'Ushio' couldn't help but to emit a playful snicker after Haki's remark about food. True, he did eat fairly light on his way here so a good round or two would be nice. And because Demetri sounded confident in his touring details, the male was really starting to appreciate the place. looked about the streets and thought back to what Demetri said about the lights. Ushio wondered if he was going to stay until evening. Knowing his abrasive mother, he figured it was for the better if he were to accumulate some form of information soon. So conversations during meals would be appropriate instead of popping them up now. And now with the exception of the few women that were gossiping so obviously, the boy had the privilege of being re-educated about prejudice. A touchy topic, so easily alluded.
Casting a disappointed scowl, Ushio simply shook his head at them before gently looking over Haki. "I'd expect more discretion from dogs that drink too much water. Don't mind them so much, Haki." He said softly while giving him a most winsome grin. Then his stomach broke in with an abrasive howl. A bit irritated at that sign, he quickly slapped the side of his belly while his face was stricken with warm colors bleeding through his embarrassment. "A...U-Urp. Excuse me. Indigestion..haha." Using the coil of his hand to cup his lips, he pretended to look elsewhere while waiting for their decision. Asking them for food now would be like imposing them so he kept his silence in courtesy of their kindness to allow him to accompany them. |

He then smiled and began to eat. He too noticed Hakki somewhat creepy smile and shrugged as Ushio looked at him. He then looked back at Hakki seeing what was up with him.

"..Wh-schk! W-Wait, Haki-" Pretty much after two large gulps, Ushio had finished his meal and eventually the tea. However in that short span of time, Haki had disappeared. He wasn't quite sure whether it was something the child was prone to doing so he looked to Demetri. Ah, but even so, they would have to go after them, wouldn't they? Ushio frowned a little on the inside. There goes that 'conversation' he planned. "Erm, I'll try to ask around since I don't know the whole village." He quickly stumbled on out. Seconds later, Ushio came back, setting a specific sum of ryo behind on the counter to pay for the meals, then sprinted on off. Once I catch the kid, I can get on with this village. |

He watched him run out the door and sighed, first the boy wants to see the village then he wants to eat and now he wants to play tag. He then realized that he was the Raikage's son. "She is gonna kill me."He said in his thoughts if he lost that kid. he stood ordering another bowl of shrimp to go. He then paid for it along with Ushio. He then walked out to the crowd asking people if they saw a boy with very large horns. Luckily everyone he asked had seen him and said he was heading towards the gates.
