The sound of laughter escaped his lips as she attempted her attack. With a snap of his fingers the jutsu he had prepared went into action. His burning chakra hardened around him as the lightning splashed around him without effect unable to breach his aura of chakra. The eruption of flames that protected him began to fade after a second before winking back into life upon his arms and back engulfing it in flames that did nothing to him. Flicking his cigarette from his lips with his tongue he smiled,"Tcch pathetic." He clasped his hands palms together in the seal of the tiger as he brought them to his lips and exhaled a rather large ball of fire across the academy for her.

Nenshou Tosshin [ Burning Rush ] Rank: C Official Description: A two-part technique that acts much like the Katon: Kyuuka no Jutsu. With the same seal sequence as the aforementioned Jutsu, the dragon, ox and hare are added at the end and the technique changes from defensive to offensive. As the customary sphere surrounding the user appears to fade out, it instead sweeps back and wraps itself around the user in the elemental shape of flames at the arms and shoulders. At this, the user finds themselves temporarily invigorated. Note: This Jutsu is both defensive and offensive, both blocking attacks and acting as one itself. The secondary effect here is that the user is able to move at a slightly more increased speed than usual alongside the actual flame effects that obviously harm opponents upon contact. The Shinobi does the necessary hand seals, draws Chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. Thinking fast, Kira formed several hand signs rapidly, speed born of having to make split-second decisions in life or death matters, the air around her condensed into a thick, electrically charged, fog that negated the fireball before it hit her, leaving her form untouched.[1/1]
She then mentally went through all the known jutsu she'd read about and growled as she formed more hand signs and watched as long strands of lightning, completely at the mercy of her will. The lightning raced for him, intending to wrap around him and immobilize him. [1/1] If they caught him, he'd be unconscious soon, they had enough heat in them alone to burn wood, and since it wasn't fire, he wouldn't be completely immune to the effects.
But just to be sure, Kira had one more jutsu in mind. She formed a hand sign and gathered her chakra into her mouth, then released the massive, and incredibly strong, bolt of lightning straight at the upstart. If this hit, it would cook him through. Potentially, it even had the ability to cut through his body like a tree. [1/1] She was ready to put this upstart in his place as the pack Omega, or a lone wolf, rejected by pack if he kept this up.
"Submit!" Kira snarled, pale eyes practically snapping with electricity.

So the little puppy had teeth interesting. Drawing his blade he finally moved. When he did he was gone in a blaze of flames. Though she would have an easy enough time finding him as he left a trail of flames in his wake that would lead her right to him. Reappearing off to her side on the other side of the academy he he began surveying the area. His katon had ignited the right side of the academy in flames and now his katon shunshin had left nice line upon the ground. Coating his katana in flames he unleashed four slashes of flame in her direction though given the speed of the flames she shouldnt have much trouble dodging them given her upbringing. Despite the fact that he was interested in seeing just what she could do this was starting to bore him.

Ryoku sighed out loud to how quickly they managed to get off on the wrong foot. "This is why we needed Sands training." He waited a bit watching the two go at it to see if possibly things could have been resolved through their own fists. After a few attacks it seemed pretty clear this was not going to end pretty. The red one seemed to love the thrill of combat, hes seen this look in peoples eyes before. And Kira seemed to be defending her honor. He had not known of her upbringing until now but it did seem to fit. He had some questions about her behavior that were answered with it. The look in Kiras eye however was much more desperate and rage filled. What Ryoku knew of wolves pointed to the fact that Kira would fight this one out win or loose. She needed a bit of teaching in the world of restraint. But no matter how much the situation was diagnosed it would never be halted at their current point. He had to act and fast. 'Damn near half the area was catching fire with all of katon.'

Making a series of handsigns he crouched down while a great deal of water rose up from the earth extinguishing the lingering flames that were quickly fleeing to spread to anything nearby. Luckily being outside made this a bit easier to contain opposed to a newly fixed academy burning to a crisp.
Suikusari no Jutsu [ Water Chains Technique ] 1/1 Learned
Looking over to Chloe he gave her a nod as if to ask a favor. All the while shifting his hand seal slowly to form a new sign while holding it. Water chains surged swiftly and silently under the shallow water towards both Kira and the red haired man. Nothing to subdue them but enough to divert their attention to him so that he might talk some sense into their stubbornness "What a drag..."
Chloe takes Ryoku's lead with his nod and begins walking through the water towards the two in combat, before getting too close she extends out both of her arms at each of them. "Please stop this! You are destroying your home!"

