Victoria took back her hands, resting them on her lap. Fingers ran over the bandages lightly, admiring the handy work. "Thank you," she murmured in a small, whispered voice as if she weren't paying attention. She lifted her head to look at Kaimei. She had so many questions for him. About this place. About the papers. About her dreams. Redirected, she looked down again at the young Amaya. "Yes?..."

"You're welcome," Amaya replied. Then she asked her question point-blank. "Who whiped your hands?"

Victoria's fingers twitched. How did this girl see right through her lie?! Victoria was alarmed but all the more mortified. She looked down in her lap. "I told you....Ahh....Yes." Victoria was such a horrid liar. She held her hands delicately before taking a peek at Kaimei. He seemed interested as well. She swallowed. "I..." How could she explain? She didn't want to burden others with her problems so she hesitated in telling them. She took a shallow breath. They were both inclined in knowing. "You must think of dissapointment, really. I mean, that's what I am to my mother. I...I just mess up a lot. It's really fine. It was my fault anyways," she shook her head. She wanted to think she was fine. Victoria didn't want them to feel pity or anger towards her mother. "You must think of it as odd of me to still be living with my mother and unwed at such an old age of twenty." (Am I right because back in the day, if you were like sixteen and not married, it was considered bad or something?)

"But why would any mother whip their own child," Amaya asked, confused by the concept.

Victoria paused at how naive the girl was. "My predicament is rather complicated. I'm...unlike my many sisters. Usually girls get married so young, I'm a bit late in my age. Plus, I own my father's book shop and my mother disapproves of it. She wants to sell it. I'm less domesticated as well. My mother thinks of me as a a spoiled, immature dog. That plus the social problems my family has. It has made my mother bitter over the past years. Yet I assure you, I got what I deserved. It didn't hurt to much, really," she stressed.

"What social problems," Amaya asked, curious.

Victoria shifted uncomfortably. "Ah, well, my family, at one time, was of nobility. My father, an admirable man he was, was quite the political figure. However, he was very humble and kind. The book shop was like a hobby of his in which I spent so much of my time. When my father went off to become a military leader as requested to do by the king himself, he got killed in a scuttle. My mother, at this time, was a happy woman then. But without a monarch in a family so famous, my mother didn't know what to do with herself. Corrupt men and rumors ruined my mother into a bitter woman. We ended up as commoners. So, our family name is a bit...detestable or embarrassing in the social society of our world. From one to go from a respected noble to be conned by men and mourning of death and to go from that to a lower class is looked down upon. My mother always stresses on how we are looked. It's all about physical appearances to her," she admitted. Seriously, she didn't know why she told them this. Victoria felt vulnerable, as if she felt that she needed to. A weight of her chest seemed to lift, her heart beating as it felt like a thousand butterfly kisses were left on her collar bone. She gave a weak smile then before lowering her head. Why was she explaining this to them? They must think of her as a burden. "I'm so terribly sorry to intrude on your lovely abode with my misfortunes. I...I think I need to leave."

Kaimei smiled and stood up "Amaya Make sure our guest has a relaxed time" he said "Please at least stay for Dinner" he said he looked at his brother and grabbed him by his ear.

"Gah!"
Flint attempted to remove his ear from his brother's hold, but succeeded only in making it a bit more painful. "That is not a handle! That is my ear! That is my beautiful ear!"
The boy definitely did not like being treated like this. He was an adult for god's sakes, not some fourteen year-old kid. Just because he might have been a little late in getting home, okay, maybe a bit more than that...
He still didn't deserve to be carried around by the ear, anyway.
"Let go of me~"

Kaimei brought his brother to a dead end hallway then pushed his brother toward the window as if he was gonna fall out but he went through as if it was an illusion which it was. They were in a white room which was the training room it could recreate monsters and any turain and even show events through the mind. "I want you to create 50 energy balls to fuel up the castle as punishment" he said

Victoria was completely ignored. She gave a small 'hmph', putting a hand on her hip. "No, I think I'll leave." She straightened her skirts before looking at Amaya. "It was a pleasure to meet you and your siblings. Ah, thank you again for welcoming me so warmly and for treating my hands. I"ll take my leave." She wasn't going to stay for dinner or stay any longer. She husked to the front door, which she had worked to memorized to get back to before picking up two of her bags with one hand and opening the door with the other. The door led to the night, a cold and quiet night it was. Victoria picked up her other bag with her right and stepped outside.
She needed time to formulate what had happened. How the man of her dreams invited her so warmly, how perfect his family was, how ornate it was inside, but also the more personal aspects such as Kaimei himself. Were things really a dream? The paper? Victoria looked back upon the magic shop. It didn't nearly look as good as the contents inside and it definately looked smaller on the outside. Victoria frowned. Something was odd and she didn't like it. Victoria readied herself before she walked back to her shop, which was...very far... Victoria didn't notice it when she was following the paper. Probably because she was so enthralled by the little slip of parchment leading her to the unknown. Victoria huffed, breathing heavily as she made it back to her shop. It was dark, dangerous even and she was unhesitant to get inside.
Victoria entered, locked the door behind her, and lit a candle expertly and setting it on a small table before taking her bags upstairs, to the back room. She prepped the bed-like couch to sleep and changed into some night-wear before going back downstairs to make sure everything was in check. She drew the moth-eaten drapes and went to bed. Sue hopped on her chest, suprising her for a moment before settling to sleep besides her.

Flint 'Hrumph'ed under his breath as Kaimei let him go, and his electricity sparked on his command. He'd spent so much energy today already, that if he created the fuel his brother wanted, he'd probably end up passed out in the next half-hour or so.
Unless he paced himself. Psh, as if.
But now he had other problems. How was he going to tell him about his plan with Akemi? About his plot to save her? Could he pull it off? She didn't even know he had siblings, or where he lived, but she knew what he was. That was stupid and irresponsible on his part, but maybe he deserved to be irresponsible once in a while, everyone else got to be.
"Fifty? Are you mad at me or something?" Behind the man, two balls of static manifested, growing to a set size and then settling down. "The last time you told me fifty I wiped someone's memories badly, erased the wrong thing, but after that episode in town today I wiped two without fail." And Kaimei knew how much the emotional boy hated erasing what belonged to others.
If Kaimei found out about Akemi, would he erase her memory? That would be horrible, he hadn't even met her father. He hadn't saved her yet, he hadn't been able to release her into the woods, to let her be free like she wanted. Away from that Demetri.
Five more static balls.
Flint must have been in a bad mood. He never mouthed off to Kaimei.
"Your book-store girlfriend is running away."

Shoot Kaimei is going to be mad at me, Amaya thought as she ran to where Flint and Kaimei went. She jumped through the window at the dead end and stated, "Boys break it up. Now is not the time to give or get punishments. She's gone... she left before I could get a word in edge-wise."

Kaimei chuckled "The Sheep has been lead to the Farm. Even though the gate has been opened and the sheep passsed through it will always find its way back home" Kaimei said as he riddled. He went over to the middle of the training room and an orb floated in front of him he started puching in some type of sequence and then the training room changed to a dusty dessert area "Time For Some Training" he said "I want You two to hit me" he said even though he was wearing his good clothes
