (2) additional ninjutsu slots, and earn an additional three (3) ninjutsu slots whenever you rank up. • Mystic Hero: The user is much like a hybrid warrior, focusing on mixing ninjutsu into their personal arsenal. Through their great devotion to this path the user can cast ninjutsu without hand seals while wielding a weapon, D at gennin, C at chunnin, B at Jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin. These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use, as well as require the same amount of time to mold the chakra through the weapon as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast. The user’s spirit is so strong, that they can utilize their physical bukijutsu techniques to negate ninjutsu techniques of the same rank or below. • Raiton Prodigy: Raiton techniques have their strength greatly increased, overwhelming all techniques one rank above the one he used. All except fuuton techniques, although he can overwhelm ones of the same rank. This dedication to Raiton techniques however leaves his Maruton neglected, making those techniques cost an additional ten chakra. • Godspeed: Moderate increase to speed. • Espionage: As the heir to the Azuma clan Katsuya's abilities in stealth are unmatched, even allowing him to go as far as to completely erase his presence and any killer intent coming off of him. His abilities in this are so proficient that he can go unnoticed even by those up to a rank above his own.

XXXXX Ibara stood from the sensory area and decided he'd relax once his replacement came. Stretching his sore arm which felt much better. He should have it checked out to be entirely sure although he could diagnose it himself decided it'd be best to get a second opinion. Ibara turned and walked out of the room thanking everyone once more. He passed by his office where it sounded like his clone was quite busy before heading down the stairs and out of the office. He took a right and made his way down an alley finding a suitable tree just outside the office and laying down under it taking in the fresh air and enjoying every second of it.

Rin wasn't sure what brought herself to the Hokage's building. It was not a place she usually dropped by, even though she was a shinobi. Most of her time was spent in the hospital working on helping out with patients and not so much field work. It was something she was thinking of changing, however her battle skill was probably lacking experience. When you were a good medic it was hard not to get sucked into hospital work. Soft steps brought herself nearer to the building somewhat looking up at where the mans office was, like always it seemed busy with what she was able to catch a glimpse of.
As her gaze fell downwards once more you can imagine her slight shock at the Hokage sitting there under a tree. If he was there who was up... right, clones... she sometimes forgot they could literally clone themselves with the right training. Blinking she slowly took a few more steps forward until she was but a yard from the older male. "Taking a break Hokage-sama?"
Rin didn't speak much with the Hokage so she wouldn't be surprised if he didn't remember her, let alone know her name. Last time she had perhaps seen him was months ago (or more) when treating him in the hospital.

XXXXX He had no more than leaned back against the tree and closed his eyes when he heard footsteps then a soft voice call out to him. Ibara sighed before he opened his eyes and looked toward the voice. When he did his voice had left. What he saw was a stunning woman standing about a foot away from him. She had snuck up on him which was fairly hard to do considering his bloodline and abilities. Rin had asked if he was taking a break. The truth was he was always taking a break, his clones did most of the boring paper work for him while he was off training himself or others to be better shinobi.
XXXXX All at once his mouth felt dry and he felt like he couldn't speak at all. Which for him was extremely strange, he was the hokage after all, words came naturally to him, but such a simple question from this woman had made him clam up. Ibara sat up and pulled a knee to his chest before finally finding his words. "Ah, yes. Rin was it?" the Hokage answered in reply. "What brings you here? Things slow at the hospital?" He knew she was a medical nin who studied in the hospital most of her time, although a genin she took medical practice very seriously.

His fumble would go unnoticed by her, she was not one to really notice such things. At least not straight away. For all she knew he was just taking his time to answer. She was patient so the wait didn't bother her at all. He called her by name when he finally did speak, an invisible flush coming to her cheeks (good thing for her cold body temperature keeping the flush away). It was not often people really knew her by name, she was the quiet type after all, easily went unnoticed. She had no complaints, was how she liked it most of the time.
"Not really sure... Had a day off and was out for a walk."

