Nuru held on for all she was worth but still noted her scareling had a little friend now. Thankfully, she didn't speak with her muzzle so was able to ask, "Are you and your little friend okay?"

Still, she couldn't forget, "You too Zar - any bruises or?.. Cause ahm pretty stuck and it kinda hurts." Kinda was an understatement. She felt like she was being pulled in two different directions by... well... maybe not horses... or donkeys, ponies perhaps? Either way, it was unpleasant.

After a few minutes of grunting and wriggling and generally looking mostly like an idiot, Tedan managed to somehow get his legs up over the chandelier so he was kind of sitting/clinging to the thing like some sort of really odd monkey.

Then he looked for the monster-thing that promised him candy. "Hey!! Just throw the candy over here, or I'll kick you again!" When he got down from here. Candy was important.

Certainly everyone noticed by now that Bul did wear a lot of red... even his snot ball could get red. His hair was red, his stripes were red, his fear attack made everything red, his rp font color was red. CRIMSON red no doubt.

It was all coming together now.

And there he was! LW felt the growing tightening and panic release as she firmly gripped the table and, wrapping her legs partially around Ren. It was the best she could do while keeping them rooted to the table.

"Don't you let go, turkey!" She hissed, eyes flickering towards Ren and then around at all the chaos. Hopefully Fell and Tybalt and Sparrow were alright.

But at least she had Ren with her.

THE BAD DOGGIE WAS ON THERE WITH HIM, NOOOO! This must have been what it felt like to live out the action sequence of the love interest and the villain a summer action flick.

"Gracias!!" Chuppi's voice was barely a roar as he managed to grab the hand that was extended to him, and she grunted as he was pulled from the coins just in time. It would taste a lie to say he wasn't crying out of relief and Chuppi hugged his savior with all his might.

Well, not all of it because he didn't want to break her.

Zar shook her head. "Not many bruises. I'm alright now I'm on the table. Which you SHOULD. Turn back and give me your hand you idiot."

She glared up at the kid on the chandelier and fished in her trouser pocket for a small pack of candies - no Zar did not have a sweet tooth, no sir - and tossed them up. "If you can catch them you can have them." she smirked and snapped.

Before turning back to Nuru to see if the daft sod had actually listened to her, to try and heft him up.

Otto was gobsmacked.

A girl was crying on him, clinging to him... and thanking him.

"Uh..." He uttered dumbly, hesitantly patting her back. "Th-there...there..." Even though Otto was generally uncaring, he'd never seen someone so genuinely grateful. Not to him, anyway.
It hit him then that she had almost died.
He'd saved her life?

Was... he a hero?

Otto looked a bit sheepish, and kept patting Eva's back. "Now you owe me."

Okay, he ruined it.

His dog seemed concerned abut him, and he shook his head. "Naw, we're all good, Doggy." Oops, forgot her name again. Poor Nuru.

It was a talking dog, too! Reine grabbed a fistful of fur, clutching her new friend rightly. "I'm RO.. umm no REINE," she announced, one stubby little finger indicating herself. "Reine." And then she remembered her manners.

"Good doggie," she beamed, nuzzling close to him. Just as she thought to check his collar for a name plate, though, the room started shaking, and not in the way that a cradle rocked comfortably. Gold was spilling everywhere around them, the mass of coins more terrifying even than that dragon that had been guarding them. They pooled around her, swallowing her up, and she cried out, struggling.

"Pupppyyyy!" Reine whined, and Thackery came to her rescue. Soon she was clinging to the fur on her back, trying to keep her balance. This was pretty badass, especially for a kid's standards, and Reine found herself cheering up immensely. They made it safely to the table, and Reine leaned forwards a little, cuddling the dog and scratching his ears.

"I love you."

When Aymet yelled for someone to take her hand, Lizzy instinctively looked in that direction, spotting a rather familiar looking student. Familiar, but she couldn't quite put his hand on who it was - mostly because the gold coins were distracting, and everyone was not their usual gender... It was all very confusing.

So he just continued to hold on, and just stared, his brow furrowed together.

Ariane was being washed away by the gold coins, and in her tiny body, could do nothing but randomly grab at things to try to keep herself above the coins. Feeling her little hands grasp at something, she clung on desperately, only to be swept away again when whatever it was gave way, drawing out a high pitched squeak from her as she squeezed her eyes shut and hugged whatever was in her hand to her chest, almost like that was her only life line...

Nuru roooolled her eyes but obeyed seeming to turn all shadowy and then reforming as her humanoid self, grasping frantically to the edge now. Almost hesitant to take Zar's hand - afraid she'd be swept away if she even let go with one hand. Still. Zar never let her down and after several fumbled attempts grabbed her hand and was hefted up on the table. She smiled at Zar.

"Thank you, saved my tail." And then she looked back at the two little scarelings and smiled.
"How prec.... " Blink.

"What is wrong with me?" She looked back at Zar. She couldn't believe she almost used the word 'precious'.
