Nowe looked at the circle patched curiosly, thinking on thos conditions. "Fair enough, I'm game." He said then got into a fighting stance as well. So all I have to do is get past that clone thing...sounds simple enough. Just gotta think of the right technique. Nowe dashed forward, performing handsigns. "Phoenix Flower Jutsu" Five fireballs shot out towards the Jonin.

Kinuyama watched closly, then was suddenly lifted very high into the air by a wall of stone, out of reach of the fireballs, though it didn't seem like he performed the hand signs for Earth Style Wall. The copy threw out quick handsigns and smirked. "Earth Style: Earth Dragon Missle." He jumped up and landed on a dragon shaped head halfway up the wall. The statue's mouth opened and poured out mud, flooding the ground and putting out the fireballs.

Nowe was still on the move, running up the wall. He performed more handsigns and focused chakra to his hand. He winced as the chidori formed, burning his skin. But he would endure for now. He closed in on the clone and aimed the attack. "Chidori!"

 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kiri glanced at the fight and rolled her eyes. Great. He was using Chidori again. "Now I'm definitely gonna have to heal him afterwards." She muttered to herself before refocusing on her jutsu. She was working on forming the jutsu without the balloon, doing it all on her own now. Everytime it fail though, she acquired new cuts on her hand, arm, and face.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

The copy kicked the dragon head, which cracked fell towards Nowe. Despite this, he no longer had the footing to hold himself, so he fell with it.
[The clone can be hit. He won't dodge it.]

Nowe jumped, avoiding the falling rock but also losing his chidori. As he fell though, he activated his Rinnegan and performed handsigns. Pressing his hand along the stone wall as he fell, earth spikes rose up from under Kinuyama.

Kinuyama dodged the spikes, but just barely, one grazed his cheek as he moved out of view on top of the stone wall.
The copy had fallen with the rock, crashing into the ground and becoming unmoving again, the real Kinuyama was no longer wasting chakra with him.

Nowe landed on his feet and ran back up the wall again, racing at a very high speed. Fast paced Taijutsu was one of his strong points. Reaching the top, he unleashed a fireball jutsu at what he hoped was a Kinuyama still on top of the pillar.

Kin swallowed, trying to get some moisture back into her dry throat. "The Shadow Village is not trying to kill the younger ninja. We wanted to bring you over to our way of thinking. That was what I meant when I said I have betrayed my village. However, what I wanted Tayu to hear is of a more personal nature. I am--" Her words were suddenly cut off, and she seemed to be choking. After a moment, she took a deep breath and started speaking again. "Your mother, Tayu, that is what this is about."
Tayu narrowed her eyes and pushed Kin so she was in the middle of the three Leaf ninja. "Oh really?" she sneered, "What, you wanna brag about how you killed her? Give me every gory detail of what you did to your own sister?"
