*Looks at Reisen.* Does that force field discriminate? I mean does it distinguish between those with bad intentions? confused

It's from a universe whose placement in the interdimensional alignment has it set so far into the future that machines can be operated entirely by thought. All you need to do is set it so that robbers and vandals are not allowed to enter.
I suppose I could have a robot sentry or two on guard just in case a person enters and then decides to do something bad.

Psyzapp *Looks at Reisen.* Does that force field discriminate? I mean does it distinguish between those with bad intentions? confused It only operates with the interests of the establishment in mind. It couldn't care less if you just robbed a bank or plan on vandalizing someone's house. Only if you plan on doing those things to the MW.

Or, the dragons could keep an eye on the people who come inside. Velcore will probably be hanging around here either way. Unless you don't want him to. *takes a sip of his drink*

Just how does it distinguish who the robbers and vandals are, though?

((Oh good lord, TES is in one of "those" moods! xd ))
*Sits in shock at the wrecking of the door and all the events that happened after that. Shaking her head, she decides to call it a night. Placing her glass in the sink, she goes up to Ryzan and hugs him* You are such a sweetheart to watch over the bar tonight. smile *She calls out to Psyzapp* I'll decorate for the party tomorrow afternoon...I'm headed downstairs now. Good night everyone.
*She turns and exits the bar, and heads to her quarters. Once inside, she heads to her bedroom to find Showcase asleep in her bed. A grin spreads across her face as she undresses and slips into bed with him, and proceeds to wake him up for some late night fun. heart *

Ryzan Vixtul Just how does it distinguish who the robbers and vandals are, though? ((Didn't I just explain? If people could make machines operaterated entirely by thought, how much more far-fetched would mind-reading machines be? gonk ))

I would be most honored if Velcore pitched in and stayed up here to help. It's really very nice of you to let him stay here, Karrie. *Sighs…still distraught about her front door and QS hating her so.* I could use all the help I can get right now. sweatdrop

{{You did not explain that the forcefield itself read the thoughts of those trying to enter. You only said that the machine was set to work by thought. There is a difference. Willing something to work with your mind is not the same as reading another person's mind}}
Gi ussta sweatdrop Quortek is Tes' given name, jhal he does not like it. I often forget he wishes to be called Tes now since I have been calling him Quortek for centuries sweatdrop

So it reads minds? What if the person is inside here and just decides to do something? What does this machine do then?

*Hugs Ryzan.* Thank you, Ryzan. I need to go to bed.
*Hugs Iggies.* Anytime you are ready, if you could have those dragons help out I would sleep much better.
*Hugs Reisen.* Thank you for your help. I'm in awe of the technology you have access to.
*Hugs Karrie.* Thank you again for Velcore. I'll have to figure out a nice treat for him.
Goodnight all. *Heads into her office, down the corridor and into her chambers to go to bed.*

What if the person is inside here and just decides to do something? What does this machine do then? I did suggest physically powerful robot sentries. I'm only borrowing the security system, so I'll have to return it once the door situation is over though. The same would go for the robots. ((I.e. returning things to status quo.))