XXXXX Ibara sat and thought. "Your day off?" he pondered it had been a while since he had actually gotten out of the village let alone had a day off. Ibara closed his eyes and appeared to mumble to himself for a few seconds before re-opening his eyes. "Would you like to come with me to Takumi? I haven't paid you back for the time you helped me recover from my implant." Ibara smiled to Rin. "I'm sure there is something in Takumi you would want as payment for such kindness."
XXXXX The clone in the office watched as Orbezeous entered the room. The clone nodded before forming a single hand seal then vanishing from the room. He knew orbezeous could handle things for a short time while the hokage ran an errand to Takumi to grab some supplies he needed to better himself and the village.

Rin for a while did not speak. What absurd sudden idea was this? It was in a way and awkward request to make so suddenly. The event had happened so long ago. However the poor woman could not bring herself to protest for a while, when she finally did she stuttered in the beginning. "No... no... no it's f-fine... I was doing my duty... no payment is necessary, not to mention I believe there is really nothing I need..." She stopped as if in a small fight with herself. Sure she didn't want him to buy her something because quite frankly no one has ever done that so suddenly for her, but she wanted to leave Konoha. She'd see so little of the outside world. "However... I wouldn't mind accompanying you." She wasn't sure but Rin had the feeling this was not typical behaviour for a kage... was it?

XXXXX Ibara watched the tormented expression on the genin's face before she replied. "Don't thnk of it as payment." Ibara chuckled. "Its a tip, and well I need a reason to get out of the village for a while." Ibara stood wiping the dust from his pants. "Come walk with me, the path to Takumi is truely beautiful, and we shouldn't run into any problems along the way. If we do? I'll keep you safe." The Hokage smiled to the considerably shorter genin. He dared not place a hand on her, he knew that would be slightly awkward so instead he turned his cloak flaping and making cracking sounds in the wind as he did so before slowly beginning to walk toward the gates, hopefully with Rin in tow.

Rin quietly followed a few steps to his side as she pulled her hood over her head. If they were going to travel for a while it was best to keep her skin from getting too much sun.
Orb looked at the Anbu nin who had just entered the office. "Ah yes, Shikatsu, I assume you're returning from the mission the Hokage sent you on?" the man spoke mater-of-factly with little to no emotion in almost a mono-tone. "He left a note here saying that all shinobi are to either train or complete missions on the mission board until he returns." Orbezeous paused for a second. "He should be returning shortly." the Anbu captain looked up from the sheet of paper. "Was there anything else you needed?" he asked as he held out his hand to recieve the mission slip that Shikatsu had returned no-doubtedly with.
Cecilia ran up to the hokages office, sliding to a stop as she panted very hard, pretty much out of breath from the long run. She glanced around seeing if the hokage was around. She leaned against the wall, trying to catch her breathe. All she could do was wait for his return, but she didnt mind the wait. It gave her some time to relax before she had to train herself. She clutched her stomach as it had felt like it was knotted or something. She was feeling nervous. What if I lose horribly and feel embarrased? What if I mess up? And all those people watching .. oh my gosh. . No. I can do this. I shouldnt worry. She thought to herself as she slid down the wall onto her butt, staring at the floor deep in thought. It was a bit worrysome, she didn't even think about any of this. But she couldn't give up now. She needed some practice anyways, to get back in shape.

Shikatsu just nodded and approached the man, placing his hand into his pocket and pulling out the mission slip. "Yes, that is correct." He said as he handed the slip over. He wondered why Ibara as always away from his office so often, but guessed that it was none of his business. He hen cleared his throat before speaking again. "Yes actually, I wanted to sign up for the tournament as well." He said calmly, not being to familiar with this person he was a bit more cautious on how he acted.

The Anbu captain noticed the approach but not engagement of Cecilia. So he assumed she'd be awaiting the return of the Hokage. Thus Orb turned his attention back to the ANBU in front of him. The man took the papers he had offered and left them in a folder for Ibara to sign off on. "I do not know what Ibara-sama is thinking with this tournament and how he is going to set it up, I'll write your name down on the application form, and let him know. "Good luck."
