{{Corned beef used to be my favorite as a child. As I got older, I gradually started liking it less and less, though... same with other meats. I guess that's one of the reasons I was able to make the switch to vegetarianism. You don't feel like you're missing anything if you didn't particularly care for it in the first place rofl }}

((I love the taste of meat. Any meat I buy never lasts longer than a few days, with the exception of burger patties because I dread having to clean the meat by-products off the plate or pan I cooked the patties on. I probably couldn't make the switch.))

(( I love slow-cooked corned beef! It turns out so moist and tender! I often make a boiled dinner, using H20, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions and browned ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper, and served with crusty rolls and butter. My brother is a vegetarian and he makes his "bloody boiled dinner" using red cabbage, red onions, red potatoes, etc., without the meat, of course. Boiled dinner is one of my "comfort foods". ))
