The Copy-yama[Heheh...] bowed it's head with a smile. "As you should, always be on your toes, and be ready to put those toes in the side of someone's face." Kinuyama laughed weakly and looked at the destroyed balloons around Kiri. "Show me your Rasengan..."

 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri blushed at the demand. "It isn't very good yet." She murmured but held out a hand. She focused on it, building up the technique slowly. Slowly but surely, the glowing ball formed in her hand. Sweat beaded her brow. This was the first time she'd tried it without the balloon to use as a shell. She managed to hold the sphere for roughly fifteen seconds before it exploded, knocking her onto her butt. "Oww......" She muttered, getting up and dusting off her clothes. "See? I told you it wasn't very good."  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Crap, I need to think fast here, I got it! Zane thought to himself as he did the Earth Pillar technique again. Zane smacked into the rock, but at least he wasn't burned. "Okay, that hurt." Zane said with a sigh as he thought of a next move, with Nowe's Rinnegan, Zane was going to need to trick him, like before. All right, what else have I copied that would? Zane thought, knowing full well Nowe wasn't going to wait for him to make a move.

Nowe wasn't going to wait for him to make a move, infact, he was going to fight fire with fire. He performed his handsigns, and two earth pillars shot out from Zane on either side of him. Mostly a attempt to trap him instead of crush him.

Zane had no choice, he sank into the ground and then reappeared on the other side in front of Nowe. Before the other Ninja could react Zane formed the handsigns to the Grand Fireball Jutsu.

Nowe cursed and used Shinra Tensei at the last minute, rendering the fireball useless. He fell to one knee later though, blood trickling as the Rinnegan wore off. "I think..I overdid that last one a bit, give me a minute."

Tayu also saw the flare. "Kohane! Kita, fly ahead! Make sure she's all right!" The bird bobbed his head and flew off, Tayu following close behind. As Tayu approached where the flare had come from, Kita flew back to her shoulder and whispered "It's Kin." Tayu gritted her teeth and cursed under her breath. She sped past Kikou and stopped behind Kin, taking the same position the Shadow ninja had earlier, with a kunai to the woman's neck. "What are you doing here, Kin?" Tayu hissed.
"Waiting for you, Tayu," Kin replied softly. She reached back for her shuriken, but it was only to release the strap and drop them to the ground. "I want to talk. I asked your teammate to call you here so I could talk to you. I thought...maybe you'd listen if your friend would." She made no move to get away from the blade at her throat although there was already a thin line of blood where its tip touched her skin. "You can tell the boy to come out as well. I know he's there."

Nowe slowly made his way to Kiri and Kinuyama, looking at the older ninja oddly. "Um...hey Kiri, do you have any burn ointment? I kinda overdid it with the seals again." He said. The seals on his gloves were very usefull for getting out of traps with his hands, but he still has yet to develop a way to avoid burning himself.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri glanced at Nowe and sighed. "Let me see your hands." She said, hold out one hand demandingly. "I keep telling you, one day you're just gonna blow your hand right off and I'm not going to be able to do anything about it." It was an oft-repeated complaint, yet she always healed his hands as best she could. It was because of him that she'd taken to carrying around a jar of burn ointment. Nowe laughed lightly, "Kinda more then just my hands this time...it was a very close explosion." His whole arms, shoulders, and some parts of his face were covered in burns as well. He took off his shirt so he could get the burns underneath, looking down at the ruined clothing. "I really shoulde wear that chunnin jacket more often."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri clicked her tongue disapprovingly. "Oh you...." She growled, then pointed at the tree where she'd been sitting earlier. "Sit down and let me heal you, you stupid boy." She said, rolling her eyes. "How do you always manage to get so banged up, even in a friendly fight?" Despite her tone, there was a teasing glint in her gray eyes, mocking him playfully. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe rolled his eye's and did as he was told, wiping the blood from his face as he did so. "Because I believe in trial and error. It just so happens that expirmenting with fire jutsu's tend to be explosive." This whole time, he woudlnt' look her in the eye. He was still embarresed about earlier, and her touch would cause him great discomfert, being that he felt comfert in it. a ironic situation.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri sighed, sitting down beside him. "You are so lucky I am your teammate and I can do this stuff." She told him, smiling slightly. She leaned close to him, watching his expression from the corner of her eye. If she was right about her suspicions......Her hand, glowing green with the healing chakra, moved across his body to heal what she could of the burns. She managed to get rid of the worst of it. That done, she dug out her burn ointment and began rubbing it into the burns that were left. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe blushed a bit and just stared at the ground, refusing to look at her at the moment. I'm the biggest idiot. If I had just did what Zane had told me to do, I woudln't be having this problem....Should I tell her now? While he debated on it in his mind, he was probably not going to go through with it once more.

"Your life's shortening with each moment you waste Kin" Kohane said watching Tayu ready to attack should she need to. "You had better quickly come out with it or this team won't stand idly by to let you escape" she said to her muscles again tensing as she watched.
