When I went tagging I would wear a bright coloured tshirt with over it a black zip-up hoody, jeans and black shoes. then choose areas with lots of possibilities to go and places to dump stuff. If I was compromised I would run to the opposite direction around one or two corners while unzipping my hoody and dump it somewhere immediately turning around and calmly walk past the cops.

I once got caught while trying to fool an officer. I grabbed his arm and forced him against the wall and then ran off. My bag with 5 cans of it where gone when I tried to fetch them
