What she said last piqued the boy's interest, however he figured he might as well get down there to find out what she had in store for him. Nodding and bowing quickly, Hideo flashed a smile. "Will do ma'am." Turning on his heels, Hideo waved behind him as he walked out with his usual pace. "I guess I'll see you there." With that, he closed the door behind him before making his way down the stairs and to the academy.

The shirtless shinobi wheeled an intricate sculpture of a wolf and woman hybrid behind himself; it looked to be over half his height and made of a very smooth material. He waited his turn to enter and proceeded to drag the piece of art with him as he stepped into the Kazekage's office. The village leader did not appear to be around, but the secretary was certainly there, her gaze apparently fixated on his own once he had made his presence evident. "Evening, Miss." he began, whirling his hand ahead of himself theatrically as he gave her a polite bow, the way a magician or dancer might offer their audience. "I'm here to see the Kazekage about my headband. Also, I came bearing a gift," he stepped aside gracefully and arched his back slightly, gesturing with an open hand toward the sculpture he had brought along, "I carved it in representation of the bond between our lovely Ayame and her devoted companion, Daichi."
Yugen rectified his posture and slipped the secretary an inviting smile. "I hope she finds it endearing, if not amusing at the very least." he fluently concluded as his gaze studied the secretary's own expression, seeking to elicit her own perception of his effort. "I'm a lover at heart," Yugen admitted, resting his fingertips upon his own bare chest as he spoke of himself, "Not a fighter. Albeit I'll do all I may to see that this beautiful village continues to thrive. I will defend this masterpiece until the world turns gray..." he proposed his affection on the matter at hand; the matter that concerned his dedication toward Sunagakure. Receiving this headband would indicate the beginning of his wholehearted commitment toward painting his village with vibrant colors. Even the nations, if he could ever see it in himself.
The pitter patter of Loki's paws could be heard through the streets as Bleum chased after the hasty fox. Today was the day that she would finally ask for her Sunagakure headband. As such you could practically see the energy bouncing off the young girl and her fox as they made their way towards the Kazekage's office. " Slow down, Loki! You act like they'll approve you for a headband as well, " she shouted and the fox turned to her with a clever look about him. She stopped and stooped down to pet his soft, white fur. " Don't worry. I'll make sure to ask if you can have a headband as well. Perhaps you'll be lucky today, " she said in a loving voice. She didn't know if it would work out for them, but she was going to keep trying until it did.
Standing once more, Bleum entered into the office only to find Yugen and a strange... sculpture? " Hello, Yugen! Are you here trying to bribe your way into getting a headband or flirt your way to one? " she teased as she gracefully flitted passed him and bowed to the secretary. " Good Evening, madam. I'm also present to ask the Kazekage about a headband for myself and Loki here. Is she in at the moment? " she asked with a sweet smile. Loki, of course, didn't take the opportunity to sit but instead started sniffing around Yugen's sculpture with every intention to destroy it.
Hanako was on her way to the Kazekage's office when she noticed Bluem and Loki running along. It was an odd sight, to the young enchantress of the Kurama family, to see a ninja with a pet. She had noted that in her time at the academy, there were those who utilized puppets and the concept was likely similar, but had it's own pro's and con's to be considered. Then she overheard the kunoichi's request for a headband and permissions and likely figured this was one of those who recently graduated the academy as well. A class-mate? She did not recognize Bluem right away, but that might be because she wasn't a scroll of jutsu to be studied and offered little in the way of value to her own pursuit of bringing honor to the Kurama family. That all might change though, given the time.
Then there was Yuge, unknown to her, but in possession of the same kekkai-genkai as herself. The fact that the pair of them both had the Sakkakugan meant they must be cousins of different clan branches. He too also seemed to be there awaiting a headband and training permissions. "...Hanako Kurama, reporting in for my headband and permissions to train.", she said as she spoke up and then relaxed back behind the others, preferring not to talk as much and just wait until she was given what she desired.