Kira went dead still and looked at the female that the hawk had turned into, despite her instinctual need to force the pup into submission and reassert herself as head beta of the pack. She growled low in the back of her throat, but did, in fact, slowly back down. She curled in on herself slightly and bared her throat and a little of her chest and belly in submission to her, and by extension Ryoku. She flashed her eyes at the red head though, back to him in clear dismissal. He was below her in the Pack, as far as she was concerned. A pup fighting for attention. She was ashamed that she'd reacted to his goading in such a way. Her Alpha would have scruffed her a good one for behaving like such a pup herself. But she'd learned a valuable lesson on his fierce fighting, and had learned some useful jutsu in the process.
Kira loped over to Ryoku on all fours, then stood near him, though her posture was non-threatening and submissive in nature. She was silent, she had no right to attempt to explain her actions to her human-Alpha. Because in her mind, more animal than human herself, Hokage equaled out to Alpha, the leader of the Pack, the one who's ruling was final. His word could either make an individual a pack-member, or could break them and make then an outcast. She just hoped that he didn't send her away, she couldn't return to her pack with her tail between her legs in shame.

Returning his blade to its sheath he slowly glanced down at the chains that were around his feet before using his katon chakra to remove them in a puff of steam. If she backed down the he had no reason to continue this fight. Pulling a cigarette from the pack in his pocket he snapped his fingers at the tip lighting it. After a moment he took a long drag from it looking up at the sun before exhaling the smoke as he looked to the ground noting the distance of all the nearest shadows. His last name was a pretty big give away as to his main combat tactic and his reputation as hokage certainly didnt help that any. Stuffing his hands back in his pockets he turned to the hokage with a nod,"Your assistance wasnt needed. She had already lost, she just didnt know it yet. But since youve ended this fight you wont get any qualms from me." Taking another draw from his cigarette he moved a few feet to the left so that he would be standing directly under the sun.

Running through the trees, Bjorn used his claws to swing through the branches. Grym was running on the ground below him, the two heading towards the academy to do some training. Suddenly, the trees ended in the charred yard of the academy. Bjorn jumped from the trees to land beside his brother. Looking around, he saw some shinobi he didn’t recognize, a dark haired man, who seemed powerful, and must’ve been a high ranking shinobi that Bjorn hadn’t met yet, maybe he was the new kage that he’d heard about over the radio system. Along with him here a red hair man, and a small, dark haired girl. Grym caught a scent and sniffed the air, grumbling to Bjorn (in bear talk) “I smell another animal….seems to be that small female over there….smells like a …..wolf.” Bjorn nodded to his partner and brother, grunting in acknowledgement before walking up to the older man “What happen here?” he asked, glancing at the female, the one who seemed still like a wild wolf.

Glad that the tactic had worked. He was hoping the more gentle method would at the very least show he was serious about stopping them. Had that failed the backup was already in route. As the water faded a faint retraction of shadow could be seen returning to his own. Now that the fire was out and they were calm once again he could finally defuse the situation. But not matter what both of them needed to learn something here. Turning his attention first to the Hotaru. "Listen I'm not going to sit here and give you some kind of lecture about tact. But in all honesty, you know what it is. Just be mindful of your ally shinobis feelings, Sparing is all well and good but when you know that the other is out for blood its best to not follow through. That ending couldn't have been something good. One of you would have ended up in the infirmary, or worse. That wouldn't have helped the village at all." Ryoku sighed some to himself as he reached into his pocket pulling out a piece of scroll. Looking it over once his eyes slid gradually to Hotaru. "You like to fight. I get that. But choosing who you fight and who you use your skill on can ether help or hurt this village. So... I have a request of you. Something to flex those abilities of yours and also to remind you the value of your ability."
"So what I have here is a B rank mission. Something I was holding for an Oinin to carry out. But given the display you have just shown and your desire to fight, this might actually be entertaining. A group of bandits have been attacking local villages. We have driven them off before but they always wait till we leave to go back to their old tricks." Ryoku walked up to Hotaru handing him the mission scroll. "I said I was expecting great things from you, here is a chance to shine."

After handing the mission to Hotaru he turned his attention to Kira. Knowing a little more about her he felt it was not the time or place to discuss it. It surely explained her lack of knowledge about her clan and her family. Walking up to her he gently placed his hand on her shoulder careful not to apply any pressure. "Kira, I understand he was... dishonorable towards you. But you have nothing to be ashamed of. There are other ways of handling situations like this and still keeping your honor. If it helps at all, yes I am a relative of you and in some way considered family. I would watch out for you if you would come to danger." Taking a moment to look around. "This village also works much like a family. Many people here would watch out for each other in the same way a family would. Even though some are not related, they develop bonds that make them treat each other like family, one of their own. There might come a time where this man might actually fight along side you." Extending his hand out towards Hotaru. Trying to think of how to say it in the easiest way possible. "If someone gives you trouble just let me know, at least if it is going to come to you tearing someone to pieces. Maybe I could make them make amends to you and actually retain their life at the same time? Everybody could win." Ryoku gave a joking smile to her before returning his hand to his side. "Also good work with that jutsu, You seem to be a natural for learning quickly."
Looking at the giant of a man who had approached he felt more and more ashamed as a Kage not knowing all of his shinobi. Not too sure if he knew of his recent promotion to kage he felt it was a opportune moment to get to know more people of the village without them holding his rank in front of him. "Ohh just these two had gotten into it, flexing a bit of jutsu here and there. Hopefully the situation has been defused though." Ryoku extended his hand to him, the one still fitted with the arm guard in hopes it might reduce any bone crushing handshake he might have welcomed. "Ryoku Nara by the way."
Chloe lowered her arms, glad that she had at least made it through to them. Letting Ryoku say his peace to them she walked back over to Ryoku. After he dealt with the red one he seemed to talk in a much nicer tone to the wolf girl, She felt bad referring to her even in her mind like that. After Ryoku had said her name she made a mental note to remember her as such. She didn't know why but a sudden wrenching feeling took over in her stomach seeing Ryoku talk to her in that way. So appraising and supportive. She had only wished it could have been her.

