After waiting for an eternity for what seemed to be weeks if not a month the secretary walked out with a bored look on her face. But then when someone moved ahead of her to speak to the secretary she was ignored entirely. Her eyes lit up with rage as she gritted her teeth. What more must she do to earn at least the time of day with others. Her hands gripped into fists as she wanted to burn this building down. Instead of waiting anymore she let out a growl and left the building. She had been waiting forever and was still ignored. [exit]

Not minding the heat, Keiko actually was adapt to it. After all, being born and raised in this desert does make one adapt to things. With a soft sigh, Keiko rubbed the back of her neck in annoyance. Her plans went downhill. She was going to get her headband earlier but that was when the demon attacked. Ugh. She was so ready and not so lazy to get it earlier. And now? She didn't want to go get it. She rather laze about and avoid the chores of rebuilding the village. Luckily, not too many citizens were harmed but... the threat still remained and honestly, it does worry Keiko slightly. But then, all the Nara had to do was to remember the Sunagakure Shinobi. They were extremely powerful and they sure as hell can take care of themselves and the village. Her hand slipped into the bag as she made sure she can find.. aha. Slender fingertips felt something rough and scaly. She had found her bearded lizard snoozing away in the warm bag. Besides, if he did sneak out, she would've heard the thump onto the ground. Closed the flap of the bag, she headed up the stairs to go to the Kazekage's office. Once she got to the secretary, "Hey. Here for my headband." Straight to the point, Keiko waited.

The older woman raised an eyebrow at the motions of the young girl, but then shook her head and smiled. Hi there, She said leaning down as a golem brought a headband then ran off with a salute. Here you are. The Kazekage is at her home though I believe when she is done there she is heading to the academy. If you have need of her you may train and wait there. Otherwise, do you need anything else dear?

Keiko blinked in slight surprised as she saw the golem but wasn't too surprised. She had heard of them of course. Who in Sunagakure didn't? Keiko gave her thanks as she took the headband into her hands, she'll have to adjust it a bit to have it fit around her upper arm. Hearing the woman, Keiko shook her pixel cut hair. "No thanks. Have a good day." She bowed slightly as she turned to head out to the academy to do some training in. Ugh. She's not looking forward to it that much. She would much rather travel and draw different plants and species of the nature but nooooo. She was now a shinobi of the Hidden Sand and needed to act like it. Maybe a nap would do her well first. Guess she'll have to wait and see how she feels when she arrives at the academy.

Lahlil stepped into the enormous sandstone worked building with her face buried in the sleeves of her cotton shirt, though as thankful as she was to be out of the sandstorm raging outside she hated how no matter what shade she sought refugee in the hot musky air was still there to greet her. Though I suppose that's one of the perks of living here.. As Lahlil looked around the room it was more than easy to feel imitated with the great stone statues that adorned the inside as well as outside of the building and Lahlil would continuously look down each time an anbu would pass. She couldn't help but feel like just being her was a mistake or like she was trespassing and at any moment a guard would look up from his reports and hull her out of the building angrily, and that's assuming IF she was lucky. With all the causal air that she could muster Lahlil stepped up to the receptionist. "Um, excuse me? I'm.. a one of the recently graduated academy students and I'm well.. here for my headband I suppose?" Despite her best efforts to appear confident it was clear the moment the words escaped her lips that was the furthest thing the young girl was feeling at the moment.

Evanescently Magnificent
The secretary looked up as she heard more footsteps and gave a kind smile to the girl. Hi there, if you'll give me one moment. She said before walking to the door of the kazekage's office. The door opened a small amount and a golem's hand came out with a headband. It then promptly s**t the door, So rude sometimes. She said walking back Lahlil. Here you are honey. The kazekage is currently at her home but should be at the academy shortly..
Lahlil noticed at once how her voice had cracked just ever so slightly as the end of her previous sentence and with a bit flush of embarrassment that her confident ruse had been broken simply bowed as she took the headband from the kind lady. Without another word or even a goodbye Lahlil swiftly ran for the cover of the door. Ducking out and bunny hopping down the steps she made her way to the academy figuring that since she as a ninja now after all she might as well learn some techniques to help keep her alive. I wonder if I'm going to have a teacher assigned to me? Oh no does that mean I'll get a group too!? What if they don't like me or think I'm weird or they're miles ahead of me?? Lahlil continued fretting the entire way to the academy.

Noragnir hummed softly as he stepped into the large sandstone building that was the office of their Kage. The big man pulled his glasses from his face, and stored them in a pocket attached to the sling that held his maul to his back. The massive weapon had shifted slightly on the trip to the office, but the weight was no bother to the young man. "I believe that steel door is where I want to go." He muttered to himself as he made his way down the hallway stopping at the desk of the Kage's secretary, and giving her a slight formal bow. "Greetings ma'am I was told to report here since I officially graduated for my headband, and word n what I should do next." He said in his normal gruff tone that spoke of hours inhaling hot smoke even as he fave her a slight smile that showed his nerves to an extent.
It had been about a hour since Saiko had left his parents for his journey into the Shinobi world. Now here he was, at the doors of the building for which the Kazekage's office was contained. Saiko took a deep breath as he slowly pushed the door open to enter the building. It was obvious he was quite nervous for his first meeting with the Kazekage. However, he pushed forward, forcing himself to the Kazekage's office. As he reached the doors he noticed there was a desk with a woman sitting there. Not only that but, there was another male in front of the woman speaking to her about receiving a head band. 'Must be a secretary or something.' The boy thought to himself as he slowly approached the desk. Saiko would wait about five feet back from the other male, allowing him to get what he needed first. Saiko still felt nervous as he stood there, even more so now that he was so close to getting his headband.
The secretary brushed her hair from her face and gave a smile back to the not who smiled at her. Another one appeared and she gave a smile to him as well. "Hello dearies!" She said pulling two headbands from her stash under the desk. "Lady Kazekage should be in the academy shortly im sure she'd love to meet you both, and she could possibly help with training. Please do not be afraid to approach she's actually a very nice woman. Until you make her mad." The woman's eyes went wide, "Please don't make her mad"
OOC: Please for forgive nay typos and sorry for the long wait. I'm currently on pain pills for a possibly broken ankle. I'll try to post again tomorrow and have Ayame in the academy! Enjoy guys and nice to see so many people
Saiko approached the desk as the woman spoke directly to both of the boys. He would make sure to make note of her warning of not making the Kazekage mad. "I will certainly try not to make her mad." He'd say to her. His own eyes had widened a bit at what that could possibly mean. The boy would then reach out for his head band, bowing to the lady as he took it into his hands. "Thank you very much miss." Saiko said to her as he took the headband and wrapped it around his head so it covered his eye patch. The boy then bowed once again to the woman. "To the academy it is then." He'd say before turning away from the woman and running off to start his journey in the Shinobi world.
Noragnir smiled at the older woman as she held out the pair of headbands to them, and informed them that the Kage would soon be at the academy. "You have my thanks." He said with a wide smile taking the headband, and tieing it to the strap of his weapon sling. "I like my comrade will head that way now may peace always find you." He said with a bow as he placed his glasses back over his eyes, before making his way from the building, and once more into the heat of the day.