Lilith sat pleasantly in her desk as she was very involved in her book. Her glasses rested on the top of her head as she was enjoying the story. As she was reading, however, she was sure that she heard someone talking. She turned and her eyes widened as three people were there. One person had a very... peculiar statue. Her glasses fell gently onto her nose as she looked at them while her book was placed on the desk. She then stood up proper and bowed to them all gracefully. "Greetings. One moment please." She said as she bent down and grabbed a few headbands from the desk. She then straightened herself and walked over to each girl's first and handed them each a headband. When she reached the shirtless male, she traded out the statue for the headband. She awkwardly hid the statue behind the desk as she sat back down. "You are all now qualified to train and learn as ninja of the village. If you need me to page someone to assist with your training please don't hesitate to ask." She said with a smile.
The familiar pitter-patter of paws tickled his ears and he turned just on time to notice Loki, the sly fox and Bleum's own companion, sniffing at his sculpture. A light exhale traversed Yugen's lips and sounded like the conclusion of a mild chuckle.Try not to bungle my work this time you devious dingo.thought Yugen, recollecting many a time Loki would sneak into his father's shop and make a mess of something or other. He wasn't named after the trickster god for nothing. A glare from Yugen might put the pup in his place albeit an amicable grin accompanied his narrowed gaze; it promised Loki a treat should he keep his nose clean.
Emerald eyes rose to explore Bleum's presence as his attention shifted. "Bleum," the name flowed from his lips as light amid the shadows of the sea cast from one cloudless star, "I'm afraid neither of your options are necessary for this respectful endeavor." His response was an affable yet hushed one as they stood in the company of someone whom might determine their future careers. Not that that matter pricked at his mind or bothered his spirits. Yugen was like a cloud floating over the nations or a falling leaf carried by the wind unknowing and uncaring of when and where its journey may end.
Another lass reported to the Kage's office as well. She appeared a little unfamiliar to Yugen, as he had spent most of his years away from the general academy, training in private, under the guidance of his own father along with other, more experienced tutors. Call it homeschooling, if you will, however he did receive his own taste of public instruction. After all he had to take the generic or natural exams everyone else had in order to graduate and receive his own personal headband. ...Hanako Kurama. he made mental note of her name, appearance and the little details in her attire, posture and form. Her voice was also taken into consideration; it wasn't very light, but not deep either, in fact it seemed a little sultry like waves of velour.
As he analyzed Hanako, the secretary stood to receive the gift from Yugen. She pulled and hid it behind her desk at which Yugen nearly had to stifle a laugh. Fortunately his expression did not shift noticeably. The wolf girl sculpture had been one he made awhile back, years ago, when he was younger and much less experienced than he was now. He admired Ayame now as he did then and figured that this might be the best time to present her with one of his early works, as bizarre as it appeared. Once Lilith had finished speaking, Yugen looked towards the symbol he had been handed and proceeded to wrap it around his neck, in place of the densely threaded accessory that he had been wearing. He then proceeded to cup a firm fist in his opposite hand and demonstrated a polite bow of appreciation. "Thank you, Lilith." he quietly spoke, closing his eyes as he arched his back and head before her.
"What do you say we do some training to celebrate of this little milestone?" he engaged Bleum, even offering a wink toward Loki. "I might've brought along some tidbits that I'm sure Loki would be very fond of." he bribed the fox with word of a few delightful goodies. With that, Yugen was off, hopefully with Bleum and her companion in tow.
The event transpired as well as she had hoped it would, finding the gratification in receiving her right as a graduate of the Sunagakure Academy. Her headband was received from Lilith with a bow of her head in gratitude as Hanako then took the symbol as her status as a Kunoichi of the Village Hidden in the Sand, and strapped it to her left shoulder. "Thanks. Have a pleasant day.", she remarked softly as she proceeded to follow the other two in exit of the office.
She had no idea were Bleum or Yuge were heading, but Hanako had her sights back on the Academy and the vast repository of jutsu knowledge that it possessed to help further her growth and development. There was no further point in even trying to alert the other two genin as to her plans. She hardly knew them, and honestly, getting to know them was not a top priority unless she were assigned to work with them. Trusting people was not one of her strong points, in fact, it scared her in a deeper part of her persona. So making friends randomly did not seem like a worthwhile pursuit, unless it benefitted her in some manner.
Loki could recognize when Yugen was imagining the worst of him. It was something about the look in his eyes or possibly his mannerisms that gave it away for the cunning creature. Either way, the fox would give Yugen no more then a look from beneath its gaze that read 'You know I'll do as I please, human,' as he curled his way around Bleum's legs. He knew who had won the better trophy here, and he reckoned Yugen did too the way he smelled.
Bleum would only smile as Yugen used his way with words to weasel out of her grip. However, her thoughts did not linger on the male for too long as yet another entered the office. It seemed they were not the only ones in search of their headbands. No, it looked as though Hanako Kurama had come for hers as well. Bleum did not personally know the young woman with the gorgeously bold features, but she had seen her at the Academy. The two had not become friends, in part because Bleum felt as though there were an invisible glacier keeping anyone from befriending the Hanako.
Just as Bleum might have been staring for a moment too long, Loki brushed his forehead against her hand as if to ready her attention to Lilith. The spectacled woman had begun to hand out their headbands, and Bleum graciously took both hers and Loki's with a sweet smile and a short bow. " Thank you, m'am, " she replied before kneeling to wrap the headband around the fox's neck. She grinned. " Don't you look handsome? " Loki generously dragged his tongue along the side of her face and she couldn't help but let out a feminine giggle at his show of affection.
During their exchange Yugen had received his own headband and had turned to invite the two to train with them. Loki's ears immediately perked and no sooner did Bleum launch into action as well. She skipped ahead of the male, a whirlwind of sunset hues that you could miss if you strayed a second too long. Luckily, she turned, " What are you waiting for, slowpoke? " With those words they'd be off.
Kumori walked up to the door of the quite large office. He looked around before stepping in and thought to himself 'Is this where I'll begin my journey for answers?' He walked up to the woman sitting at the desk, and looked her up and down. His lavender eyes were collecting every detail he could see as a normal human being."I heard that we needed to come here for a headband and permission to train.... so here I am." he said sharply and coldly. Not in a rude tone, he just sounded like he thought that he was already wasting his time here. He pulled his scarf up a little bit because it began to fall under his mouth, something that he hated more than almost anything else and awaited a response.
Lilith gasped as she continued to read her book. The characters were all so naughty. She could hardly believe that they could publish it. Once she saw the new ninja, however, she put the book down and retrieved a headband. She walked over and handed it to him. "Our Kazekage is training at the academy if you would like further training." She said as she returned to her desk and sat.
Kumori grabbed the headband and watched the woman walk back to her desk. "Thank you." He said dryly as he left the office.

With an uncharacteristic intensity and sense of urgency about her, Bast flew through the front doors at a breakneck pace, wove through the line like it wasn't there, and then wordlessly gesticulated at the secretary, Lilith. After several confused seconds, the woman managed to utter one word: "Cats?!"
Security was called and calmly escorted the ex-Kazekage to a room where the two creatures in question were temporarily staying. A stupid grin came over her face.
"Kitties!" she squeaked. "Oh no, that one looks like Asha. Daichi's such a good boy. But oh my god, that one's so fluffy... where does he even find them? Look at its paws, they're so big and soft. And it wants me to pet it...! No, this is no good. I can't possibly... but I must!"
Moments later, Bast would bust out of the room with two panicking cats tucked under her arms, then sprint off toward her home.