Listening to the dark-haired man lecture the other two, Bjorn noded, he hadn’t been around humans that long, but was starting to get used to working with them. Hearing what happened, he grunted slightly, “Not happy bout seeing forest burned….but guess it can’t be helped” When the man held out his hand, introducing himself, Bjorn gripped the man’s hand, trying not to crush it with his insane strength, “I’m called Bjorn Jernhud, this is brother, Grym” he added, pointing to the huge grizzly bear behind him with his thumb. “Ryoku Nara…..I hear that name over speakers before….good to meet you, Hokage” he added, recognizing the name. Looking around at the others, the big man shrugged his shoulders, “Any way can help train them?” he asked. Meanwhile, Grym was kind of intrigued by the wolf girl, walking over to sniff her, grumbling slightly before saying “Hi, I’m Grym, who’re you?”

Shoving his hands back into his jacket he listened without a word or sound as the hokage gave his shpeal. Though his interest in the conversation became actually genuine when he mentioned a mission that could be kinda fun. Taking the scroll he looked it over slowly and instantly knew what his play was. Taking a long drag from his smoke he exhaled it towards Kira with a smile,"Alright Hokage. You want the bandits dealt with I'll deal with them." Taking another drag he headed out for the gates.

Kira dropped to all fours in a defensive crouch when the bear and man-bear appeared near them, bears were stronger, much much stronger, then wolves, so wolves tended to either avoid bears, or defer to them and then leave, so for these two to show up it triggered her fight or flight instinct until she saw the headband the man-bear was wearing, it was like the one Ryoku was wear, like the one she had been gifted with not long ago just this day. She went to reply to the bear, Grym he'd said, twice, once in human and once in bear, but choked on the smoke the redhead blew at her. Kira snarled at the male's retreating back, but refrained from retaliating, she was not a petty pup. Once she was sure the upstart Beta was gone she turned to Grym and growled out in wolf speak, "You introduced yourself twice, should I introduce myself twice? Is that the way of things here?" Forgetting that the Hokage, Ryoku and his pretty friend, the Girl-Hawk, would not understand her when she spoke her native tongue.

Grym grunted quickly when the wolf-girl dropped into a defensive crouch, sitting and raising his big paw. When she started talking to him in wolf-speak, Grym gave her a look, then replied in the usual series of grunts, growls and huffs that was bear speak, “No, I just didn’t expect you to understand Bear, so I switched to human speech, and there’s no need to be defensive, my brother,” Grym tilted his head towards Bjorn, “and I are shinobi of this village, we wouldn’t hurt you.” Hearing Grym speaking, even if it was in language that he thought only he understood there, Bjorn looked over to his brother, “What’s going on, Brother?” he asked in their usual bear talk.

Kira slowly uncurled from her crouch when the Bear, Grym, spoke to her, reassuring her, it was not something she was used to, she was far more accustom to being told to leave a bear's territory, by either the bear or her own Pack. She leaned a little closer and looked Grym in the eyes, nothing about her posture was aggressive though, just curious. When Grym's brother spoke, she turned to him and yipped, almost playfully, but definitely welcoming to both of them, "I like your brother, I have been named Kira, by myself and my Pack." The wolf-girl introduced pleasantly as she completely relaxed and looked between the bear brothers. She felt more at home now, since there were two others like herself, not wolf, but wild and untamed all the same. If they were welcomed, then surely she would be as well?

With the girl leaning in towards him, Grym huffed quickly, smiling as best a bear could. When she yipped and turned to Bjorn, introducing herself, Bjorn replied, growling “Nice to meet you Kira, the people in towns my brother and I wandered through called me Bjorn, so I kept the name.” he finished, smiling. After a second or two, he mentioned, grunting, “Be careful with Grym, he likes to play wrestle and forgets how big he is, he can be tough to handle without the strength of a bear.” Bjorn laughed for a minute, as Grym gave him a look, growling low, “Shut up Brother, I haven’t hurt anyone, and I know exactly how big I am!” Turning back to Kira, the big bear huffed, “Don’t listen to my brother, I won’t hurt you.”
